An 80-year old woman hits kid on bike for riding on a sidewalk in their neighborhood. The Santa Ana woman charged with battery after the incident. The neighbor goes off on the boy for riding his bicycle on the sidewalk, which he had been instructed to do by his parents since he was almost hit by a car in their neighborhood a week ago. But this woman wasn't having it.
