Ricardo Salinas Pliego is Mexico's third richest man, with a net worth of roughly $13 billion. He is the owner of Grupo Elektra, a retail grocery chain, as well as TV Azteca, a Mexican television broadcaster. The billionaire stated that he had no bitcoin in his portfolio. Instead, he maintained a liquid portfolio of bitcoin and other hard asset equities.
