WELCOME TO ANOTHER EPISODE OF PATTAY’S PERFORMANCE!

Today in the driveway we stroll down memory lane! This is the FIRST SNOWBLOWER/SMALL ENGINE that I repaired, tuned-up, modified the impeller, pick up and delivery for a profit! HE IS THE OG customer. NUMERO UNO, BIGGEST FAN OF PATTAY’S PERFORMANCE! He owns this MONSTER 10/28 TRIPLE BELTED MTD 10/28 2 Stage Snowblower!

When you are on top, people want to rip you down. In the town I grew up in I was the GO TO person or repairs as well as snow removal. In time people take notice and want to jump into the fish tank as well. That’s OK, we welcome competition. There are so many competition quotes I LOVE, I will drop a few at the end. Competition brings out the best products and the worst in people applies to this video. I have my suspicions that I a kid I grew up with (a grade ahead of me), started working at a small engine repair shop as a second gig. He than tried doing snow removal for dirt cheap prices and you guys remember how that went right? LOL. Long Story Short HE FAILED as a mechanic on his own equipment and didn’t make it out past his 2nd driveway. He was forwarding his customers to us, the problem THEY WANTED HIS PRICES. NOPE, we told them just bc his snowblowers don’t work doesn’t mean he can remove snow. Tell Him to grab a shovel and have at it :) When people were inquiring about snow removal, his friends were referring him as well vouching for him. How could they if they if he has never done snow removal before. So thats when the Shark Came Out of Me and I went on the attack. Fast forward a few years later, guess who does small engine repair on the side now too?
SAME GUY! Guess who wasn’t getting repairs when posted? NOT ME…I THINK HE HAS SOME RANDOM PERSON POST A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE they had with me. Due to impeccable notes we take, we were able to thwart this attack. We did not leave this unscathed, this video brings light to that.

I take really good care of the FIRST and BEST CUSTOMER of Pattay’s Performance. Whenever someone posts that they need repair or a machine to buy I CAN GUARANTEE this customer is on the post referring me and talking us up. He is also evolved into a pillar of the community over the years, so his reference does take precedence over others. This season he contacts me, that is snow blower doesn’t start and he needs it repaired along with his usual tune-up. HE KNOWS HOW TO START HIS SNOWBLOWER! Why would he check me? Why would my BEST customer potentially turn into my WORST customer? This is why DOING the RIGHT thing will always pay off in the long run.

The best part about competition is that through it we discover what we are capable of and how much more we can actually do than we ever believed possible.
