Man Says He Has Right To Choose To Mask We Inform Him The State Mandate Does Not Give Him Rights

A man pulled up and said he has the right to choose to mask his child. We informed him that is why we are out there protesting mandatory masking, because the state is mandating masking school children, not giving parents rights to choose.
