This elderly couple has the Soviet flag in their home, under which WW2 was won by all Soviet republics, including Ukraine of course.. obviously the red communist flag isn't to many peoples liking including myself but this flag holds sentimental value to this couple as a reminder of her parents who fought and died during WW2

Even if you misunderstood the objectives of Operation Z (as a Ukrainian soldier) you can't step on what holds historical value to your elders.. this elderly couple remembers their dead parents with that flag..
