The prime minister of the UK doesn't want to rule out future lockdowns

The prime minister of the United Kingdom outright refuses to rule out future lockdowns, supposedly in fear of new "variants" popping up through covid virus transmissions. His real reason for doing this is because he's a tyrant and he sees all of his citizens as slaves.
