Welcome to Firearms of America! Today, I have another Tisas review for you guys and this is Tisas SDS Imports 1911 review.

Here is this SDS 1911 pistol on Palmetto State Armory:

Let's start with this SDS 1911 specs:
Hammer forged hard chrome plated 5” barrel
Hammer forged frame
Black cerakote finish
Partridge front sight
Flared and lowered ejection port
Commercial style thumb safety
Beveled magazine well
Flat main spring housing
Series 70 internals
Includes one 9 round magazine, cleaning kit, and owner’s manual.

So, overall, I am very impressed with this Tisas 1911 pistol! It handles the recoil very well, the trigger is great, the sights are great and you can't beat the classic walnut grips. If you are looking for a 9mm 1911, this SDS 1911 pistol should definitely be on your list.

Probably worth mentioning here that this Tisas 1911 made it to a few online lists like best 1911 for the money and best 1911 under 1000... which is WELL under 1000, by the way.
