Bruno Aiub's career was made on the internet by uploading videos teaching how to play Minecraft on YouTube in October 2010. At first, the idea was to help friends, based on his knowledge of the game and also on inspiration from foreign youtubers. "I always did it for fun, I had no prospect of making money with it at the time. Within a year I had 4,000 people subscribed to my channel. Today there are 2.3 million," he told O Globo newspaper in an interview in late 2013. Bruno is the son of a psychologist and a systems analyst.
Since 2018, Monark has been hosting the "Flow Podcast" alongside Igor Coelho, known as Igor 3K. After two years, the show was able to pay its costs with sponsorships and monetizations. In 2021, the project was even recognized and nominated for the MTV Miaw Awards in the category "Our Daily Podcast," won by "PodPah"
