US Representative Thomas Massie discusses an amendment to protect this refusing covid vax- 4-2022

During discussion on a bill to target domestic terrorism Rep Thomas Massie brings up an amendment that would protects from prosecution those who declined the covid vaccine or speaks in opposition to it. The democrats were against the amendment. Massie explains that an amendment shouldn't be needed because the right to refusal should be protected by the constitution. And says that the need for such an amendment is terrifying on its face.
