Phil Mosser, the owner of the Sportsman, has been battling Montgomery County for the past 5 years with issue after issue from the zoning department. This started two weeks after Phil bought the property and has been a nonstop battle. After hearing his story it's clear to us that he is being treated unfairly by the county and that he needs the support of his community.
