All seasons solar cooker, cooking chicken

Today, I got started at about 9:30 am setting up a table for my all seasons solar cooker and getting some chicken thighs seasoned. This was its first run and I thought there might be a learning curve, but it heated up fast and started cooking right out of the gate. The day was very windy, in fact, we had 45 MPH wind gusts, but it still heated up to nearly 300 degrees, and had the chicken thoroughly cooked in under 4 hours. I’m completely impressed and highly recommend this solar cooker for everyone from entry-level solar cooks to seasoned solar chefs.
