THOR Self Defence lesson FOR KIDS - KIDS KARATE, Self Defence Class for KIDS, THOR HAMMER FIST

In this Class of self defence for kids, we go through the basics behind a hammer fist, as is shown regularly in the marvel movie with Thor using his hammer. Hammer Fist is a simple but fun technique for kids to learn in self-defence or karate, and when it is themed with something naturally engaging to them, like thor or the marvel character (we even use hulk here) then the response is usually amazing!

Kids will be active, energetic, burn energy, become fitter and grow in confidence as we teach them the techniques of the avengers!
