Pro-Russian service members inspect Mariupol

Pro-Russian military units carried out searches in the besieged Ukrainian city of Mariupol on Thursday (April 7). The city's mayor Vadym Boichenko says more than 100,000 people still need to be evacuated urgently, describing the situation there as a humanitarian catastrophe. Russia calls its actions in Ukraine a "special military operation".
