Lauren is a consultant performance nutritionist, PhD candidate and international rugby union player. Lauren is currently the nutritionist for Leeds Rhinos Super League rugby league team alongside researching rugby nutrition and behaviour change science for her PhD at Leeds Beckett University. Alongside her professional career, Lauren is also a current member of the Irish Senior Women’s Rugby XVs team with 14 representative caps and has represented Ireland in basketball underage at European Championships. Lauren also plays club rugby for Sale Sharks Women in the top tier of women’s rugby in England, the Allianz Premier15s.
