During a Senate Rules Committee hearing on Thursday Senator Ted Cruz (R-Texas) was able to get Biden FEC nominee Dara Lindenbaum to admit she signed a legal document claiming Georgia voting machines illegally switched votes in the 2018 election. Cruz questioned Lindenbaum about a lawsuit she filed on behalf of failed gubernatorial candidate Stacey Abrams questioning the results of Georgia’s 2018 election.
