Loneliness and Isolation in Israel

"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for Yahovah your Elohim goes with you; he will never leave you nor forsake you.” Deut. 31:6

Are you lonely?

Isolation and loneliness seems to be a characteristic of Israel coming out of the nations. We all are losing (surrendering) family and friends over our choice to exit Babylon and turn to follow Yahweh. The pain is real and if you don't know what to do with your tears it can be desolating to our hearts.

We are built for, commanded to (at Feast times) and deeply want family and friendship. But it seems as if community is something Yahweh is asking us to surrender to him right now. If we do find ourselves in community – it is not always healthy and nothing like the church family we left. Why? I believe it is because the friendship was created out of theological alignment and desperation instead of being based on common interests and time-shared experience.

If we are fortunate enough to get into a fellowship for a time it can be fleeting and the inevitable division can make it hard to put your heart out there to trust again. This is definitely a difficult time. I want to encourage you in your lonely and sometimes painful wilderness time and help you focus on the One who is true and who will never leave you Yahovah Elohim.

BLESSING: May YHVH ELOHIM give you eyes to see and ears to hear so that you can make it all the way to the Great Wedding Feast of the Lamb and be a blessing to others as you travel there in obedience! May the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob bless you with health and prosperity as His will desires.
