How to Fix YouTube's Slow Uploading and Processing

Lately i have been having problems uploading and processing my youtube videos. I did a youtube search to see if anyone else was having this problem and sure enough I found someone with the same exact problem back in 2018. I can verify that this solution worked me in 2022
