I like to sleep with the lightest rain, just enough to keep my mind active but not enough to wake me up. It’s a great way to relax and wind down before bed. I often find that I fall asleep faster and stay asleep for longer when I’m sleeping in the rain. It feels like there’s so much more silence in the room, which is nice when you want to block out the world without actually being in the world.
