Bread with Meat Dumpling -

Cookie Ingredients:
🥩 1 kg of ground beef
🍥 20g of Salt
🌶 2g of Black Pepper
🍋 Juice of 1 lemon
🍋 Zest of ½ lemon
🍚 25g crushed garlic
🍚 50g chopped onion
🌿 75g of Chopped Green Cherry
🥫 50ml of Olive Oil
🥚 1 Egg
🍚 50g Bread Flour
🥣 *Panko flour for breading

Method of preparation:
🥣 Put all the ingredients in a basin and mix well.
🍘 Make 150 gram portions and model into dumplings. Flatten a little if you wish.
🍳 Pass in Panko flour and fry in oil preheated to 180 degrees Celsius.

Sauce Ingredients:
🌿 1 chopped parsley
🍚 2 cloves of garlic, minced and sautéed
🍋 Zest of 2 lemons
🍋 Juice of 2 lemons
🥫 Olive oil to the point
🌶 Salt and Pepper to taste
