Aliens Headed to Washington DC

Texas Governor Abbott is sending illegal aliens, by charter bus, to Washington DC in response to the Biden administration's gross failures on border security. Texas is the state hardest hit by the immediate consequences of the National Security threat that is the Biden White House dropping the ball on one of its few legitimate powers.
In the wake of the same administration flying illegals all over the country in a clear bid to spread the harm around, this seems like a bold move. In a way it is. However, it is merely a token maneuver.
