GTAV Online: Trash Modder/Cheater Trying To Kill Me.

Minding my own business, out of nowhere a player targets me for no reason. At first didn't know he's a modder in GOD Mode. Since he was in GOD Mode and impossible to lock onto or kill, I brought out the orbital cannon. At first it worked in destroying his vehicles. Then he makes his vehicle GOD MODE.
