ARPA post falls bushnell report

Post Falls City Council voted on using ARPA funds recently.
It was a 3-3 vote with the Mayor breaking the tie in favor of using the ARPA funds.
No votes: Shove, Walker, Ziegler
Yes votes: Thorsen, Borders, Malloy
Mayor Jacobsen voted yes and broke the tie.

Elections matter, especially on local races. 3 no votes due to three new city council members. On a side note, I am impressed with Malloy's research despite his yes vote.
