Best way to exercise when you study, dont exaggerate

And also, eat good amount of healthy fruits. Apples, bananas or whatever you feel for in the moment if hungry "Til you are well fed *Neither too much or too little, just about enough til you are well nourished*" dont exaggerate in anything basically.
But main reason is, in context to study, if you are all tired from exercise, your brain power wont do you too much good. So its why exercise is good in healthy amounts in that context. But not extreme amount when you study. I think extreme exercise is only ok if you are just bored and have nothing better to do.
