Let me tell you a little about myself and how I can help you to unlock your full potential and live life on your terms.

I am a certified Business and Performance Coach, NLP and TimeLine Therapy Practitioner.
I coach and mentor Natural Health Care Practitioners and Business Professionals, from high end executives to small business owners and employees, who want to do more, achieve more, be more, but are lacking the business and marketing clarity, direction, know-how and accountability, or are going through stress, overwhelm and burnout. Working with me will help you to to get on track and increase your performance for career and life success so you can unlock your full potential and live life on your terms.

How did I get here?
After studying Business and a 10 year Corporate career, including two Corporate Traineeships, I decided to switch paths and became a qualified Naturopath and Acupuncturist…but the passion for business and marketing didn’t go away. I founded and operated my own successful Natural Health Care Practice for another 10 years, (it must be a 10 year itch!) when I then joined Australasia’s leading Natural Medicine company as a senior Presenter, creating and delivering evidence-based Natural Medicine and Business and Marketing seminars, events, webinars, and podcasts internationally. This gave me an exciting platform to continually educate myself and impact more people.

Today, after nearly three decades as a recognised leader and influencer in the Natural Medicine industry, I have decided to step up to the next level and coach and mentor Business Professionals going through overwhelm and burnout - FROM BURNOUT TO BRILLIANCE, Natural Health Care Practitioners who want to Grow and Scale their Business, without the burnout - THE PRACTITIONERS’ COACH, and those who want to confidently learn to craft and deliver engaging presentations to establish themselves as the expert - BE THE EXPERT.
