Nekkid San Francisco Man Hit in Head When Trying to Leave Building

Location: San Francisco, California, USA - Westfield Mall

A nude man was seen walking around a shopping mall in downtown San Francisco aimlessly wandering around. When it looked like he was making a potential exit, another man hit the nekkid man in the back of the head with some sort of blunt object.
San Francisco PD was alerted of the incident, but before they could get there, the nude man had left the mall. It's currently unknown if there are any charges being pressed or investigations being started.
