THINKING TOO MUCH BEFORE BED

In this video, we went over considerations for sleep and an overactive mind. In order to sleep, we must surrender to it, which means it cannot be forced. Many things in our lives can be forced into submission such as working out, our occupation, forging from the material world, but sleep is not so easily subdued. We must "fall" asleep. Exercise and eating healthy will always be a great way to benefit sleep.
