Another video dedicated to the powerful almond, precisely today i'll show you how to make the easiest, faster and, especially the healthier vegan ALMOND CHEESE! 😋🧀

According to research studies, 65% of adults have some form of lactose intolerance, which is nearly 3 out of 4 people worldwide!!!! 😲
Even if you can digest lactose, too much diary can cause bloating and digestive distress.
You may also experience other side effects from dairy products that contain growth and milk-production-regulating hormones, for example they can make acne problem worse.
Some studies have also found that high dairy intake is linked to higher risk of certain types of cancers like prostate or breast cancer!

So to oppose diary product' side effects and to whoever is diary intollerant, I have decided to play around with almonds, and here it is: the vegan almond cheese!

Raw vegan almond cheese recipe below 👩🏻‍🍳 :

- 200 gr of soaked almonds (overnight in room temperature water or for 15 mins in hot water)
- Freshly squeezed lemon juice (half lemon)
- A pinch of salt
- 20 ml of almond milk
- 1 tbs of nutritional yeast flakes
