Facelift, Neck Lift, Arm lift, and Breast Lift/Augmentation | Plastic Surgery Procedure

Today's patient had previously lost over 150 lbs! Unfortunately with that weight loss, the patient has been left with a lot of loose hanging skin on her arms, neck, face and around her breasts. So first Dr. Katzen is going to perform an #ArmReduction including liposuction and and incision to remove the hanging skin, to reduce the overall size of the arms about 35%. Then Dr. Katzen is going to perform a breast augmentation with implants, and then an additional #BreastLift to improve the shape. Finally Dr. Katzen will finish this surgery with a #facelift and a #neck lift.
