Today we're re-examining the 2021 Housing Market Predications for the reset of the year. By mid-2021 home prices across the US surged 24.8% year-over-year to a median sales price of $386,888. The housing market has remained strong through the year but what will it look like by the end 2021 as the economy continues to recover from the pandemic-driven recession while the Delta variant and other worldly problems continue to show themselves.
