Teach them Young, making homemade noodles with MoMo on Weise Farms
What's better than eating noodles? Making homemade noodles with your MoMo!
Children love spending time with us, more than they enjoy things. And what more value can you ad to that time when you teach them how to do things that have been passed down through the generations. Here we are using a Kitchenaid Stand Mixer, the 5 piece pasta attachment with specific uses of the roller and the fettuccini attachment. Our noodle recipe is simple. It includes pastured eggs from Weise Farms, King Arthur flour, and salt! How simple is that? Disclaimer - We don't recommend anyone eat raw pasta. Our family has been snitching from the noodle pile for generations.

Let's talk about Ducks. Why did the Chicken cross the road? Are you my Mother?
All of my ducks may not be in a row, but this video warms my heart. We were herding our ducks back into their pen for the evening when a chicken crossed over in front of the group. She wasn't just any chicken. She hatched some of those ducks. And you can see how she and one of her hatchlings recognized each other. The ducks continued on and went right into their pen for the evening where they are safe from coyotes and other predators. This was filmed a few years ago. I can't remember the exact date.

Steak your claim to delicious beef!
We raise Angus and Wagyu beef, which are two breeds that we think tastes great. Wagyu beef is marbled with a low melting point (kind of like coconut oil), and it is what makes the beef taste so delicious. It has Omega 3's. We do not raise grass-fed beef, but instead invest in local milled feed because we are convinced that grain fed beef tastes better. Grimm Feed is located just a few miles away. This is Grimm's filling our feeder. We use Ender feeders, also made just a few miles away. We support local businesses! Our cattle are not fed hormones or antibiotics. If you’d like to fill your freezer or just enjoy a ribeye, let me know. Please support your local farmers, and remember us as an alternative to the grocery store. Thank you for watching, please give us a rumble and subscribe if you can.

We lost a chicken to an arial attack
Our Anatolian Shepherd Livestock Guardian Dog cannot protect chickens that are outside of his range. Most arial attacks by hawks or owls are silent until it is too late. This is one of the prices we pray for free-range chickens
