J6 political prisoner Jeremy Brown explains who is to blame for where we are right now
"This two-party blame game is one of the many weapons that our enemy has used, and are using, against us. It's our fault. And as long as we continue to sit, watch, and complain, without doing something to change things; if we continue to watch the connected and the elite thumb their nose at the very laws that they pass to enslave and bludgeon us with, well...then, when it's our turn to be hauled away, we will deserve it. And that's what history says." --Jeremy Brown
The video above is a condensed and edited excerpt of a recent podcast with Jeremy Brown. The entire episode is worth your time. I would encourage everyone to follow the JeremyBrownCampaign on Rumble and the account of his podcast host on Twitter, both of which can be found at the links below.

You will not find anyone who speaks more truth than January 6 political prisoner Jeremy Brown, whose words we should heed with great caution, for he already HAS been "hauled away" by our government. He is one of many, and there shouldn't be a day that goes by that we aren't thinking about what it is that WE can do to right such wrongs--because it IS our fault that such things are occurring. We have been the problem. Do we have the courage to be the solution? Make no mistake, if we continue to do nothing, we WILL be next. And shame be upon us for not doing more to help those who already ARE being held as prisoners. The very government who is responsible for their imprisonment is NOT going to come to their rescue. So who will?
More from Jeremy Brown below. "We've been complaining about these things for so long, but it's like that's the only thing that we are capable of doing as a country any more is complaining and it really is heartbreaking..."

Have you been repeating these propaganda talking points? (Many have.)
I fear that we are being made fools of by those who are steering the narratives which shape our perception of reality.
The information I read from in the video, as well as pictures of the blink-and-you'll-miss-it scenes from the movie The Matrix Resurrections, which I reference in this video, can be seen at the link below.

Ignoring the truth leads to a forgetting of what the truth ever was. That is a very dangerous thing.

To secure our elections we must end unconstitutional federal overreach
This is a portion of a meeting that I had recently with Senator Clements for the purpose of going over with him a resolution of Nebraska voters calling upon our senators to introduce meaningful legislation in the upcoming 2023 Legislative Session. Clements was largely silent throughout the entire meeting, and I still have not yet received a requested follow-up response from his office. I will include the link below where you may copy and send the resolution to senators or use it as you wish.
I know that this video is perhaps a bit hard to follow for people who have not delved deep into the corruption that exists in our elections; but I was encouraged to have just seen featured on The Gateway Pundit an article that is so similar in content to what I have been trying to get out there for a very long time now. The problems with our elections are the result of an unholy alliance between Big Government and Big Tech.
In this meeting, to which Senator Clements also invited Todd Watson of the NEGOP, Todd told me a story which I had surprisingly never heard before about discussions that were had with Evnen which caused Watson (or perhaps the NEGOP) to believe that changing our voting system definition to include "any software or service" would lead to Evnen getting rid of Crowdstrike software.
Even if you don't understand all of the collusion that is taking place between Big Government and Big Tech that I try to point out--because it is so deep and wide and this is just the tip of the iceberg--the most important thing you should take away from this story you will hear about the NEGOP's engagement with Secretary of State Evnen regarding election security is that we cannot rely upon the NEGOP to be the ones to know what kind of legislation is needed to secure our elections in a way which isn't the equivalent of a tiny band-aid upon a gaping, gushing wound. As I point out in this video, the NEGOP Legislative Plan for 2023 never once mentioned anything about getting rid of the machines and software used in our elections. I find that very troubling. And, as I point out in this video, I think Evnen got the best of them with regard to that Crowdstrike story. It certainly sounds like he got to set the terms of any negotiations regarding which issues would be addressed. Our elected officials need to be reminded that they work for us.
The link below is one of many on my website which also points to the collusion between Big Government and Big Tech, and it includes the link to the government report on Russian interference in our elections which I briefly referenced in the video.
https://www.voicesofnebraska.com/silent-no-more/your-silence-is-your-consent
I have written a resolution which anyone may download or copy and use however they like, but the legislative ideas which I have suggested that our senators consider are ones which are proposed keeping in mind that the real root of the problem with our elections is the overreach of the federal government and the untrustworthy collaborations between Big Government and Big Tech. We will have a new AG sworn in soon who has said that he will work for the people and not for his political peers. We shall see, for Senator Hilgers will have the opportunity as our next AG to put up a fight against this overreach of our federal government into our elections. Will he have the balls to do it? I don't know. But we need to ask him to do it--and then we will know where he stands. And every senator needs to be confronted with this information as well.
Give them all an ultimatum. Will they choose to protect the rights of the people, or will they choose to protect the interests of their political peers? We may not be able to get them to do what we want, but we can damn sure put every last one of them on the record as to where they stand. And there is value in knowing that. You cannot fight effectively if you do not know who your friends and enemies are.
Go find out.

Commentary on Initiative Measure 432--Voter ID (Don't pee on my leg and tell me it's raining)
FAITH OVER FEAR.
This is a discussion of some of the comments which I shared when I gave public comment on the Voter ID initiative at the final public hearing in Lincoln. When I get the chance, and if the quality of the audio is good enough, I will share the recording of my public comments.
My comments at last week's hearing in Omaha can be heard here:
https://www.voicesofnebraska.com/silent-no-more/my-comments-from-the-public-hearing-on-voter-id
Oh, and I'll let you know if Senator Hilgers (who is a candidate for Nebraska AG) keeps to his word to hold a meeting with me next week.

THIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD NOT TRUST THE NEGOP
You may follow the link below to see my comments about a recent post on Twitter from the NEGOP which should alarm you if you are someone who believes that we need to get machines out of our elections.
https://www.voicesofnebraska.com/silent-no-more/and-this-right-here-is-why-you-should-not-trust-the-negop
If you thought that the "takeover" of the NEGOP meant that you were getting new people in there who were going to put the interests of the people above doing whatever it takes to win elections (for their own sake and not for yours), then you have been snookered.
The recent claim from the NEGOP that Mike Flood should be praised for "helping write legislation" that "gives the Secretary of State the authority to remove corrupt software from our election equipment" is absurd! The amendment proposed by Flood and then passed by our legislature revised the definition of our "voting system" to now include "any software or service" (ANY!) in the "creating, casting, and counting" of ballots. In no way whatsoever did Flood's adopted amendment move us closer to restoring integrity to our elections. In fact, it moved us in the opposite direction.
But what really stinks to high heaven about the NEGOP's cheering of Flood is their suggestion that Flood has helped to grant Secretary of State Evnen the authority to rid us of "corrupt software." WHAT A JOKE! For them to make such a claim very clearly indicates two things: 1) that they haven't got a clue that the revision of "voting system" leaves our elections WIDE OPEN to the use of "any software or service," making them MORE vulnerable, and 2) that they haven't got a clue that Secretary of State Evnen has ZERO intentions of ridding us of any "corrupt software," as is indicated in his public comment given before the Government Affairs committee.
Or maybe they do know. Maybe they aren't so clueless.
Here's what I know. I know that Governor Ricketts office has told me that the change in how our voting system is defined was done to permit the Secretary of State to have more oversight. I am guessing that the amendment proposed by Flood to add "any software and service" to our voting system came at the suggestion of Evnen himself. But listen to Evnen's public comment, and then you tell me if that man is EVER going to give up the ES&S machines.
All Flood did was grant MORE authority and oversight to crooked Secretary of State Bob Evnen. So much for that "new guard" replacing the "old guard" of the NEGOP. They cheer on this bullshit and they beg for Republicans to vote for Pillen. And all the while, they don't even TRY to make Pillen a better candidate. The NEGOP should be demanding that Pillen get his ass out of the basement that he's hiding in and debate his opponents. But they don't. Instead, all the NEGOP cares about is winning elections, and the "new guard" is no different than the "old guard." Winning elections is good, but if they were sincere about restoring power to the people, they would insist that Republican candidates respect the voters enough to work to EARN their votes. Instead, they let them run amuck and make excuses for their bad behavior.

Why I am convinced that Herbster was falsely accused by Senator Slama
In part of this audio, you'll hear Senator Slama scold me for using "the F word." If Senator Slama were as interested in policing our elections as she is in policing my use of "the F word," our elections would be secured in no time!
I will never permit someone to label me as something which I am not. Senator Slama is very much suggesting, and in some instances directly stating--things about me which are NOT true. In the audio of the meeting that I had with her yesterday, I reminded her that she has accused me in the past of "trying to overthrow the government." What she has said about me is unreal. And FALSE. She said that what I was describing to her--when I was asking her to uphold and protect our Constitutional rights--"qualifies as" an attempt to overthrow the government! This is not a statement from my senator that I take lightly, particularly given the many injustices that are taking place against patriots in our country right now at the hands of our own government.
I would note that Senator Slama can be heard in the audio of the meeting asking me why I did not speak up (about my concerns about the changes to how "voting system" is defined) when I gave public comment on LB 843 at the capitol earlier in the year. The reason that I am pointing to this now is because this is yet another example of gamesmanship that our politicians play. Slama appears to be mistaken on her dates in several of the instances to which she points in order to suggest that the timeline of things mattered in absolving her of her responsibility to represent the concerns of her constituents. She asked me why I did not speak up sooner, and the answer is that I did not because I had no knowledge yet of Flood's proposed amendment until after the legislative session was over. I don't even think that Senator Flood's amendment had been proposed yet at the time of the hearings where Slama suggests I should have spoken up about my concerns.
The better questions to ask, I think, is why it is that Senator Slama has taken no action against me if she--as she claims--believes that I pose a threat to our government. Is she not be derelict in her duties to ignore such a thing, if she TRULY believes it to be so? What she has claimed about me trying to "overthrow the government" is no small thing, and words such as that from our government should never be directed toward us unless they are true. What Senator Slama accuses me of is NOT true, and I think that if she truly believed that it was, she would have a duty to follow through and report me. Again, I do not fear such allegations because I know that they are false. Senator Slama knows it too. This is an example of how some in our government will use the power of the positions that they hold in order to intimidate others. I will not be cowed into silence.
Also, I don't mention it in my video commentary, but in the audio of the meeting (during a portion which is difficult to hear), she actually makes a reference to an incident which never took place as she describes. She claims that, at the Nemaha County GOP Convention, I was two inches from her face and she alludes to my use of "the F word" as if I were cursing directly at her (as in, F-you, or something). Anyone who has followed the videos that I have posted in the past knows very well that I shared (long ago) all about the incident that took place on the day that she is referencing. It was not an insignificant event to me, because it was the moment when my own senator claimed that I was trying to "overthrow the government!"
Was I "two inches" from her face. No. Absolutely not. Just as Senator Slama claimed that Charles Herbster touched her at a crowded event, she is now claiming untrue things to suggest that I engaged with her inappropriately during a conversation that she and I had which took place in a room full of people at my county GOP convention.
The audio of that event was recorded in its entirety and I have shared it in the past--with no shame or hesitation whatsoever. The truth is that I *WANT* people to know that Senator Slama believes that patriots are dangerous. I *WANT* people to see that her concerns are to protect her peers in the government instead of to provide representation to her constituents and to protect our rights. What actually happened is that AFTER Senator Slama had just claimed that I was trying to "overthrow the government," I told her that I was only trying to appeal to her as my senator for representation and that she was essentially telling me to "fuck off." I can assure you that I was far more offended by her having just accused me of trying to overthrow the government than she was by my use of "the F word."
I will post the link below that includes the audio of that exchange and people may decide for themselves which of the two of us, Senator Slama or I, poses the greatest threat to our government.
Those are but a few of the reasons that I now believe that her allegations against Charles Herbster were made up. (I cover more of the reasons in the video.) I was always skeptical of her claims given the timing of when they came out, but up until recently, I had been willing to presume that there might have been an inkling of truth to what she had said. Maybe Herbster had flirted with her or something, I thought. But I never believed that he touched her in such a way that traumatized her as she claimed. Never. And Governor Ricketts' call for Herbster to "seek treatment," combined with calls from all of the women in the Unicameral for Herbster to drop out of the race (because they all had publicly declared him guilty) certainly seemed to point to all of this being nothing more than a political witch hunt (with a heaping dose of an abuse of governmental authority behind it).
I have always been appalled that many of our elected officials abused their governmental authority by claiming Herbster guilty rather than presuming him innocent. What irony there was that Governor Ricketts claimed Herbster unfit to lead when Ricketts himself was abusing the authority of his elected position to charge ahead with public proclamations of guilt against a man who never was given the presumption of innocence as our laws require. (And Pillen's tacit consent to such an abuse of governmental authority is one of the main reasons I will never vote for him to be our governor.) Until recently, I did believe that there was always the possibility that the allegations against Herbster might have held some truth to them. The evidence of what I have seen and personally experienced myself suggests to me that Senator Slama is no longer deserving of any benefit of the doubt. Today, I do believe that Herbster is 100% innocent of the things which Senator Slama has claimed about him. Will we ever know for sure? Perhaps not. But I am speaking today to the things which I *do* know, and that is that Senator Slama is a person who I know for a fact cannot be trusted to give an accurate account of things or honest answers when she is asked.

NEVAP's Larry Ortega: "Cheating in the primaries" is why we will only see a Red Trickle"
A few people who know how long I have been fighting to restore election integrity have sent me video of a couple of recent interviews with Nebraska Voter Accuracy Project leader Larry Ortega. So this video discusses my thoughts on what Larry says the NEVAP is currently up to. (I don't really know any more, since they blocked me from all of their groups some months back.) The history of my own involvement in election integrity pursuits, including the good, the bad, and the ugly of my involvement with NEVAP, is well-documented on my voicesofnebraska.com website.
One of the things that I talk about in this video is the "Bonds for the Win" approach that Larry says NEVAP is now pursuing. In any instance where the "Bonds for the Win" approach has resulted in "wins," it has not been due to any legal aspect of the approach. To my knowledge (based on reports I have read), there have been no legal wins with the "Bonds for the Win" approach. BUT...there has been some progress made in some instances where it has been tried. Ultimately, the answer to how we fight back effectively against a tyrannical government is that we must be willing to make the tyrants every bit as uncomfortable as they are willing to make us. We have to get face-to-face with our elected officials and hold them to account. That is how the "Bonds for the Win" approach has delivered results. But it doesn't take the "Bonds for the Win" approach to do it. This kind of a people-led fight, taken directly to our elected officials without trying to go around them (which only lets them off the hook) is what I tried to get NEVAP to take from Day One. All it requires is us showing up and making our elected officials look us in the eye.

Do you know how to be self-reliant and think outside the swamp?
I prefer to share my thoughts in writing rather than through videos, but I made this video to provide some commentary on several of the things I have been writing about on my website, voicesofnebraska.com. I don't think you necessarily have to read those articles, but you will definitely have a better understanding of my commentary in this video if you do--particularly with regard to what it is I mean when I talk about "nature vs nurture." I don't actually talk about it using that phrase in my writing, and I know I'm speaking of it in a different context than the phrase is customarily used, but what I am referencing has to do with my concerns about what it is that has shaped our behaviors as a society. (Nurturing socialism/communism is not a good thing, but our educational system has been doing it for decades--and, in many ways, so has our government.) So if you need context or want more information, you can find those articles on my website.
I expect that there will be some people who won't like some of the things that I say in this video. We not only need accountability from our elected officials, but we also must demand accountability from ourselves. I don't call upon others to question their accountability to themselves in ways that I have not questioned my own.

Governor Ricketts and Senators Clements and Linehan on election integrity concerns
Here is audio of Governor Ricketts and Senators Clements and Linehan answering questions about election integrity concerns. (Warning: If you think that our elections are problematic, then their responses might piss you off.)
This was from a town hall Ricketts held on Voter ID a couple of days ago. When I say that this is the kind of accountability that we need--confronting our elected officials face to face rather than allowing them to repeatedly brush us off--what I mean is that this kind of thing only works when more of us are doing it and when we don't let up. As I've said before, getting better behavior from our government is no different than trying to get better behavior from a toddler. The discipline has to be consistent and never just a "one and done" scolding. That never works.
The responses given by Ricketts, Clements, and Linehan in this audio is just more evidence for why it is that I believe people need to stop making excuses for Republicans (even the "good" ones). Arguments that we mustn't rock the boat among conservatives in an election year, but should instead unite with the Republican Party, are absurd. They have not served conservatives well, and election time is precisely the time to put them all in the spotlight and conduct thorough interviews with them regarding the position in government which they are asking to hold. We have seen what happens when we don't.
Although I do not expect any meaningful response from the governor's office (if I even get a response at all!), I did compose a letter to send to his Chief of Staff, as Ricketts suggested in the audio. That letter is posted below. Feel free to send the same letter or your own to his Chief of Staff as well. (That would be Matt Miltenberger matt.miltenberger@nebraska.gov.) But what we really need is more people engaging in peaceful confrontations with our elected officials to demand answers and accountability from them face-to-face. I truly believe that such confrontations are the only peaceful option that we have to try to get any elected officials who may still have a smidgeon of integrity left within them to do the right thing. When we do not make any efforts to truly hold them accountable it is certainly easier for them to continue to side with the elites instead of with "we the people." The window of time in which peaceful intervention with a government that no longer listens to the people is growing smaller by the day.
*******************************************************************************************
Good morning, Matt. I spoke with Governor Ricketts at the town hall in Nebraska City for the Voter ID initiative. Many Nebraskans have concerns that the contract that exists between the State of Nebraska and ES&S results in a violation of Article 1-22 of the Nebraska State Constitution. Governor Ricketts said I should direct my concerns to you.
I would like to receive a written response to two specific concerns.
The first is that I would like an explanation of how it is that the terms of the ES&S contract do not pose an impediment to the right of eligible Nebraska voters to exercise the elective franchise. The process of voting does not end when one marks a ballot, but continues through until the counting of the vote. We know, according to Secretary of State Bob Evnen, that it is the machines that count the votes. All oversight of the machines is internal. There is no outside oversight of our elections, and if you examine the "Security Requirements" portion of the ES&S contract, you will find that the contract contains within it an agreement of non-disclosure that would prevent Nebraskans from ever knowing ANYTHING about the results of the security testing. It is forbidden. How is Article 1-22 of our state constitution not being violated when voters in Nebraska are being denied the transparency necessary to know that our votes are being counted as they are cast and that our voting system is a secure one?
The second concern that I would like to have addressed is regarding the claims that the machines in our elections do not connect to the internet. Can you please provide an explanation for what the "Security Requirements" portion of the ES&S contract is referencing? The contract specifically refers to "anti-virus protections" and "intrusion detection methods," to include vulnerability scans and penetration testing. It seems that such security testing requirements would not be necessary if vulnerabilities did not exist, and we know that they do because the Department of Homeland security designated the cybersecurity of our elections as critical infrastructure because the threats and vulnerabilities are so great. We also know that the use of Albert sensors allows remote access to the services provided by ES&S.
Despite these potential vulnerabilities, "we the people" are not permitted any outside oversight of our elections. Senator Linehan asked me at the town hall event what it is that I mean by "outside oversight." Currently, all oversight is internal and conducted by those who have declared the November 2020 election to have been "the most secure in American history." Outside oversight would mean that "we the people'' have some assurances that our elections provide us with the transparency that is required for there to be no hindrance or impediment to our constitutionally protected right to know that our votes are counted as they are cast. With no outside oversight of the machines that count the votes, I believe that our elections are being conducted in a manner which is unconstitutionally impeded and fraught with conflicts of interest and opportunities for undue influence.
It should also be considered a conflict of interest when no outside oversight by "we the people" is permitted and yet Secretary of State Bob Evnen's own name is on the ballot. Governor Ricketts' answer to me when I spoke with him was that "we the people" should trust those whom we elect to handle things for us. As I informed Governor Ricketts when he suggested that I take my concerns to Secretary of State Evnen (I have!), the man that Ricketts has endorsed to continue to serve as our Secretary of State has been proven to have lied to us and to have been negligent (at best) in the oversight he has previously provided regarding our elections.
Evnen claims that it was many months after the election that he learned about the $400,000 of Zuckerberg grant money that was spent in Lancaster County. He also has made claims that the grant money was spent on PPE in response to COVID-19. But this was not true. The report accounting for how every penny of the grant money was spent shows that not one red cent of it went toward PPE. In addition to not being accurate with Nebraskans about how the money was spent, Evnen has also made the claim that the Zuckerberg money had no influence on the outcome of any elections in Lancaster County. But how could he possibly know that the money had no influence on the outcome when he appears not to have known how the money was actually spent? The document detailing how the money was spent was easily obtainable by voters, and as oversight of our elections is Evnen's job, he should have known better. This negligence from the man that so many Republicans in our state have endorsed for reelection is something that many voters find concerning.
There is a mountain of evidence--much more than I have included in this letter-- that demonstrates why voters in the state of Nebraska no longer hold faith in the election process in our state. This is not the first time that I have reached out to the governor's office regarding my concerns about election integrity. The concerns of myself and of other Nebraskans have repeatedly fallen on deaf ears, including those of Secretary of State Bob Evnen whose job it is to provide oversight of our elections and who has demonstrated, at the very least, a proven negligence in the elected position that he holds and for which Governor Ricketts and many other Republicans in our state have continued to recommend him.
Many Nebraskans hold no faith in our election process. There is still time for Governor Ricketts to pursue election integrity in earnest before November by removing the vulnerable and corruptible ES&S services from being used in our elections. He would be a hero, not only to our state but to our nation, if he did. Voter ID is a no-brainer and we should have had it already, but it in no way addresses the real problems that exist with election security in our state. I would be happy to visit with you to go over this further, for as I have previously stated, this is only the tip of the iceberg when it comes to a review of the reasons that many believe our elections and the constitutional officer who holds the elected position of providing oversight of our elections (Evnen) can no longer be trusted.
I look forward to hearing from your office.
Respectfully,
Jennifer Hicks

If you want to stay safe, you have to know your surroundings
If you aren't fully aware of what you are surrounded by, you aren't as safe as you think.
Most people are suffering from what essentially amounts to Stockholm Syndrome when it comes to holding our elected Republicans accountable. If we place our trust in those who are essentially holding us captive (and Republicans are doing exactly that when they refuse to take action regarding the constitutionality of our elections--for that is where our freedom is rooted is in our vote), then we will continue to remain willing captives to bad government that is never going to work in our favor. Accountability has to start first with those who had the power to do something but didn't.
Until people wake up and realize that they are misplacing their trust in Republicans who claim to be on our side but who, time and time again, fold instead of following through with the fight, "we the people" will continue to be denied justice and will only receive that which our government sees fit to serve up to us. We get what we accept.
This video ends with Senator Brewer stating (to me, as I was walking back to my seat, and not when I was facing him) that he would have a "long conversation" with anyone who would dare to question his loyalty to his oath of office. Well, I do question his loyalty to his oath, but I don't single him out. I question the loyalty of every elected official who has had concerns about the constitutionality of our elections brought to their attention and who have done nothing to address our concerns. I WANT to have that conversation, and I want to have it PUBLICLY, but elected Republicans keep running from it. I feel that we deserve answers and accountability. We deserve elected officials who have the courage to look us in the eye. We aren't getting that. And until we do, then we would be fools to think that they are on our side and fighting for us. They aren't.
(I referred to Ricketts as one of the "candidates" being trotted out at the state convention to speak. I know he isn't a candidate. But he might as well be considered one by proxy, as I think he and Pillen are a package deal.)

Stop excusing bad behavior from Republicans (there's some cussin' in this one)
Those who have claimed that my criticism of the GOP is some sort of bitter reaction to not having won my race for AG have not been paying attention. At all. If they had been, they would know that I was disgruntled with the GOP long before I ever entertained the idea of running for office. In fact, it was BECAUSE OF the failures of the GOP that I became a candidate in the first place.
The people who are the angriest at me at the moment are the ones who are demanding that we all unite around a party that is broken and that is not serving us well at all. The GOP has become a party for the elites and is NOT a party for the people. My criticism of Republican elected officials is not new, and many who are now railing at me to "unite" are people who once shared my criticism of the spineless Republicans who have handed our country over to tyrants. What is different now is that we are approaching our general election. Fear is creeping in, and out of that fear, many are embracing the spineless Republicans as "the lesser evil."
How about we stop making excuses for evil and stop rewarding it with our vote? How about we start holding accountable those who are elected and those who seek our vote, instead of making excuses for their failures? Nothing will change for the better until we do.
If the message in this video is a reaction to anything, it is to the apathy and the complacency that I believe is rapidly leading to our undoing. We have become so lazy and disengaged that we are now willing to cozy right back up to the spineless GOP politicians and candidates who we know are no good for us. But many are either too lazy or too afraid to do what is necessary for any real change to occur.
And so the political theater continues.

Jagged Little Pillen (I will never give him my vote)
GET OUT OF YOUR COMFORT ZONE!
Over and over again since I have felt called to become a public voice, I have found myself asking God, "You want me to do what?" That is what I was asking when I felt like God was calling upon me this morning to begin my message by singing. I don't sing for people. Not publicly, nor privately. I never have. But I have learned to trust God whenever he calls me to act outside of my comfort zone. This was definitely outside my comfort zone, but I've also learned that the only judgement that should concern me is that of God. So I will try to continue to do as I feel called, even when it is something that I would not choose for myself. (This was hard for me to do, but I'm glad that I did it.)
When I felt called upon to share this message, I was reminded of one Sunday a few weeks back when Michael Connely, Rex Schroder, and I were campaigning together out west and we visited a church service one morning. Michael felt that we should go, but I was reluctant about it because I didn't want to seem like we were pandering for votes, especially since I don't even belong to a church myself. It was made clear to us right away why we were directed to attend that church that day. There was a message in it for us. We hadn't been there ten minutes before some of the members of the church began asking us about our views of abortion. The views that were held by some of the people of that church were abhorrent. They were pro-abortion, and especially so when it involved black babies. I was appalled to hear such things being spoken, especially in a house of God.
The energy that was felt in that church was dark to me. There was an absence of light in a place of worship. As I said, I do not belong to a church, so I seldom attend a church service. If this is what our churches have become, then it is no wonder that our country is in such peril. I had even noted to Michael and Rex that day that there was no emotion nor joy expressed in the hymns that were sung. (I don't have any problem singing in a crowd, where I feel I can blend in.) People were just going through the motions. We could not get out of there soon enough. (To be fair, there were a few in that church who showed us kindness, but the overall energy was not good, and the presence of evil there was definitely felt by all three of us.)
The few bars of a hymn that I sing at the beginning of this video are very brief, but the message that I take from God asking me to do it is twofold. One is just a furthering of the message that I have felt called to share in the past about the importance of us using our voices--that unashamedly using our voices for God is where we will find relief and the answers that we seek. And the second part of the message in this, I think, is that we need to be very discerning in where it is that we seek our guidance, for the places and the people that we place our trust in may not truly be worthy of it. We will not find the guidance of God in a church that has rejected Him. And we should be careful about the faith that we put in those within our political party to uphold our values as well.

My perspective on the fight for election integrity in Nebraska
In this video, I offer my thoughts on how things are going with the fight for election integrity in Nebraska. I know this is a bit long, but I think this is very important stuff, and there are some things which would add more meat to this video that I didn't even include for the sake of not having the video run any longer than it already does.
You will learn about why I don't believe Bob Borer is the right guy for the job of Secretary of State. You will learn about how my views of how to restore election integrity differ from those of Dr. Frank. And you will learn about what it is that I promise to do to help secure our elections if I am elected.

March 2 Election Integrity Bills hearings before the Government Committee
This is the full video from that day. It is very long! This is the day that Dr. Frank and Sean Smith spoke several times. I spoke on several bills this day as well. My first comments are at the 16 1/2 minute mark, roughly.
Around the 4 hour mark (just after, I think) you will find Dr. Frank, followed by Evnen, and then by me. There were so many good testimonies given that day, it's worth listening to all of it.

March 2, 2022 Election bill hearing in Judiciary Committee (with Dr. Frank)
I was unable to speak on this bill, but I would like to have. This hearing was going on at the same time as the one in the Government and Veterans Affairs Committee, where I was speaking on several bills.

January 26, 2022 Committee hearings on election integrity bills
I am posting these full hearings of the election integrity bills for those who would like to have access to them.
I think my comments are roughly around the 1:39:00 mark (my somewhat heated exchange with Senator Blood follows those comments), and the 2:53:00 mark.

Recent news about medical freedom should scare you to death (or to action)
In this video, I show you recent news addressing medical freedom concerns, and why you need to understand that no branch of our government is going to defend your rights.
As I have pointed out in other videos, the Executive Branch is promoting propaganda and issuing not-so-veiled threats in attempts to silence those who dare to speak out against the government-approved "trusted voices" when it comes to COVID-19 and elections. Our legislators have failed us as well. And anyone still holding out hope that the U.S. Supreme Court is going to uphold the Constitution is fooling themselves, I think.
We have to stop outsourcing the protection of our freedom to the very same people who are trampling on our rights. The responsibility is ours to be the protectors of our freedom. But will we find the courage to do it?

Why isn't Voter Accuracy Project focused on securing our next election?
Appealing to a government that has made it abundantly clear that they are either incompetent to defend your rights, or that they have no intention of doing so, is a futile effort. We have reached the point at which we should stop expecting the answers to be found in our legislators and state officials. They have repeatedly failed us, and the legislation that they are proposing to protect freedom is so impotent (and dangerously compromising of our freedom) that I question whether or not they are even sincere.
As it is said that it is the definition of insanity to continue to do the same thing and expect a different result, I propose that we get smarter in our approach and develop a strategy. No practical strategy is being brought forth to the people to follow, but I believe that people ARE looking for direction and actions that they can take. (I know I have been.)
I do have some ideas for how to mobilize the people to action, but for it to be successful, others must join in and help spread the message of freedom. This is what I have tried to get the Voter Accuracy Project to help with, but to no avail. There are many who claim to be patriots who do not support the approach that I propose, but who instead want to continue to try to fix a broken and corrupted system of government by appealing to a broken and corrupted system of government. This makes no sense to me.
Here is a basic outline of what I believe we must do:
1) Ask our elected officials who among them has the integrity to uphold their oath and side with the people
2) Remind our elected officials that they derive their authority from us and that of they are public servants who swore an oath
3) Assess, based upon how (or if) our elected officials respond to our concerns where it is we stand in relation to our government (Do they hold the proper respect for those whom they asked to serve? Or have they abandoned that purpose?)
4) Use the clarity that has been gained to form our next steps forward.
Despite knowing that not a single senator is presently on the side of "we the people" when it comes to election integrity (even Senator Clements has gone silent on the matter), I still hold out some hope that there are still some senators with the integrity to take the side of the people and stand with us in our fight to preserve our vote and our voice in government.
But if our senators and state officials fail us, then we must look to a county level strategy to conduct our elections. I think that a unified and statewide strategy should be formed and shared. I know that there are some who have been looking into what can be done at the county level with regard to our elections. I explain in the video the need for the effort to be a unified one to be successful. If anyone who has been doing that work has a strategy to share (because I've not seen a unified strategy being shared yet), then please let me know so I can help share it.
The Voter Accuracy Project has some good information to share, but the solutions they propose are impotent and little more than "hopium." They offer no specific direction to people. Telling you to call our state senators and tell them you are mad is not going to be enough. And all of the results VAP is seeking to deliver would arrive too late. Our efforts should be focused on securing our next election in May--and yet VAP pretends as if primary elections do not matter. But why?
I very much call into question the inexplicable rudeness and resistance I have been met with when I have tried to talk to them about the very approach that I have outlined above. (The rule I follow is "don't start none, won't be none," but I am no shrinking violet and will counterpunch when necessary.) The nastiness and censorship of the information I was sharing increased when I became more critical of Secretary of State Evnen. Why would Voter Accuracy Project not want to take action now to try to prevent us from holding an unconstitutional primary?
The steps above are just my ideas for actions that I believe we should be taking now--and encouraging others to take. I'm open to hearing other ideas if people have them. I'm just not hearing any approach that focuses on a unified effort. This isn't "my way or the highway." I want to work with anyone who has practical suggestions to secure our next election. The only thing I care about is getting results BEFORE the primary, so if anyone has any ideas, please share them! Time is of the essence. And our freedom is at stake.

Secretary of State Bob Evnen is a "bad actor"
This video is a continuation of concerns that I have raised about the performance of Secretary of State Bob Evnen in his role of providing oversight of our elections. I do believe it is fair to say that Evnen may be called a "bad actor." That is not to say with any certainty that he is acting maliciously, but what CAN be said with certainty is that he is either incompetent or corrupt. One of those two things is true.
With the upcoming primary elections in May, it is of the utmost importance that we demand that the elected officials of our state address the imperiled integrity of our elections. This is a fire that needs to be put out now. This is not a can to kick down the road.
