About The Cottages
The four holiday cottages are situated off Brewery Lane in the centre of Keswick within their own private courtyard and parking is available on site. The river Greta and Fitz Park are within walking distance and the Keswick Museum has recently been refurbished and is will worth a visit.
Each Keswick holiday cottage is completely self-contained with both a front and back door. Gas fired central heating throughout means complete temperature control for your comfort. The cottages are clean and owner maintained to a high standard.
Cosy lounge
The lounge and dining kitchen are situated on the ground floor. The comfortably furnished lounge has a flat screen television with Freeview. DVD player and cd/radio with ipod dock. Free WIFI is available.
Well equipped kitchen
The kitchen is well equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Crockery and utensils aplenty ensures you can do as much, or as little, cooking as you like… perfect self-catering accommodation in Keswick.
Comfortable Double Bedrooms
Upstairs are two well furnished bedrooms which can be set as 2 double rooms or as one double and one twin room. All beds have been replaced and we now have high quality firm but comfortable Sealy beds. Linen is provided and the beds are already made for you but please bring your own towels.

The bathroom has a white suite with combined bath and shower.
Location
The location of the four Keswick holiday cottages provides visitors with a close proximity to fantastic shops, bars and restaurants around Keswick. Visitors are not too far from Moot Hall, the tourist information centre. Tourists can find all the information they need at this information center such as local entertainment, new events, shops, bars and restaurants as well as travel and support during your stay. Derwentwater and The Theatre by the Lake are a leisurely 15 minute walk away.

Upper Lynstone is Bude’s only premier 4 AA Pennant site. We are a quiet family-run Park situated just three quarters of a mile from Bude in north Cornwall. Situated on the coastal road to Widemouth Bay.
Bude’s shops, beaches with outdoor pool, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance.
Enjoy the breathtaking beauty of the Cornish coast from the coastal path which leads from our Park.
Alternatively, take a stroll down country lanes to the footpath beside the old Bude Canal which can either lead you to Bude or inland to the pretty village of Marhamchurch.
The Park has modern caravans for hire and spacious camping and touring fields with electric hook-ups and eight all weather hard standings. The Park is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and boasts panoramic rural and coastal views.
Facilities include a small but well equipped shop; heated shower and toilet block, additional toilet block with family bathroom, disabled wet room, laundry room and children’s play area. We also stock Calor and Camping Gaz in our Accessories Shop.
Individuals, families and couples are accommodated. No Groups. We are happy to take well behaved dogs although not in all our caravans. They must be kept on a lead within the Park, and in the interests of hygiene, exercised away from the Park.
