3 Boneless Chicken Breasts - halved
1/3 C Olive Oil
1/2 Lemon - juiced
4 - 5 Cloves Garlic - finely chopped
1 tsp Oregano
1/4 C Fresh Parsley - chopped
1/2 tsp Thyme
1 tsp Paprika
Combine in a small bowl. Place chicken in a shallow dish or zip lock
bag, pour over marinade. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
Grill approx 4 - 5 minutes per side.

Easy Salisbury Steak
1 1/2 lbs Ground Beef
20 Saltine Crackers - crushed
1 Medium Onion - diced
2 Eggs
1 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Pepper
1 Tbsp Oil
1 C Water
1 C Beef Broth
1 Pkg Onion Soup Mix
2 Tbsp Flour
In a large bowl add ground beef, onion, crushed crackers, salt, pepper & eggs. Mix well. Shape into
patties.
Heat oil in a large skillet. Fry patties until browned on each side approx 4 - 5 minutes. Remove from the pan.
Add flour to pan, stir until well blended. Cook for 2 - 3 minutes until flour is no longer raw. Add water & beef broth, stirring while scraping the pan. Add in the onion soup mix and stir until combined. Add patties back to the pan and simmer until fully cooked.
The sauce will thicken as the patties heat up.
