I haven't seen any wooden houses in Vorkuta. Maybe there are some somewhere. There are a lot of different rumors about the city, but not all of them correspond to reality.

There is still a lot of cheap real estate available in Vorkuta. But over the past few months the price has already risen. I have seen variants with up to 5 rooms or even two floors. If you want, you can buy a whole entrance, having agreed with the tenants, I think it's not difficult.

A lot of different equipment does snow removal in Vorkuta, in this case a small tractor. Sometimes even, the technique clears the same thing several times for reliability. I haven't noticed any problems with cleaning, they usually act promptly, however, it happens that in a few hours the snow drifts everything so that it becomes knee-deep or you can't walk everywhere.
