First 500 reps today.
4 rounds, each round was:
- 25 burpees
- 25 squats
- 25 pushups
- 25 4-ct jumping jacks
- 25 cartwheels
The cartwheels have been both fun, feeling good, and actually pushing my body quite hard. A good dynamic mix.
