Hurricane Hilary filmed from space in 4K
We captured an extraordinary perspective of Hurricane Hilary from space.
Hurricane Hilary, the first tropical storm to hit southern California in 84 years, cut off the desert city of Palm Springs as major roads were temporarily closed yesterday by flooding - drenched with 3.18in (8cm) of rain.
The powerful weather system made landfall in the northern part of Mexico's Baja California peninsula on Sunday morning (20 August) and is moving to the north-northeast at 24mph.
Now classed as a post-tropical cyclone, the storm could lead to catastrophic flooding from a historic amount of rainfall, according to the National Hurricane Centre. Evacuation orders for some communities have been issued.

Hawaii surrounded by heart-shaped cloud filmed from space in 4K
A heart for the island of Hawaii (Hawai'i) ♥️☁️
As our satellite orbited above Hawaii, we captured the unbelievable view of clouds forming a heart shape around the island.
Maui, which is 75.6 miles from Hawaii and the second-largest Hawaiian island, suffered catastrophic wildfires starting in early August. The wind-driven fires caused widespread damage, left thousands of people displaced, and killed at least 106 people in the town of Lāhainā, with around 1,300 people remaining missing.
