Bulloch Mom Reports Crime
This is about having a CLEAN county seat and the U.S. Constitution being upheld here. Additionally, we must exert HOME RULE in this county. State officials are not a monarchical order. No kings in this state. We have laws.
If you read Georgia Law, you will quickly begin making sense of public sector chaos going on around you.
Here it is!!! I dare you!!!

Bulloch Board of Commissioners 7/19/22
Public commentary of Sarah Thompson to the Bulloch Commissioners on 7/19/22.
Message: it HIGHLY APPEARS that open records law has been broken on false legal objections from the Secretary of State. Their county attorney, Jeff Akins, gave them bad advice and it is HURTING county citizens and promulgating a suppression of the first amendment and right to public property / public record reproduction to remedy possible additional crime in regards to our right to the elective franchise and hold office.
Sarah asked directly for the supportive partnership of the commissioners. They neither replied to the concerns nor replied afterwards. Ignorance of the law excuses no one. Ga Code 1-3-6.

Bulloch Chairman of Board of Elections & Registration
This is 7/11/22. On this day, Mr. Hadley Campbell, Election Superintendent Chairman of Bulloch county, explains the circumstances that presented the fact that the county attorney and his own Elections Supervisor had withheld not one, but nearly 15 open records requests from him originating from Sarah Thompson and VoterGA. He says he DID NOT KNOW about them. Filings were between 5/24 - 6/15, while the returns were under the temporary safekeeping of his department. Completed returns and certification reports should have by law gone to the clerk of the superior court IMMEDIATELY on 5/31 or 6/1. They did not. They were held with Elections until the government docs could be altered on 6/13.
The formal requests had been addressed to him, and the county had worked to deny communication between citizens and the Board of Elections & Registration. It was discovered after this meeting that the new county email accounts were not working. NO TEST MESSAGES have gotten a response.
Still today, 9/16, the county entail addresses for the board are not on the county Elections Department website.

Citizen Speaks with Bulloch Board Of Elections 7/11/22
Bulloch County has invalid primary election returns and refusal of records that no one can ACTUALLY show are excluded under Georgia law.
Just a memo from the Secretary of State saying some things that have been rebutted by VoterGA and thinking Georgians statewide.
County Attorney absent. Lots of questions still unanswered.
GOP Chairman IN BLUE who is ‘supposed’ to be election integrity proponent sat their hanging his head said NOTHING. Did the party even attempt to pull records? Looks like NOT.
He and his improperly elected new Vice Chairman, Lawton Sacks, s’elected’ with closed meeting, failure to notify his Century Club, local involved Republicans, blocked spouses from coming etc. on March 24 were BOTH invited to the primary certification 5/27 BY EMAIL that morning. The GOP has failed local Republicans. The elections were not certified properly or attested on 5/27. NO ACCOUNTABILITY. Epic fail.

Bulloch County Election Fiasco
This is a video describing the experience of a Bulloch county citizen in attending the Bulloch County Board of Elections meeting on 7/11/22, 1:30pm to address some of the troubling Bulloch County Elections matters illuminated in the following article:
https://www.georgiarecord.com/open-records-request-shows-bogus-bulloch-certification-which-voids-state-primary/
Additional issues she broached in the meeting:
-VoterGA lawsuit served to them recently; encouraged them to be aware and read it carefully.
-Total inability to reach any of the board members in any way for the past month. Emails sent directly to Yawn & Campbell July 1 & 6, and not answered. Several cc’d messages involving their board. No replies. [She was told by the county attorney that she was the first person to ever try to reach the board members.]
-Emphasized her right to copy and inspect records not excluded under GA law Title 50.
-Her rights to open government documents appear to have been violated. Therefore, she urged them to work with her in getting the original ballot photocopies because the law does not exclude them.
-She emphasized the pre-eminence of Georgia law over Ryan Germany’s memo attempting to crush the right to original ballot copy and inspection.
-She emphasized the legal requirement to certify the election by the Monday following the election, or the Tuesday after Memorial Day federal holiday. That they can’t fail to certify correctly and then backdate an election certification.
-Campbell & Yawn asserted that they signed certification forms on May 27, [but it appears that they didn’t ensure they were completed to standard or attested or dated or sealed]. Theresa Jackson was absent.
-She questioned her GOP party leadership for not ensuring the certifications were done properly. GOP Chairman Reid Derr sat about 3 feet from where she was standing and said absolutely nothing nor did he ask any question whatsoever. He and Lawton Sack (a Vice Chair improperly elected by party) was invited per email to the ‘certification meeting’ on 5/27.
-Shontay Jones correctly communicated her understanding of the citizen’s original ballot requests, accurately recounted the remittance of many other requests, and mostly deferred to Ryan Germany & county attorney positions. She presented a theory involving paper shuffle that resulted in invalid certification documents being sent to the SoS. She showed some certification documents she signed and dated on an unknown date/time that Bulloch had not filed with the SoS. It is possible these documents were not signed until June 13.
-Hadley Campbell asked if she was a lawyer. She answered that VoterGA has many lawyers who have worked through this matter. The law is written for the common man and woman. He commented on the ORR.
-Jeff Yawn brought up 2020 election and how he had counted ballots and it was ok. She clarified that she was not interested in 2020 results in the least.
-Brought up her experience speaking with Commissioner Chairman Thompson & Commissioner Gibson, that they both positively recalled the days of the simple reliability of handcount and traditional voting procedures involving paper.
-She reminded them that she had written the county to ask for a handcount of the county commissioner race weeks ago. She could do it herself with the original ballot photocopies to save them the trouble. Maybe … that is the problem …
-She requested that any openings on their board be published broadly to open the resume pool to everyone in the community (they deferred to Commission’s role in that, and she agreed).
NOTE::: She requested original ballot photocopies LONG before the returns went to the Clerk of the Superior Court to go under see seal on 6/15. The Clerk sealed the records in full awareness that there was an unfulfilled open records request that seemed to be in violation of GA law.
This meeting was recorded.

Georgia Mask Coercion Continues with NO Religious Accomodation
This took place at the Children’s Health Center in Macon, GA. A religious accommodation regarding mask wearing was not considered, though requested multiple times. The ongoing COVID ‘risks’ and the ineffectiveness of masks at reducing incidence continues to be center-stage theater. This particular center wasn’t even touting the vaccine, just primal coercion. Totally inappropriate legal risk undertaken by this hospital.

Police Aggression Orchestrated by Ayeda Shihadeh & Carl Smith
Sheriff Paperwork Delivered June 4 to Sarah’s home. No order whatsoever enforced because Sarah knew herself to be innocent of the claims they put on the magistrate ‘good behavior bond’ and requested a hearing. Judge found ALL THREE bonds to be totally unsubstantiated, but the damage to the GOP in Chatham courts and the picture of a political police state supported by Chairman Shafer’s forfeiture of duty was PRESENTED to the world.
