The true story of boy traveler Hartley de Gerald, who traveled the world all by himself in the early 1930s. His solo adventures took him through the Caribbean by steamship to British Guiana at the age of only 11, north by train and river supply boat to the Canadian Arctic (where he ran into Charles Lindbergh) when he was 12, and across the Pacific to the island of Fiji when he was 13.
