Robert Lewandowski confirms his Bayern Munich career is 'over'
Robert Lewandowski has confirmed his Bayern Munich career is "over" after eight years at the club.
The 33-year-old striker is out of contract in 2023 and says he expects Bayern to allow him to leave this summer.
Lewandowski came second for the Ballon d'Or last November having scored 98 goals over the last two seasons.

Munich gunman 'obsessed with shootings' - BBC News
The gunman who killed nine people in Munich was obsessed with mass shootings and had no known links to the Islamic State group, German police say. Police who searched his room found newspaper clippings on attacks including an article entitled "Why do students kill?", police told reporters.
The killer, who was born in Munich, was armed with a 9mm Glock pistol. Friday evening's attack at the Olympia shopping mall also left 27 people injured, including children.

Matthijs de Ligt to join Bayern Munich in £68m (€80m) deal from Juventus
Bayern Munich have agreed a £68m (€80m) deal with Juventus to sign centre-back Matthijs de Ligt.
The Bundesliga champions will pay an initial £59.5m (€70m) plus a further £8.5m (€10m) in add-ons.
The 22-year-old Netherlands international is expected to sign a five-year contract until the summer of 2027.
It is understood De Ligt could complete his medical in Munich on Monday and sign the deal. The defender should then join the team on board their flight to the USA, which is also on Monday.
