You can drink bottled water but it depends on the water and the bottle it’s stored in. What you want to be drinking springwater. If you’re drinking “purified water,” that’s tap water. Major companies like Dasani (which is a Coca-Cola product) bottle up tap water and sell it for a margin 🤑 These bottled waters sit in high temp warehouses for six months to a year. This dissolves the plastic into the water and when you drink them you consume micro plastics. Ideally, bottled water should be kept in glass, and it should be springwater. Acqua Panna, Pellegrino are some good options. You can also get a Reverse osmosis system combined with a carbon filtration system installed in your home that you can use to clean your household water supply.
