The Deafening Silencing of Nick Hudson
Deafening Silencing is a series documenting the widespread and indiscreet use of direct censorship, de-platforming, smearing, coercing and other attempts to silence individuals questioning the official narrative on the pandemic event and the associated public health measures. The crude censorship methods employed by the mainstream press and large tech corporations enable and support the equally crude propaganda our societies are flooded with.
Nick Hudson is the chairman of PANDA: an organisation formed in April 2020 which performed the only cost-benefit analysis done at the start of South Africa’s first hard lockdown.
Nick discusses the direct censorship he is experiencing and shares his thoughts on what it means for society as a whole when a nebulous concept such as the undefined “violating community guidelines” is given as a reason for silencing opinions that run counter to the official narrative.
“It’s a notable truism that censorship always targets the true stuff."

The crude censorship methods employed by the mainstream press and large tech corporations enable and support the equally crude propaganda our societies are flooded with.
Jennifer Smith, PhD is a virologist and immunologist with over 12 years experience in vaccine development and testing. She came out as a whistleblower whilst working for the Hawai’i Department of Health on their Covid-19 Track and Trace efforts and spoke out about the PCR testing problems. Amongst other things, she has been banned from LinkedIn and was fired from her position with the Health Department for speaking out.
“....if I am saying these things as an expert, and people are not listening, that tells me that something bigger, something much deeper is happening here...and people should be curious about that...”

C. J. Hopkins is an award-winning American playwright, novelist, and political satirist. His most recent book is a collection of essays called "The Rise of The New Normal Reich" and was banned on Amazon in Austria, Germany and The Netherlands. In this video, C.J. discusses how his satire has become more serious as he has been documenting the global roll-out of a totalitarian ideology, the seemingly unending forms of censorship he has encountered, and the bizarre way in which Twitter appears to be trying to defame him and smear his reputation.

Dr Jessica Rose | What are the data showing? A focus on fertility (and myocarditis)
26 July 2022 | Dr. Jessica Rose has a Bachelor of Science in Applied Mathematics, a Master's in Medicine in Immunology, and a PhD in Computational Biology. She has also undertaken two Post-Doctoral studies in Molecular Biology and Biochemistry.
Not long after the completion of her second Post Doc in December 2019, the Covid-19 pandemic was declared. Jessica used this as an opportunity to pursue the task of analysing the VAERS data from the United States. She has published her findings in the journal 'Science, Public Health Policy and the Law' and has two other publications in peer review - both pertaining to VAERS data. One of the manuscripts is a critical appraisal of VAERS pharmacovigilance and the other is a review of myocarditis adverse events.
Jessica has also created a website that publishes her data live called ‘I do not consent’ (https://i-do-not-consent.netlify.app).

Joel Wallskog, MD | React19 Overview: Turning Negative Reactions into Positive Action
6 September 2022 | Joel Wallskog is an orthopedic surgeon who has been in private practice since 2002. After obtaining his medical degree, Joel completed a residency in orthopaedic surgery, and also undertook training specialising in joint replacement surgery. Since 2009 Joel has worked at Aurora Healthcare where he has developed a large successful orthopedic practice focusing on joint replacement. He has extensive experience in revision joint replacement and hip resurfacing. For many years, he has been on the clinical faculty for the Medical College of Wisconsin, training fourth- and fifth-year orthopedic surgery residents on improving their surgical skills.
Although asymptomatic, Joel tested positive for Covid-19 antibodies in September of 2020. According to CDC recommendations at the time, Joel waited three months after his antibody diagnosis before obtaining his first Covid vaccine, which was administered on December 30th 2020 and was Moderna. Within a short period of time Joel developed numbness, weakness and balance issues, and in the following months, he experienced periods of quite severe lower thoracic back pain. He was subsequently diagnosed with transverse myelitis with a demyelinated lesion at the thoracic nerve between 8th and 9th thoracic vertebrae. In spite of treatment with high dose steroids, intravenous immunoglobulin and physical therapy, Joel’s symptoms are essentially unchanged since his diagnosis in January 2021. Prior to this Joel enjoyed hiking, biking and numerous water-sports, but can now only walk short distances. Joel has also been unable to return to work as an orthopedic surgeon and has been on long term disability.
React19 began as a small community of medical professionals and everyday people who experienced adverse reactions from Covid-19 vaccines. It offers financial, physical, and emotional support for those suffering from long-term Covid-19 vaccine adverse events globally.

Barbara Widhalm | Drawing from Life’s Wisdom in Times of Massive Shift
Barbara Widhalm teaches Systems Thinking from the community college to the doctoral level and has developed educational frameworks for teaching “living systems awareness” in a variety of contexts. She regularly presents at conferences of the International Society for the Systems Sciences and has shared her research at the International Transformative Learning Conferences, as well as the Association for the Advancement of Sustainability in Higher Education.
Barbara chose not to take the C-19 injection, and as a consequence has had to submit a religious exemption statement, to one of the colleges she teaches at, in order to be able to continue teaching. Barbara wrote a statement based on her sincerely held beliefs in Life and the scientific process. After two appeals, the statement was approved.
Originally from Austria, Barbara holds a doctorate in Transformative Learning and Change, and a Masters in Community and Regional Planning. She is also involved in co-creating decentralized networks of mutual support.

Patrick Fagan | How not to be nudged
"The conscious and intelligent manipulation of the organized habits and opinions of the masses is an important element in democratic society. Those who manipulate this unseen mechanism of society constitute an invisible government which is the true ruling power of our country."
These were the words of Edward Bernays, pioneering marketing psychologist, author of Propaganda, and great uncle to Netflix co-founder and CEO Marc Bernays Randolph. Today his words are truer than ever. We are constantly bombarded with information - and emotion - from all corners. Everywhere we look, there is someone trying to persuade us to buy a product, elect a candidate, or go to war. How, in this environment, can we maintain and strengthen our psychological integrity? How can we 'free our minds' and resist the endless nudges, pokes, and shoves on our psyche?

Øyvind Bremnes | One year of monitoring adverse reaction reports in Europe
17 May 2022 | After a year of monitoring adverse reaction reports in Europe, Øyvind Bremnes presents on the over-whelming amounts of data, worrying trends, and urgent need for access to, and analysis of, detailed data.
Looking at datasets from EUdravigilance which covers approximately 330 million vaccinated individuals, there have been approximately 800,000 serious reported reactions (individuals) and 25,000 reported deaths, from 4 vaccines (Pfizer, Moderna, AstraZeneca, and J&J). Øyvind is still collecting data, but if 1 in every 350 jabbed individuals has serious reactions, and approximately 25,000 are apparently reported as fatal, why is this not news or centre of public health debate?
His breadth of research covers data from EUdravigilance (www.adrreports.eu), EU vaccine tracker (https://vaccinetracker.ecdc.europa.eu/public/extensions/COVID-19/vaccine-tracker.html), Demographic Covid-Data from INED (https://dc-covid.site.ined.fr/en/data/) and CoverAge database (https://osf.io/mpwjq/)
Øyvind is an IT professional in programming, a developer, lecturer, project manager and entrepreneur. He co-founded the company “Multimedicus”, has developed “The Child Health Guide” in partnership with, amongst others, Harvard and Dartmouth Medical Schools and is an experienced “data- gatherer” from many public health related IT-projects.

Leo Biddle | A selective attention gorilla in the coalmine, and lack of primate pandemic
22 March 2022 | Leo Biddle has been working in field conservation and the illegal wildlife trade for the last 20+ years; with a large focus on rescue and rehabilitation of primates and indigenous Bornean wildlife. Having had extensive experience working in medical emergencies, Leo now has unapparelled field and medical experience with these animals.
Leo founded the charitable organisation “Orangutan Project”, now called “Project Borneo”, which has featured in National Geographic, Discovery, and Animal Planet. The charity's work is, and was, almost exclusively funded by a number of nonprofit businesses Leo created. These businesses also funded multiple grassroots childrens’ charities and other animal charities. However, the last 2 years of the pandemic have effectively destroyed much of this work, with Leo now only caring for a few animals. Leo has made good use of of his time by exploring the many complex issues surrounding the pandemic.
Leo has been a guest speaker at many universities and conferences around the world presenting on a wide range of topics, such as orangutan conservation and rehabilitation, field conservation, ethics, animal cognition and the wildlife trade.
Amongst his many other achievements, Leo has a degree in Zoology and Psychology, and lived as a Daoist monk in Korea whilst training in Zen martial arts.

Iain Davis | Pseudopandemic: New Normal Technocracy
A wealth of evidence informs one of the most important books you will ever read. Iain Davis' book, entitled "Pseudopandemic", offers an unflinching and compelling dissection of the global response to the pandemic.
When the World Health Organization declared the pandemic, they signalled to governments around the world that they must take action to protect their populations from a pandemic disease. Did they also alert a global network of public/private partnerships that their opportunity had arrived?
What are the costs of the pandemic response and did some see it as the justification they sought to pursue their ambitions?
Built upon a rigorous examination of the evidence, "Pseudopandemic" explores the unthinkable and delivers a damning indictment of global corruption.

Prof David Paton | New evidence on the impact of the English care home vaccine mandate
This new research and paper, which Prof David Paton has undertaken with a colleague, examines the impact of the English care home vaccine mandate on vaccine uptake, care home staffing and Covid deaths. David also assesses the overall ethics, costs and benefits of the pandemic restrictions, such as lockdowns, and poses the question “are lockdowns and vaccine mandates ever justified?”
Professor David Paton is Chair of Industrial Economics at the Nottingham University Business School and Co-editor of the International Journal of the Economics of Business. He has published widely in journals such as Economic Journal, Economica, Journal of Health Economics, Public Choice, Health Economics, Social Science and Medicine and the Journal of Economic Behaviour and Organisation. He has acted as an adviser to several government departments including HM Revenue and Customs, DCMS (the Department of Culture, Media and Sport) and the DTI (the Department of Trade and Industry).
David has been monitoring and analysing Covid-19 data and policy since the start of the pandemic, most notably through his Twitter account https://twitter.com/cricketwyvern

John Beaudoin, Sr. & Joel Smalley | Looking into the Massachusetts data
29 March 2022 | The US State of Massachusetts is a center for medical technology, pharma, and medical practice known around the world and has 6.9 million citizens - more than Finland, Norway, and other European nations. A dataset is available as outlined by Joel Smalley, that indicates data manipulation and corruption in the state records - vaccine deaths are being labeled Covid deaths, as proven in the death certificates. This leads people to believe that Covid is more severe than it is as the data clearly indicates that the pandemic occurred in June 2020.
In this Session, Quantitative Analyst Joel Smalley presents his findings on the data and Engineer John Beaudoin, Sr. presents his forensic process for analysing the dataset.

Mathew Crawford | The DMED Analysis Points to Mass Data Fraud
19 April 2022 | On January 24, 2022, attorney Thomas Renz represented a trio of whistleblowers at a hearing held by Senator Ron Johnson. He shared data showing apparent mass increases in health issues in the military since the start of vaccine rollouts. The DoD claimed these apparent increases were due to a glitch in the database. Upon examining the evidence, Mathew found an entirely different story: what appears to be mass data fraud that predates the so-called glitch, and likely represents masking of vaccine safety signals.
Mathew Crawford is an applied statistician, financial quantitative trader, and educator. He is the founder of the MetaPrep Education Group that runs Rounding the Earth, and also the founder of Operation Uplift and the Campfire Wiki project.
Currently he writes the Rounding The Earth Newsletter on Substack, a project that grew out of the frustration of censorship during the pandemic.

Prof Paul Frijters | Wellbeing cost-effectiveness analysis, applied to Covid policies
Wellbeing Cost-Effectiveness (CE) is a recently developed tool to evaluate and appraise the effects of large policies with effects in many areas. It builds on the huge literature concerned with the analysis of the question “how satisfied are individuals with their life?” and is taken to be the best measure of wellbeing we have. The CE methodology is based on the view that the task of government is to maximise the number of satisfied years its population lives. Relative to traditional economic or purely physical health based cost-benefit analysis, the wellbeing objective puts a lot of weight on mental health, social life, and the environment. The talk will explain the logic and key uses of this methodology, applying it to lockdowns in response to covid, whose negative effects, via the disruption to social life and mental health, outweigh the potential (but unlikely) benefits by huge multiples. The intention of the presentation is to alert scholars in the new enlightenment to the potential of this new tool-kit.
Paul is interested in all aspects of social science, but particularly wellbeing and public policy. He has in the past worked as a health economist, a labour economist, a specialist on the economics of China, and an econometrician. He does lab experiments, field experiments, big data analyses, simulation modelling, macro-modelling, econometric theory, micro theory, and field work.

The Covid Response and the Global Poor: Perspectives from Global Health and World History
In this discussion, David Bell (PANDA) and Toby Green (Collateral Global) will discuss the devastating impacts of the Covid response in poor countries around the world: what has happened, why it has happened, and what can be done to make sure it does not happen again? They will bring their combined expertise in public health and world history and colonial history to the question of continuities of power and inequality, and how this reversion to the medical colonialism of the first half of the 20th century has taken place.

"I must continue to follow the path I take now.
If I do nothing, if I study nothing, if I cease searching,
then, woe is me, I am lost...
But what is your final goal, you may ask.
That goal will become clearer, will emerge slowly but surely, much as the rough draft turns into a sketch, and the sketch into a painting."
from The Letters of Vincent van Gogh
Many have observed that something was not right about the extreme measures and reactions to the pandemic response. Questions have become uncomfortable answers. Speculation has become truth. Conspiracy theories have become spoiler alerts.
Challenge your assumptions in the Quest for Open Science.
