UK Parliamentary Hearing: WHO Pandemic Treaty
On 17 April 2023, a Parliamentary hearing was held in the United Kingdom in response to e-petition 614335, entitled: Do not sign any WHO Pandemic Treaty unless it is approved via public referendum. It is clear from the fact that a total of 156,086 signatures were collected, and that the debate was very well attended, that many have serious concerns about the Pandemic Treaty and amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) proposed by the World Health Organization (WHO).
WHO is the United Nations agency responsible for global public health. It aims to “lead global efforts to expand universal health coverage and … coordinate the world’s response to health emergencies.” WHO has 194 member states whose responsibilities are outlined in the IHR promulgated in 1969 and amended in 2005. These regulations are not legally binding and serve as guidance rather than enforceable mandates. In the wake of the Covid-19 event, however, this is set to change.
In response to member states calling for more effective global cooperation to protect countries from health emergencies, a new international legally binding instrument is being developed to strengthen pandemic prevention, preparedness, and response. This process was initiated in late 2021 at a Special Session of WHO’s governing body, the World Health Assembly. One aspect of this process is the amendment of the IHR, which will become enforceable under international law. Another aspect is the drafting of a ‘Pandemic Treaty’, known as WHO CA+, which describes financing, governance, and supply network responsibilities in the event of future disease outbreaks and other public health emergencies.
This video provides clips from the two-and-a-quarter-hour hearing, which illustrate some of the significant arguments made by those supporting the petition.

Toward a New York City Hypothesis | Jessica Hockett, PhD
Presented 23 May 2023 and 25 July 2023 | New York City’s spring 2020 mass-casualty event is a global and domestic outlier that warrants closer scrutiny. How do common explanations for a weekly death rate that peaked at 600% above normal hold up against daily events and data points?
In this two-part presentation, Dr. Jessica Hockett shares aspects of her hypothesis in progress about what happened - and what it suggests about whether the New York mortality experience is evidence that a global viral pandemic occurred. Content includes data Dr. Hockett has obtained via public records requests, as well as already-public datasets that media and researchers overlook.
Dr. Hockett has a PhD in educational psychology from the University of Virginia. For over 20 years, she worked in and with schools and agencies in the U.S., Canada, and South America, to improve curriculum, instruction, and programmes. Her publications include numerous articles related to the education field, as well as three books: Exam Schools: Inside America's Most Selective Public High Schools, Differentiation in Middle and High School: Strategies to Engage All Learners Differentiation in the Elementary Grades: Strategies to Engage & Equip All Learners. Jessica’s current work involves policy research and analysis for the National Opportunity Project, a government watchdog and education nonprofit. Her paper on the implementation of federal Covid relief funds for nonpublic schools was released this spring https://www.nationalopportunity.org/eans-funding-report/ A forthcoming paper focuses on politically/ideologically-biased teacher-hiring practices in K12 public schools.
In the Covid-response era, Jessica used her Twitter account and Substack to push against mandates and for common sense. She leveraged her research skills and investigative tenacity to obtain public records, communicate directly with government officials, and gather data that uncovered illegalities and inefficacies of harmful orders and policies. Highlights of her research was exposing the University of Illinois’ false claims to FDA EUA for its Covid saliva test; assisting with a lawsuit against Chicago’s vaccine passport; testifying as a data analyst in a vaccine mandate arbitration case; helping lead the fight for mask choice in schools and churches; homeschooling her two children in 2020-21; and being censored by and banned for almost six months from Twitter.

Long-known failures of quarantine and why Public Health should be curtailed | Sanjeev Sabhlok
#publichealth #society #review
Sanjeev Sabhlok is a former economist from the Treasury Department in Victoria, Australia. He resigned in September 2020 to protest the police state created in Victoria by Governor Dan Andrews through his extreme lockdowns and mask mandates.
Sanjeev is author of a 2020 book "The Great Hysteria and The Broken State" and has supported Prof. Gigi Foster in a cost-benefit analysis (CBA) of Australia's lockdowns. The CBA was published in 2022 as a book "Do lockdowns and border closures serve the 'greater good'?"
Sanjeev realized that the scope of modern public health is not supported by the information constraints and incentives it faces. He therefore commenced a first-principles review of public health to determine its justified scope and powers. In this presentation, Sanjeev outlines the current status of his review.
Over recent months, he has published some of his findings in his Times of India (https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/blogs/author/sanjeevsabhlok/ ) blog. For example, Dr Charles Maclean's scientific work which underpinned the Sanitary Movement of the mid-19th century that empirically demonstrate why quarantines have never worked and argue for their abolition. His work included a cost-benefit analysis of quarantines, and an examination of excess deaths from the plague quarantines (lockdowns).
Modern public health has reverted to the pre-Maclean era in which the scientific method is not applied. Instead, it bases its prescriptions for quarantine (lockdowns) on models and “ethical” considerations, without any regard for empirical evidence. It has effectively "cancelled" and blanked out both Maclean and his sophisticated research methods, since their existence poses an embarrassment to its practitioners.
Based on his preliminary findings, Sanjeev argues for the abolition and restructuring of most functions of public health.

Humans in Transition: The New Bio-Nano Panopticon of Injected Bodies | Daniel Broudy, PhD
#biotechnology #nanotechnology #society
A survey of literatures in biotech and materials science yields insights on clear and present dangers facing populations in societies isolated and compartmentalized by special epistemic communities. Interdisciplinary research on documented problems posed to human beings by the injectable mRNA platforms said to address COVID-19 medical complications reveal surprising evidence of deceit. Analysis presented here bolsters both reported laboratory studies of blood samples from injected subjects and experimental work exploring the potential reasons for observed phenomena relating to electromagnetic properties exhibited in human bodies. The initial impetus for this presentation was reports from a substantial proportion of injected subjects who emitted alphanumeric signals in the frequency range corresponding to Bluetooth signals. Discussion of these phenomena are framed by a larger history in nanotechnology as an emergent industry and by public commentary offered by noteworthy figures regarding surveillance under the skin and the erasure of human agency and rights.
Daniel Broudy is a Professor of Applied Linguistics. He lectures in areas ranging from communication theory to visual rhetoric. His research focuses on sounds, symbols, signs, images, and colors as tools used by power centers to shape knowledge and influence human perception and emotion.
Daniel has a doctorate in applied psycholinguistics, and experience as an imagery analyst. He works with the International Interdisciplinary Corona Research Cohort, and is an associate editor with Propaganda in Focus, and Frontiers in Communication.

Pathogenic Mechanisms of Spike Protein | Anthony Pena
21 February 2023 | Anthony Pena presents research on the pathogenicity of the SARS-CoV-2 spike, the various pathogenic cascades initiated by different epitopes within the S1 subunit, and an overview of it’s role in infection as a whole.
Anthony Pena, is the executive director for the American Foundation for Informed Consent. He is a member of the Global Covid Summit and Free Doctors United. He has extensive knowledge on the pathophysiology of the spike protein and has been principally concerned with legally designating the S1 subunit of the spike protein, which is the therapeutic target for all vaccines on the market, and the causative agent of Long COVID, as a biologic agent on the state level. He sued his governor to include informed consent on his executive order establishing vaccine mandates, which were removed; and sued the Virginia Department of Health to designate S1 a biologic toxin utilizing state human research statutes, where he learned medical countermeasures, released under an Emergency Use Authorization are considered "non-investigational" legally, and therefore does NOT qualify as human research.

Where did the flu go? | Prof Martin Neil
4 July 2023 | The ‘flu’ was reported to have largely vanished from the globe in 2020/21, only returning in 2021/22 and in some counties not until 2022/23. Currently there are two popular competing explanations for this. The first is that viral interference between SARS-CoV-2 and flu, where flu was outcompeted by SARS-CoV-2, lead to a collapse in flu rates. The second is that human interference caused reported flu rates to drop. Changes in flu testing, testing protocols and sequencing, and the partial demolition of national flu surveillance systems, may each have contributed to a reduction in reported flu rates, meaning that a form of observation bias may have hidden flu.
By drawing on publicly available data, this talk presents evidence on these sources of observation bias and claim that there appears to have been a concerted effort in the UK and USA to ‘hide’ the flu from public attention for the early period of the Covid ‘pandemic’.
Martin Neil is Full Professor of Statistics and Computer Science at Queen Mary University of London. He has published on Covid prevalence and fatality rate estimation, estimation of asymptomatic transmission, meta-analysis of ivermectin treatment studies, and assessing vaccine effectiveness and safety using mortality statistics.
Martin is a director of Agena (https://www.agena.ai), a company specialising in risk management for critical systems, and is also a member of HART. He writes at https://wherearethenumbers.substack.com/

Analysis of Covid Vaccine Safety in the Netherlands | Dr Theo Schetters
25 October 2022 | Following his analysis of data on all cause and excess mortality in the Netherlands, Prof Theo Schetters gave a presentation in Amsterdam in August 2022 showing a temporal association between the Covid-19 vaccinations and excess mortality.
It was because of Theo’s extensive background in, and knowledge of vaccine development, that he voiced concerns over the lack of data regarding the safety and efficacy of the vaccines, stating “mass mRNA vaccination is reckless and unnecessary”.
Prof Schetters has a BSc in biology, an MSc in immunology and parasitology and a PhD in medicine and has worked in vaccine research for more than forty years wth several patents to his name. For 26 of those years Theo worked at Intervet International, a large animal health company. Whilst there he developed vaccines against Coccidiosis in chickens and Babesia in dogs. In collaboration with the University of Montpellier, Theo invented recombinant vaccines against Babesia canis and Babesia divergens. He has also developed an improved vaccine formulation against Rhipicephalus ticks.
In 2017 Theo was appointed Extraordinary Professor at the University of Pretoria. His work there involved researching and developing recombinant vaccines for the treatment of ticks and tick-borne diseases. Theo is also the director of ProtActivity, a company which focuses on the development of vaccines against protozoal diseases in animals.

The Perseus Group is a multidisciplinary team of experts from various fields including medicine, pharmaceutical regulation and safety management.
The Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) is responsible for ensuring the safety and efficacy of medicines used in the UK. It became clear during the Covid-19 pandemic that the MHRA has major failings leading to serious safety issues.
The objective of The Perseus Group is to bring these failures to the attention of politicians, policy makers and the media.
Nick Hunt graduated in Mechanical Engineering in the 1980s and worked for the Ministry of Defence in a wide variety of roles. Of most relevance here, he held airworthiness responsibility for the Lynx helicopter fleet for 5 years in the 1990s. From 2004, Nick was responsible for procurement, support and safety management of an ever-increasing range of explosive items. By 2011, Nick was a Senior Civil Servant responsible for all of the Armed Forces' ballistic munitions, such as bullets, mortars, grenades, artillery shells and rockets; all of their torpedoes; plus half of their guided missile types. He retired in 2018. As he puts it himself, he spent 15 yrs doing what the MHRA is supposed to be doing for medicines.

Blindsight is 2020: Reflections on Covid Policies | Gabrielle Bauer
Did the Covid-19 lockdowns and mandates serve society’s best interests? Science alone can’t answer the question. Philosophers have important things to say about it. So do psychologists, economists, novelists, and lawyers.
The 46 thinkers showcased in this elegant book by Gabrielle Bauer, drawn from a variety of disciplines and political persuasions, agree on one thing: the policies crossed the line and the world lost its way. Some are internationally famous, others merely brilliant. Together, they hone in on the social and ethical breaches of the Covid era, such as emotional manipulation, disregard for civil liberties, and a stubborn refusal to consider the harms of freezing society. The author also recounts her own efforts to make sense of the Covid landscape, from Zoom psychotherapy to a visit to lockdown-free Sweden.
The book challenges us to survey the damage of the Covid-19 policies from diverse angles, its voices offering fresh perspectives on the greatest social upheaval in modern history.
Gabrielle Bauer obtained her Bachelor of Science in biochemistry and her Bachelor of Music in composition, both Magna Cum Laude from McGill University. A brief stint in a graduate biochemistry program at Harvard University confirmed what she already suspected: she wasn’t cut out to be a laboratory scientist. Her career took several twists and turns after that, from composer to translator to scientific patent editor in Tokyo.
Over two decades ago, following a job as managing editor for a Toronto healthcare publisher, Gabrielle launched her career as a freelance writer. She now divides her time between writing books, articles for the general public, and clinical materials for health professionals.
Gabrielle has received two National Magazine Awards, three Kenneth R. Wilson trade journalism awards, and a Canadian Nurses Association Award for Excellence in Health Reporting. She has written two books to date—Tokyo, My Everest, co-winner of the Canada-Japan Book Prize, and Waltzing The Tango, which was short-listed for the Edna Staebler award for creative nonfiction—and has two other books in progress.
A longstanding member of the American Medical Writers’ Association, Gabrielle has developed and delivered several workshops on magazine and medical writing.
Gabrielle and her family recently moved to the Beaches area of Toronto. There’s something about living near a lake….

Censorship and Academic Freedom | Laurens Buijs
Laurens Buijs is a social scientist specializing in gender studies and Science & Technology Studies (STS) at the University of Amsterdam.
For the past four years, he has been working on the concept of androgyny which, according to Laurens, has the potential to provide a new interdisciplinary framework for gender studies and which can lead the way out of the gender wars.
As a consequence of his views on topics deemed ‘sensitive’ at the University, like the role of Islam in homophobia, the risks of the mRNA vaccines and the radicalization of the gender movement, Laurens has experienced increasing pressure, prejudice and exclusion from colleagues and students.
His increasing concern at the rising wokeism cancel culture threatening academic freedom at the University of Amsterdam, pushed Laurens to file an official whistleblower complaint at the Central Board of the University in January 2023 to address serious institutional failures at the Social Sciences Department.
He got into a serious conflict with his faculty after students demanded his departure for his “gender critical” positions in his scientific work on gender and androgyny. Instead of protecting his work, the University sided with the students and proceeded to remove Buijs from the faculty.
In his presentation, Laurens talks in more detail about what happened and how the University’s policies on diversity and social safety have turned into instruments for intimidation and censorship.

Werewolves, silver bullets and the certainty of myth | Simon Hansen
We all know that have we a problem, but what do real solutions look like? And why do we need to start believing in silver bullets.
In March 2020 preproduction on Simon's film, Apophis, was stalled due to the pandemic. The film explores how utilitarian ideology would destroy humanity in the face of a devastating asteroid impact that is predicted by a computer simulation.
The opening lines of Apophis are a voice over: “We named it with our fear. Defied it with our hope. In the end, it was an idea that destroyed us.”
As an early adopter of the digital film process, Simon became expert in CGI, acting as Visual Effects Supervisor on numerous Hollywood films. He worked on District 9 and Chronicle, both of which blended found footage or mock-umentary footage with cutting edge CGI enhancement to produce a novel, heightened reality in cinema.
Simon helped prototype and field test the first RAW cinema camera which was used for Slumdog Millionaire, winning the Oscar for cinematography in 2008.
Being ahead of the techno trend has empowered him as an author of near-fi and sci-fi screenplays, but philosophically he has always had an obsession with where humanity is ultimately headed.
Simon touches on a range of themes in this presentation from propaganda and divide and rule in the algorithmic era, to the living revolution concealed beneath the canopy of lies we have been trained to believe.
“There is a silver bullet and I know how to find it.” Mick Houston.

Is Society caught up in a Death Spiral? | Prof Michaéla Schippers
Just like an army of ants caught in an ant mill, individuals, groups and even whole societies are sometimes caught up in a death spiral - a vicious cycle of self-reinforcing dysfunctional behavior characterised by continuous flawed decision-making, myopic single-minded focus on one (set of) solution(s), denial, distrust, micromanagement, dogmatic thinking and learned helplessness.
Dr Schippers uses this presentation to define and describe the death spiral effect and offer a positive way forward in terms of evidence-based solutions to escape it.
Her organisation, Great Citizens Movement (Great Citizens Movement – co-creating a new world) looks at how we can make sure to reignite critical thinking in society via "Letters to the future" and in doing so, offer ways to reverse the downward trend of society.
This presentation incorporates the following two papers:
https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=4352765 and https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=4372540
Michaéla Schippers is Professor of Behaviour and Performance Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands. She worked with Jordan Peterson for several years, and they published a paper on how setting life goals closed the gender and ethnic minority performance gap. The two also spoke in a podcast on the pandemic of narcissism.

The Deafening Silencing of Dr Julie Ponesse
Only if we expose what’s going on and break down all of the infrastructure under these institutions that are so corrupt, will we have a chance of being able to build them back up again.” ~ Dr Julie Ponesse
Ethics and philosophy Professor, Julie Ponesse, was fired from her university position in 2021 for not complying with the institution’s vaccine mandate. Dr Ponesse explains the vilification and exclusion she experienced - from the very academics who were influential in her choice of academic philosophy as a career path, as well as the Canadian media - for asking ethics questions about the mandate that led to her termination.
Uncensored ethical and philosophical debate is no longer welcome at the very institutions that claim to teach young minds critical thought.
“If we don’t have freedom over our body, we have no freedom at all” ~ Dr Julie Ponesse
Deafening Silencing is a series documenting the widespread and indiscreet use of direct censorship, de-platforming, smearing, coercing and other attempts to silence individuals questioning the official narrative on the pandemic event and the associated public health measures. The crude censorship methods employed by the mainstream press and large tech corporations enable and support the equally crude propaganda our societies are flooded with.
