Harvesting parsley
This is the first harvest of this season. Parsley was the first to ripen. There will still be several harvests of parsley this season. This year I'm picking the leaves off the parsley, but not the stems. The stems are very tough. It's unpleasant to eat. Also, the stems need to be cut, but the leaves do not. Last year I picked off the stems and leaves. But the experience was unsuccessful. So I gave up cutting off the stems this year.
The parsley harvest is dried indoors. In winter, dry parsley can be used for seasoning.
And these are dried stems and leaves of parsley from last year.

Blueberries have bloomed
For the first time I see blueberry flowers. Glad to share these flowers with you. The color of the flower is very unusual. I've never seen this color before. My Samsung Galaxy 7 did not take a high-quality video of a flower the first time. I did about 20 takes. Before I got a video where you can see the details of the flower. This is probably due to the milky color of the flower. Bright flowers make it possible to shoot better video. I hope there will be a harvest. We only have 3 blueberry bushes. Two bushes are blooming.
And this is a video of white chrysanthemums blooming.

Unknown flowers
Wild flowers appeared in the garden. I don't remember that they were there before. Very beautiful. I don't know what these flowers are called. But nature made them no worse than people made many other flowers.
And this is a video of a flower that people created

Do you see a duck? And there is a duck there!
I was surprised by the duck's ability to camouflage. The bird's feathers are almost the same color as dry reeds. Many wild ducks appeared in a small river in the middle of the village. Birds used to be afraid of people. But hunting has been prohibited in our region for almost 3 years. Therefore, animals stopped being afraid of people.
And this is one of the inhabitants of my garden

Conica new needles
The Canadian spruce "Conica" has sprouted new needles. Very nice green color. So everything new stands out pleasantly against the old.
Unfortunately, this spruce grows slowly. But when the spruce grows it will be very tall.
And this video is about not like everyone else :)

The cat is packed
The cat "Baksik" knows how to find a cozy place. This time he sleeps in a box that stands in the center of the garden. How nice! He looks like a cute wrapped gift. Sleeping. And there is nothing to worry about. We left him to sleep in a box. In the house, the cat "Baksik" prefers to sleep in plates and basins.

Let's help our own
Water for pumpkin sprouts. Watering planted plants means helping your own. Gardening is like war. Wild grass and heat are enemies. Water and planted plants are allies :) This is how we live... Although if you look closely, the same situation will exist in any area of life.
And this is the result of victory in the gardening war

Lots of cherry blossoms. Warm weather. Lots of bees. There is flower pollination. This means there will be a good harvest of cherries. We are preparing refrigerators for cherries :)

Spring in the countryside
In spring it is very beautiful in the countryside. It's not hot yet. But all the trees and many flowers are blooming. It's a short time. It will be summer soon and it will get hot. Then it won't be so beautiful. However, hard work unites spring, summer and even autumn. There is always hard work in the countryside! This is a kind of payment for the beauty of nature for people. God is fair. Is not it?
And this video is about the importance of spring for a good mood.

Beautiful tulips
The tulips are blooming. The beauty of these flowers ended up in the paws of unknown beetles. What are the beetles doing there? Don't know! But they feel good there. The beetles do not harm the flower. I wish we all have our own tulip where it would be just as good and beautiful :)

Pumpkin blew up the ground
It will be a nice Halloween :) I planted a pumpkin for the holiday. Today pumpkin sprouts pierced the ground like Freddy Krueger's claws. The incredible power of life. And this life bursts out of the ground :)

The currants have bloomed
Currants have inconspicuous flowers. If you don't look carefully. You may not notice these flowers. Incredible. But this is the first time I saw currant flowers. Although all my life currants have been growing next to me. In the video "Red currant". The berries of this currant are red.
"Blackcurrant" is not blooming yet. I hope there will be a good harvest.

Early season garden overview
This is what the garden looked like on March 23, 5 days after the start of the gardening season. The garden was still winter, without life. A winter garden is a garden without worries... No need to tear up wild grass. No need to water the plants. No need to harvest. The green leaves of tulips were the first to emerge from the ground. Not all beds were dug up. But I have already planted some of the peas. At that time Dora was already walking in the garden.
And this is gardening in winter.

Time for lazy cats
The warm season has arrived. This means that every day the cats will lie in the garden and laze around. I would be happy if it were possible to come up with a job for cats. But I'm afraid this is not possible. There are also a lot of cats among people :)

Watering chrysanthemums
I planted 8 chrysanthemum bushes in front of the house. I hope the flowers grow and bloom in the fall. I need to take care of flowers for six months to see their beauty for a couple of weeks. But that’s how everything works in this life. The main thing is to enjoy the process and not the result. Then many results become more accessible :)
And these are blooming chrysanthemums for you

The hyacinths have bloomed
Amazingly beautiful flower. These are Hyacinths. This is the first flower to bloom in our small garden. Unlike Snowdrops, these flowers are created by people and not by nature. My wife says that Hyacinths only bloom for a few weeks. Then the time will come for other colors.
And this is a video of Snowdrops created by nature

Spying on ants
It seems to me that we humans look at ants the way God looks at us. Although maybe I'm wrong. All human life is a vanity that has meaning. However, from the outside it all looks funny :) But at least God is not sad :)

Cute dude
I wonder if he loves anyone? Does he have a family and children? Does he like to dream about something or eat something tasty? Oh shit! Maybe it's a woman and not a man :) But what a difference! I almost killed this spider. I was changing clothes when he began to run under my feet. It was in the yard by the barn door. I wanted to crush the spider. But then I stopped and made a video. As a result, the spider survived. And I thought about his life. Marvelous! How we humans can ruin a lot without thinking about it. I hope the tragedies in our lives are not someone’s stupidity in heaven :)

Plum Alley
Last year I planted four plum trees. This year all the plum trees bloomed. Today is April 9th. I have already watered the plums twice. I pour 6 gallons of water under each tree each time. Total 12 gallons of water. Only manual labor. No hose or pumps. Exercise makes my spirit better. The garden is a good break from everyday life and myself :) We all should have some kind of break from ourselves and life. It’s very bad if there is no such rest. Then we deteriorate and our life deteriorates too.

Snowdrops for you
Friends, the first spring flowers are Snowdrops. They have been growing in our garden for two weeks now. So amazing. The very first spring flower is the weakest and smallest. How can this flower bloom first? Marvelous! Wishing you all Snowdrop strength and luck.

Apricot blossomed
For the last four years, the apricot harvest has been like winning at a Las Vegas casino! There is hope. But there is nothing to pick up :) Every time the apricot tree blooms, there is a slight frost. Bees cannot pollinate flowers in frosty weather. Therefore there is no harvest. But this year we seem to be lucky. The apricots have bloomed. But there is no frost. There is a high probability that there will be an apricot harvest. If this is the case, I will show ripe apricots in the video. I already forgot what apricots look like :)
And this is a video of a young apricot in the fall.
