Meeting Lilith MOTHER FRICKER w/ my chickens (sometimes) | Lilith by J.R. Salamanca Part 2 Bookclub
I get pretty pumped in this episode. Trust me bro, that coffee SETS IN. Bertha isn't even that bad. She's a good little chicken that was just a little cold, since it was misty that day. The chickens are in the coop now all nice and safe and away from foxes.
Also I can't explain how much I love this book so far.

6:00 - Pg. 88: Last Quote from Last Podcast
8:50 - Pg. 89: Let's begin this shit.

18:43 - Pg. 112: Madness in women empowers them.
23:23 - Pg. 125 - 126: Cultural use of Schizophrenic patients.

1:10:44 - Pg. 184 - 186: Selective Inattention
1:19:06 - Pg. 192 - 193: Art is sacred.
Innocence Corrupted. An Asylum Love Story? | Lilith by J.R. Salamanca Part 1 | Bookclub | AE Ep.15
Starting a bookclub with only one person reading is easier than you think if you scale it for loneliness. Just kidding, I love being the only person that has an opinion about something. It gives me the spotlight to talk about something and everyone around usually just stays silent because they usually have no input in what I'm saying. At this point, I'm just painting a funny picture in my head.
About the book: It's Great! That's really all I can say. I don't know why it resonates so much with me, but it does and I love it. I can't promise that it'll resonate with you, but that's not really any interest to me anyway. Why do I sound like an asshole when I type?
Unintentional drifting relationships, Processing childhood trauma | Amelia's Escape Podcast
Amelia (This is me talking by the way) makes her first appearance since her last podcast with Syddog Steiger! That fuking podcast aired more than a year ago. A lot has changed for young little miss Amelia. She's moved up to Oregon. Got her steamdeck. Has no rent to pay. And is actually sleeping at night (not this night lol, but definitely some nights). This recovery actually feels like a recovery and not finally catching a breath of air, only to drown again. Wow. What a life to live. Okay, but seriously. I feel a lot better. Hopefully I can push past resistance enough to actually follow through with my future career plans.
In this particular episode, I talk about: Past friendships and the heartbreaking feeling of losing touch with someone you were once so close to. Processing childhood and familia trauma. The works.

Sydney Steiger W/ HER BABY MINKA IN DA WOMB; Amelia's Escape Podcast Ep.13
This is my MUTHA FUKIN BROTHA FOR LIFE Syddog. In this episode she's PREGNANT WITH A MUTHA FUKIN BABY and we're catching up from years of separation and disconnection. It was really fun getting to talk to her. Gotta love Sydney. Always.
Original Air Date: 08-24-2021
P.S. Her baby's about to turn one in like a month on the posting of this episode... yeh. Not my most productive time, I guess, for personal projects. Gotta heal. Gotta heal. Gotta heal.
Also, also: HAPPY BIRTHDAY HALSEY!!!!!

Family - Party ASMR | Amelia's Escape Podcast Ep.12
The only thing I remember about this podcast was that it's a bad idea. It's a party. Everyone's talking to each other. There's no central conversation. Have fun! On the plus side, you can pretend that you're in a party while listening to this. Kinda like ASMR, only not soothing.

Podcast From a Closet (literally, not figuratively) | Amelia's Escape Podcast Ep.11
I have no idea what this podcast is about. It's been a long time. My guesses are my grandparents, me constantly trying to figure out why I'm always freaking about life and maybe loneliness. Those seem to be good guesses.
I just saw it. It's about dnd and life and stuff. Is that a better description?

Elena Barajas - An Intense Tripping Out Journey (not your usual trip); Amelia's Escape Podcast Ep.10
The original airdate for this podcast was on: 03-09-2021
I remember this podcast very fondly. Whenever a family member goes through what is popularly described as a "mental breakdown", you don't really know what's going through the individual's head. This conversation gave me a lot of insight on how these events transpire. I have a theory, mostly influenced by Duncan Trussell's analysis, that mental breakdowns are a natural response from your body / mind to reset your way of life and GET THE FUCK OUT OF THE SITUATION YOU'RE IN. Stress is real and sometimes it's too much. Don't judge people for breaking down. We're all trying to get through life. It's really hard sometimes. Even unbearable.

Family - Tiktok, Twitch and Trying to Start Stuff; Amelia's Escape Podcast Ep.9
The original airdate for this podcast was on: 02-05-2021. Don't judge me
Always gotta love a conversation with the family. Elena deleted tiktok. Albert is contemplating starting a twitch. I gave him a tarot card reading about it. It went pretty well. Overall, really enjoy spending time with family and I'm glad they complied with my desire to create a podcast together.
