GoW Ep#5: Was DoD's Covid-19 mandate a lawful order?
That's the question that Brad and Dave tackle in this episode. This is a complex topic that requires a nuanced look in order to fully understand the laws circumvented and steps taken by DoD to obfuscate their actions. Dave gives a robust presentation that outlines the laws relevant to the mandate and the timeline of events demonstrating DoD's actions both leading up to the mandate and following its implementation. He includes documentation that references applicable laws as well as memoranda by certain parties that either explain certain laws or attempt to explain actions taken to circumvent specific laws. He also includes letters containing congressional inquiries into the anomalies concerning the mandate.
This presentation is an updated version that Dave gave previously. That presentation can be found here: https://rumble.com/v1hwe6b-gateway-to-freedom-conference-david-beckerman.html

GoW Ep#4 Roundtable w/ Jordan Karr, John Frankman, & Briana Céspedes
In Ep#4, Brad and Dave invited three guests onto Guardians of Warriors for the program's first Round Table. The three guests are Jordan Karr, a former Air Force captain; John Frankman, a former Army captain; and Briana Cespedes, a former Air Force Senior Airman. Each of them have an incredible story in how they resisted the unlawful covid-19 vaccine mandate and how they each ultimately left the military.
In addition to sharing a little about their individual struggles, the guests shared the big picture view of the continued frustrations felt by current and former service members to include some of the shortcomings surrounding both the 2023 & upcoming 2024 National Defense Authorization Act. They also detail a recent visit they made to Washington, D.C. in which they met with various Members of Congress and/or their staff. They share their impressions as to how they were received, the feedback they received, and even some of the frustrations experienced.
This is a great episode to hear what former service members are doing to force Congress to acknowledge the criminal actions taken by DoD. You can find out more about the three guests below:

GoW Ep#3 - Colonel (Retired) Tom "Buzz" Rempfer
In Ep#3, which serves as Part 2 of the "Then and Now" series, Brad and Dave invited guest Colonel Tom "Buzz" Rempfer (Ret.), a former U.S. Air Force officer, onto the show to discuss his personal experiences in refusing to take the anthrax vaccine early in his career. Buzz draws clear parallels between the debacle surrounding the anthrax vaccine and the more recent situation involving thousands of service members who refused the covid-19 vaccine. In this episode, Buzz helps explain the thought process that led him and others to refuse the anthrax vaccine and the aftermath of their decision. He specifically mentions how literature such as Samuel P. Huntington's The Soldier and the State informed his views towards the relationship between service members and the country they serve. Buzz also makes specific reference to the duty service members have to disobey unlawful orders. Buzz also explains laws broken by the government during the anthrax situation and offers some of the details surrounding the congressional hearings held over the case. This episode provides a lot of helpful context in understanding how the situation around the anthrax vaccine helped set the stage for the way that DoD and other government agencies would skirt the law to force the covid-19 shots onto service members.
Please visit Col Buzz Rempfer's website to learn more about the experiences can be found here: https://hoping4justice.org/. This website is a valuable resource not only in describing the experiences of officers such as Buzz and Lt. Col Russ Dingle (U.S. Air Force, Ret.), but also in providing documentation or other resources in assisting the records correction process and the use of documents such as DD149 to do so.
At various times in the podcast when discussing certain laws, 10 USC § 1107 was mentioned. This can be found here: https://uscode.house.gov/view.xhtml?req=federal+food+drug+cosmetic+21+usc+chapter+1&f=treesort&num=332
If you have not done so, go check out Ep#2, which was Part 1 of our "Then and Now" series featuring Dr. Meryl Nass!
*Note from Dave: I mentioned that Congress was required to get vaccinated, however that's technically not accurate and is worth the clarification. Congress never had an official mandate. It's important for the viewership to know that if and when inaccuracies are presented, we will always strive to correct them. What was in effect at the time were various telework policies which excluded unvaccinated from entering federal buildings. The policies can be found here: https://www.opm.gov/policy-data-oversight/future-of-the-workforce/post-hybrid-work-environment-guidance/.

GoW Ep#2 - Meryl Nass, M.D.
Welcome back to our second episode and the start of our "Then and Now" mini-series. Through the lens of history we can remove the emotions so often associated with the last few years. In the series, we hope to accomplish exactly that by comparing yesterday's Anthrax Vaccine "Program" to today's Covid-19 "Mandates". Those who have served within the last two decades are all too familiar with the yearly anthrax shots the military is required to take. Now we bring that historical perspective to the larger CHD community and beyond with our debut guest: Dr. Meryl Nass.
Dr. Nass is an internist with special interests in vaccine-induced illnesses, chronic fatigue syndrome, Gulf War illness, fibromyalgia, and toxicology.
In the late 80's Dr. Nass was asked to participate in a DoD vaccine-research contract for anthrax while researching at UMass. What she discovered is that rather than prevention, the true intent of the project was to research offensive germ-warfare capabilities.
As an anthrax expert, she has a unique understanding of the commonalities between the use of the anthrax vaccines, their impact on service members, and the legal issues. Nearly 20 years later, she has watched as the same patterns emerged with the covid-19 mandates.
In this initial episode of the "Then-and Now" mini-series, Dr. Nass explains:
- her background and initial encounters with the military's use of the anthrax vaccine in the late 1990s.
- the history of the anthrax vaccine.
- DoD experimentation
- Interagency cooperation (FDA, DoD, and even allied nations).
- Her thoughts on the trajectory of this nation, specifically medical freedoms
- and a laundry list of ways to get involved and stay informed to prevent even more harm in the future
We hope you enjoy the episode just as much as we enjoyed recording it!
