Rebel TV E41 The Are Destroying Our Country, Will We do More than Whine?
King Joe with his pen and the Democrat party with their slim majority have been very busy since January 20. Not only are they undoing everything that had President Trump's name on it out of their blind hatred, so much of what they are doing is irreversible and will cause permanent catastrophic changes to our country and the world. And these are things we cannot stop, our individual protests and even our non-compliance will have no effect on them. They are even beyond the control of action by individual states and governors. These are actions and policies, domestically and in foreign policy, that will fundamentally transform the nation and the world in ways that will make us all poor slaves to the political and corporate elite around the world.
The Border Crisis and Immigration. A nation without borders is not a nation yet the Biden administration has embraced a truly open border policy. Hundreds of thousands are coming across with no checks to see who they are, where they are from or what diseases they may have. These are not just Mexicans or people from Central America. People from all over the world, including plenty of unfriendly countries, know that if they can get into Mexico, the door to the United States is wide open. Once they are here, they are not going to leave. And once they are given amnesty or citizenship, this will result in a permanent demographic shift in this country. Citizens or not, if Democrats have their way, they will be voting, another step to the one party state they desire.
Foreign Policy. Look at just two examples. Biden's conciliatory policy toward China encourages their aggression. If they end up invading Taiwan, that free nation will be gone forever. It will suffer brutal oppression just like Hong Kong. And Biden, Like Obama before him, is cozying up to Iran. Once they get a nuclear weapon, once they are a nuclear power, that is irreversible and it will have devastating consequences for the Middle East and beyond.
The One World Order. Biden, specifically through his “climate envoy” John Kerry, have pledged their support to The Great Reset, a global reordering of economic and social structures so they conform with the dictates of radical environmentalism, Marxist totalitarianism with a little eugenics thrown in for good measure. If embraced by the United States, there will be no outpost of freedom left in the world.
Economic Policy. Biden's tax, spend, borrow and print government model is going to destroy our economy. Of course tax policy can always be changed back but the trillions and trillions printed, borrowed and spent cannot be reversed. Our debt is now 150% of GDP. That puts us in a pretty exclusive club, one that includes Greece, for instance. All that debt and money printing will have consequences; inflation and possibly hyper-inflation, the debt will be an ever greater drag on the economy, the necessity of ever higher taxes to service the debt. These are irreversible and devastating consequences of these economic policies.
But the destruction of the political and economic power of the United States is not all. They are seeking the complete destruction of our traditional culture and history. It is basic Judaeo-Christian morality and our unique attitude of entrepreneurship as Americans that made us what we are. Now all the good things that made America great are denigrated as racism and white supremacy. Things like hard work, self reliance, objectivity, the nuclear family, respect for authority, being polite, rational thinking, conventional grammar, the Judaeo-Christian tradition, these are all examples of racist white culture. Even stressing that math is objective and has right and wrong answers is racist and an example of white supremacy.
There can be no question that those in power are seeking the total and complete destruction of the United States of America as a place of political freedom, economic opportunity and bastion of Western values and culture. But this begs the question; with what are they replacing it? Do they have an alternate set of values to which we are to adhere, some list of beliefs that define our acceptance? With all their meticulously planned demolition, there does not appear to be a coherent edifice to replace what they have destroyed. In Nazi Germany or Communist Russia, China or North Korea there was, or is, the ugly yet simple religion of the party and the cult of the dear leader. But here there is not even that, membership in the elite is not clearly defined, its definition and requirements are increasingly fluid. Ask Governor Cuomo. Generally they are against traditional America, Republicans, Trump personally, of course, conservative Christianity, capitalism and most recently, “whiteness,” which has become a catch all for all the foregoing. But even those things are ambiguous, their wrath against them ever changing and broadening to encompass more nuanced offenses. Even those who humbly genuflect at the altar of the anti-racists can still find themselves on the receiving end of the mob's wrath.
For that is what it is, a mob of activists bent on destruction, useful idiots for those really pulling the strings. Our current situation is like the French Revolution or the Cultural Revolution in China. Acceptable today, condemned tomorrow, you can never be sure. When there are no anchors in society for mores and values, the safest position is to just keep your head down and be quiet, to become a non person with no thoughts, no opinions, no values of your own. But that is what those really in charge want-docile, fearful sheep who will jump at the barking of the dogs. Fearful of speaking out against those who peddle irrational fear; fear of Covid, fear of a climate catastrophe, fear of offense. For those in control, our silence, our lack of objections is seen as consent to their theft, and if some need it, psychological cover for their evil.
So what are we left with? Those in control do not seek our adulation, only our obedience. They have no lasting values they want us to embrace, only transient memes to instill fear and silence opposition. All that matters to them is power wielded for their own wealth and comfort. That is all they are for and so after they have reduced all we hold dear to rubble, they have nothing to give us. So what are we left to embrace after they have eliminated all the things they are against? When morality and reason and ambition are merely deplored vestiges of a racist past? A mindless hedonistic society where the most perverse sexual appetites are celebrated and sexual proclivities are the defining human characteristic. An irrational society where every individual defines his or her reality according to their preference at the moment. A society in which we are divided into grievance groups, suspicious and fearful of everyone else. A society in which the individual's relationship with government is primary and family ties are a fading anomaly.
With nothing to believe in beyond ourselves, ambition, family, reason and education relegated to the dustbin of evil racist values, when the past is erased and the future uncertain and unknown due to the ever shifting whims of those in control, we will have no place to find meaning in life. Accomplishment, religion, family, tradition; these are all the things that have always given us meaning, things that separate us from animals. But that is the purpose, to reduce us to mindless domestic animals who will do what we are told, docilely submitting our labor and minds to their will for their benefit. In their eyes we are mere merely tools for their use and to them, there are way too many obsolete tools in the shed. This is a cult of death, Marxism always results in death, and coupled with radical environmentalism, the over population of our fragile earth is a perfect excuse for mass extermination.
So what can we do against this overwhelming tide? Is there any hope? As long as one man or woman believes in liberty and natural rights, there is hope. But the all encompassing nature of the demolition of our fragile edifice of freedom requires an all out assault on their plans and actions. First of all, we must fight on the battlefields we can compete on. Do not comply with any edicts that violate rights. Stop supporting the evil by acquiescing to their demands for plunder. Reject things like Critical Race Theory and the 1619 project that are deliberate attempts to destroy our history and culture. Educate yourself, use your mind, hold onto reason, faith and morality and teach your children to do the same.
Second, we need to reject this idea that electoral politics is a winner take all, majority/mob rule game in this country. That's what the democrats and political elite want us to believe; that their power as elected officials entitles them to any action. We need to reject that idea. We are supposed to be a constitutional republic with a severely limited government. If we reject all their unconstitutional edicts their flood of new voters will be of little consequence. If we refuse to fund their immoral actions, they will have no benefits with which to bribe new voters. Do you get it? All these people coming to America do so for the freebies we are funding. Stop funding the freebies and they will stop coming and even if they do, they will work hard for everything they get just like our ancestors did. That will make them value freedom.
Third, we need to prepare for the economic destruction that all this printing and borrowing will bring on our heads. We cannot let them use it as an excuse to tighten their grip and we must remain civilized and not engage in desperate mob action. Community support will be crucial. We will need to develop alternative economic structures and institutions that will be outside their control and manipulation. These will be statewide efforts, the states will need to become lifeboats from all the irrationality. Through the Covid crisis and now the pushback on wokeness, Florida has started to blaze this path and others are joining in. It needs to become much more comprehensive and we need to elect local leaders who will have the courage to do what is necessary to protect and enhance liberty.
Finally, we will eventually need to take back control of our national government. We need to make it what it should be, a uniting force for liberty within our borders and a beacon for freedom to the world. Its power over us must be weak but internationally we must be very strong or we may all be speaking Mandarin in a decade or two. But it cannot be anything like it is now, most agencies will need to be disbanded, its power reduced to original constitutional limits. This will require election reform to even get people in who will work to that end, and it will require starving the swamp of our money and support. There is no other way. As long as the gravy train of plunder keeps feeding the beast, it will not stop.
Our future is still in our hands even if so much seems out of our control. But their efforts at fundamental transformation through the destruction of all that is good and right must be met with equally daring and comprehensive efforts on our part. It will require hard work and sacrifice, it will require playing outside the rules and laws they use for our subjugation, it will require we pledge our lives, fortunes and honor to the most worthy task of all, liberty for ourselves and our posterity. May we not be forever cursed as the generation who let this most noble experiment in freedom die.

Rebel TV E42 Why Do We Act Like Sheep? The Few Controlling the Many
Klaus Schwab, you may have heard of him by now. He is the founder and leader of the World Economic Forum and the organizer of the Davos conference every year. For decades he has provided the leadership and organization for the cabal of rich elites who want to rule the world after the Great Reset. No longer a conspiracy theory, it is all out in the open. Build Back Better did not originate with Joe Biden. Canada's prime minister is looking forward to the Great Reset. This idea of world government as a way to 'solve' the invented crisis of Covid and the deliberate destruction of Western economies that is its handmaiden is here for all to see. It is being advertised, big tech and corporate media are behind it, world political leaders are all in, the UN is smiling with glee.
For those of you with your head in the sand who haven't heard of the Great Reset, here it is in a nutshell. It is a marriage of communist ideology and radical environmentalism in which all private property is banned and a chip is implanted in your brain to make you part of the AI hive. Your life will have no more meaning than that of a worker bee. Who is going to go along with this? You say, 'no way' with confidence and bluster. But will you really? Are you willing to make the sacrifices necessary to maintain even the little liberty you have left? If 2020 was any indication, it is unlikely.
The vast, vast majority of people all over the world have gone along with the most egregious assaults on our most sacred rights. Why? Why have people who proclaim their love and fidelity to their rights by and large acquiesced to this obvious tyranny? Two reasons; training and fear. We are trained from our youth to obey authority. It starts in government schools where we are trained to conform to the norms propagated by the teachers unions and education tsars. We are trained to accept the goodness of government, we are taught that government has our best interests at heart, that without all the programs and spending we would be poor and sickly; death would be just around the corner. Conformity and compliance are bred into us. So when they say “Coronavirus will kill us all unless we do all these things” we do all these things. Even though “all these things” don't seem to work and have actually been shown to be destructive they will just do more of the same. Some are waking up and that's good but most will keep complying because that is their first instinct. That attitude is what feeds tyranny, the subject's desire to obey coupled with the desire of the tyrant to control. The more obedience shown, the greater the tyranny. We see it all around us today.
The second motivation for compliance is fear. No one wants to be fined or go to jail for say, opening their business in defiance of some lockdown edict. The sign says “By Order of the Governor you are required to wear a facemask” so you go out and get a facemask because you don't want to cause trouble. Do you want to find out what happens if you are out and about after curfew? Of course no one wants to go though the ringer the IRS, the most powerful collection agency in the world, has created to make sure you keep paying for your chains. We fear loss, we acquiesce because we want to keep what we have. We desperately want to hold onto what is left of normal and will not engage in any behavior that might put that at risk.
But this is how the very few can control the many. They have control of education and media to the extent that resistance and rebellion do not even occur to most. And they leave just enough stuff or liberty to the remainder so they will not rebel out of fear of losing the little they have. So we acquiesce because we want to hold on to what we have. Ironically, if we get to the point where we have nothing to lose, then fear is gone. You no longer fear loss for there is nothing to lose. It is attachments that result in fear. If we make things like truth, justice and liberty our priority and consider our things of little consequence in comparison, our fear will fade.
Tyranny grows through lies and fear and will be defeated with truth and courage. There are very few of them, top down control by definition means the very few are controlling the many and they only do so with our compliance and cooperation, however reluctant. When we reject their dictates, disobey their rules, refuse to allow their plunder and demonstrate our power to defend ourselves against the imposition of their malevolent will, then we will be free once again.

Rebel TV E39 Stop Playing By The Rules
We currently live under the illusion that reason, logic and the rule of law are the foundation of our society. We believe there are facts, that there is a basic reality, that there is an objective historical record of how we got here. We think we are free people living in a free country with unalienable rights. We look at our fellow human beings and we believe they are basically good, that they are reasonable, that they will follow predictable patterns based on our long established cultural mores and moral foundations.
This worldview, this way of looking at and operating in the world, is gone. It has been waning for some time but in the last year it has been utterly obliterated. I hate to shatter your illusion but you have no rights-only permissions, the rule of law does not exist-only force and fraud, reason is dead-only emotion and propaganda exist, and reality is now defined only by individual opinion. This is the world we live in and if we keep playing as if all those things still exist we will continue to lose; and eventually we will lose everything.
Look at what happened in the 2020 election. Republicans are already making plans for the midterm elections and speculating about the next presidential race as if elections and the exercise of government power has not fundamentally changed. HR1, whether it passes or not, demonstrates the democrat's intention to make sure the unconstitutional and illegal changes they made to ensure their victory in 2020 are permanent. And its not just HR1, it is the illegal immigrant citizenship process, the propaganda blitz painting any opposition as white nationalist terrorists and the support of censorship; it is all designed to make the United States a one party state like California or New York. The fact is they acquired power illegitimately yet we are treating this administration like any other. This was the culmination of a coup yet we are debating its merits and edicts as if everything is normal. Its not! Do you really think that they are going to go back to playing by the old rules, or any rules, when they broke them all to get where they are? They are already demonstrating they won't. Do you think there is going to be another free and fair election? And here is the other question for you. Do you really think that even if the republicans succeed in taking the house and the senate they are going to change anything, that they will reverse our trajectory in any meaningful way? Have they ever? They say the democrats are overreaching and the pendulum will swing back. Does it ever swing all the way back to liberty? Or does it just swing back enough to placate the masses and allow the codification of most of the tyranny.
Many believe another viable avenue of obstruction to Biden's indisputable exercise of unconstitutional power and catastrophic policies is to use the courts. The democrats have been doing this for decades. When they can't get their policies passed legislatively they find activist judges to do it for them. That should tell you all you need to know, the courts are not going to be any help. Nor have they been. Most courts refused to hear any case of election fraud, refused to even look at the evidence or hear from thousands of witnesses. The supreme court couldn't be bothered to consider the blatant disregard of the voting rules or constitutional requirements for changing them. But this is just the latest evidence that our justice system is anything but just. The obvious nature of our two tiered justice system had been clear for decades. Those favored by the state swamp are never prosecuted or held to account for obvious lawbreaking. Hillary Clinton was the poster child for this but the Bidens, the people in the FBI and other agencies who initiated the coup against President Trump, they were all protected even though they lied to courts and congresses, actions that would get the rest of us thrown in jail. There is no justice for the rest of us, if we offend the swamp law enforcement and the courts will not help. Investigations and indictments are for us, not for the connected. Look at the difference in treatment for the rioters from Antifa and BLM and those who entered the capitol in January. Courts will ignore evidence, the law and the rules to protect the swamp and punish those who dare question the looting and lawlessness. I've seen it personally, we all see it in the news every day.
Of course we cannot ignore the pandemic response where the rules, and specifically our rights, were eliminated along with our reason. Recently Texas “opened up”, the governor gracious “allowed” businesses to open back up. Allowed? Do you get the language we have accepted? The government, state, federal or local, has decided we must get its permission to exercise our fundamental rights, to assemble, to work, to travel. Our freedom now operates on a sliding scale subject to the whims of those in power. And their rules are arbitrary, sort of. They seem that way because we can't understand why small businesses are closed down and large ones stay open. If you follow the money and power, it becomes obvious. After all, if masks work on airplanes, why not in restaurants? If you get a vaccine, why do you still have to wear a mask and be socially distanced? If you wonder if your fellow citizens still have the capacity for reason and see the absurdity in all these policies, look at how many of them wear their masks alone in the car!
Washington is lost, we must face that reality. The swamp is in control, has been for a long time and no election is going to change that. Trump tried and ultimately failed. It broke the bonds of the Constitution and the rule of law a long time ago. They have no regard for our natural rights. It is a criminal enterprise that looks on us as marks to be defrauded and impoverished for their own gain and it will continue until it destroys itself and the country.
When the rule of law no longer exists for those in power, the acquisition and exercise of power is the only maxim. Laws, constitutions, basic morality are only empty conventions to be used or ignored as required by the situation on the road to totalitarian control. Any such power is only constrained when it meets a greater, more potent and ruthless power. If we desire to restore our natural liberties and rights and live by reason, we must confront the evil that attacks them and we cannot do that successfully on their field with their officials according to rules by which they are not bound. To beat back this tyranny requires three things. We must first acknowledge that the people who desire to enslave us and all their minions are not good people, we can no longer give them the benefit of the doubt-they are evil. Any man or woman who desires to steal from and enslave another is evil. Second, we must ignore their rules and restrictions on our basic rights and liberties and reject their assaults on reason and history. Third, we must no longer bind ourselves to the institutions of power and injustice that enforce their tyranny. Why should we accept and suffer penalties for exercising our natural rights just because they passed a law that criminalizes the exercise of those rights?
We are only going to restore our liberty and freedoms if we reject the very system that is destroying them. Our obviously unjust and tyrannical system depends on our respect and compliance to work. It depends on our funding. If we continue to give their edicts respect and fund our enslavement, we will never reverse the tide of totalitarianism. Our government deserves neither our respect nor support. The only way to win is to stop playing the game the way they want us to.
Rightful liberty is unobstructed action according to our will within limits drawn around us by the equal rights of others. I do not add 'within the limits of the law' because law is often but the tyrant's will, and always so when it violates the rights of the individual. Thomas Jefferson

Rebel TV E40 Tax Day and the Abomination of Lies and Tyranny
April 15th rapidly approaches. Many of you have already filed you taxes, getting a return of some of your money, money the government borrowed from you without interest for the last year. Nice deal, for them. While they had that extra money along with everything else they steal from you, what did they do with it? We all know it is wasted, used to pay off political friends and contributors, it is wealth redistribution not to the poor but to politicians, career bureaucrats and the politically connected. We all know it yet we accept it, we put up with it and we continue to send our hard earned money to these looters and thieves.
This nation was founded on a revolution fought against unjust taxation. Taxation without representation was the battle cry. Now we accept it as normal in Washington. Nancy has done away with committee hearings where our representatives ostensibly get to look over these massive thousand page bills. The “American Rescue Plan” is a poster child for taxation without representation. Billions to bail out bankrupt blue states and cities. Did the rest of us have any say in what California, New York or Illinois did with their money? The waste, the stupidity, the deals with unions and payouts to illegals? No, but now our money is being confiscated to pay for their irresponsibility; but that is nothing new, our money has been stolen to pay for people's irresponsibility for a long time.
Back to founding principles. How about Jefferson's statement that it is immoral to take someone's money through taxes and use it for things that person finds morally objectionable? Most of our money is used to pay for things we don't want or approve of, unconstitutional things. Pallets of cash to Iran, baby killing all over the world, stimulus checks to felons and illegal immigrants, just to name a few recent examples. This is immoral and we should refuse to send another dime of tax money for these reasons alone.
The use, or abuse, of our money is one thing. How about the fact that they take it from us in the first place? The founders believed it was immoral to take what someone earned through their hands or with their minds. That is why direct taxes were prohibited in the Constitution. The products of our labor belong to us and us alone to dispose of as we see fit. That is the moral position. Only thieves and tyrants see it otherwise. The looters in Washington, and all politicians really, see our money as their money first, and what remains after taxes is our allowance. I mean, really, our system is so convoluted and immoral. The graduated income tax is a communist idea meant to punish success. Punish success, how stupid is that? The death tax, that's immoral on so many levels. Now they are proposing a wealth tax on what people have accumulated on their allowance. They want to expand the IRS to collect new and higher taxes with most of the money going to enforcement. Is this the government you want? A government that is going to double down on immoral taking and spending, a government that will gladly put it's boot on your neck if you whimper in protest?
Of course there is not enough money to steal to satisfy their obscene appetites. To make up the difference they are creating money out of thin air and turning it into debt. Deficits used to be in the billions, now they are in the trillions and most in the political class have adopted the idea that it doesn't matter. Those who object say that we are obligating our children, grandchildren and great grandchildren to repay this crushing debt. On its face that is immoral, stealing from future generations so a few in the connected political class can enjoy the fruits of their immorality. But beyond the obvious, are we obligated to pay the debt the government has accrued? Is it a contract we must honor like a mortgage or other loan? The sanctity of contract, a crucial principle of justice, does not apply to government promises to pay because the government does not promise to pay, it promises to make you and I pay. We were not asked for our consent, most of us disapprove, our representatives have no real input, and in no way can all this borrowing be justified by saying it is for the common good. How can we be bound by a contract others make for the explicit purpose of depriving us of our property for their own benefit? How can that be considered a valid transaction in any way? It can't.
Nothing the government does concerning money is moral. They take it from us by force, they use it for purposes we find objectionable and they borrow on our behalf when what they steal is not enough. And they have the audacity to say it is in any way voluntary and that it is all for the public good. Liars and thieves! Why any of us give these people our support and loyalty I will never know. But too many believe the lies, too many are happy receiving their pittance from the spoils and those who object do not have the courage to stop supporting this evil edifice of corruption. And so it will go on. We will be impoverished, eventually the currency will be destroyed but the political class will enjoy their plunder. And so the greatest experiment in personal liberty will meet its end all because you lacked the courage to withdraw your consent to this abomination of lies and immorality.

Rebel TV E23 Are You Willing to Risk Everything for Liberty? 1/7/21
The brave patriots who took the capitol building and delayed the certification of the fraudulent election are still on our minds. Did you cheer them on, did you wish you had been there to be part of something truly significant and historical? I did although distance and prior commitments kept be close to home. Perhaps you do not see yourself doing something so radical or secretly wish you had the courage of those who did. What keeps most of us from doing the type of things that really get the attention of the tyrants ruling over us? Why don't we resist in ways that might actually bring about real change? In a word, fear. Fear of loss. Loss of liberty, being locked up. Loss of property, having it confiscated or losing it defending yourself from persecution in a corrupt justice system. Ultimately, loss of life, ending up in an unmarked grave, the end for hundreds of millions who displeased tyrants throughout the centuries.
You see, there is a trick to tyranny, a balancing act so few seem able to master. While they plunder the people for their own appetites and exert greater control to satisfy their own narcissistic passions, they need to leave the serfs and slaves enough so they think that if they just keep their heads down the little they have left won't be demanded of them. So the smart tyrant takes it slow, demanding more and more over time, playing on the people's hopes that each requisition of property and each abuse of rights will be the last. Let the people settle into the new normal before making another demand. As the Declaration of Independence says, men are more disposed to suffer while the evils are sufferable. And throughout history, men have suffered and endured the worst degradation at the hands of their fellow men. The thing is, governments and those who run them will always demand more, their power will continually expand while our rights diminish. We may keep drawing lines in the sand but they will always cross them. Do you even have a line they cannot cross? Because they will cross every one if we fail to do more than whine and protest loudly. Because the end game is this; Greed and lust for power eventually get the best of them and they will reduce us all to abject slavery.
When that happens, when men have everything taken, ironically they are free again; there is no more fear for there can be no more loss. The only loss left is that of life and a man whose life is devoid of anything of value does not fear losing it as much as others may. A man from whom the tyrant has taken everything is the most dangerous man of all. He is no longer under the tyrant's power, he no longer fears the tyrant's wrath. He will fight with a holy vengeance, he will seek justice untempered with mercy. He may burn out in an explosive conflagration or he may ignite an uncontrollable inferno but his actions will have an impact; a loud, disruptive, historical impact.
So the question is this, are you going to wait until the tyrant has put you in a corner, until he has taken everything before you act to restore your liberty and humanity? If we know that our current trajectory toward totalitarianism has not been changed by any of our actions within the system and that an absolute despotism is in sight, why do we desperately hold on to the things we know will be stolen, vestiges of freedom we know will be taken. Why do we refrain from acting out of fear of losing the very things that will be taken if we don't act? If we fail to act, we will surely lose everything of value. If we do act, there is a chance we will restore our liberty and secure our property.
So we have a choice before us. We can continue as we have, writing our clever memes, contacting our deaf representatives, casting a now worthless vote, hoping we won't live long enough to see it get really bad and so condemning succeeding generations to slavery by our cowardice. Or we can do as our forefathers did, men and women who put the struggle for liberty far and above the value they placed on their lives and fortunes. They had not yet lost everything but they saw the writing on the wall and were willing to put it all on the line for the hope of a better future. Americans have always done that, it is part of the American spirit to risk big. Freedom, the defiance of tyranny, it is in our DNA. You can do significant things to restore your liberty. Non-compliance is a start. Stop obeying their unconstitutional dictates. How about this, stop paying for your chains; that will get their attention; believe me, I know. If you get the chance, protest, make your voice heard. Keep the powder dry folks, be prepared.
Samuel Adams wrote “If ye love wealth greater than liberty, the tranquility of servitude greater than the animating contest for freedom, go home from us in peace. We seek not your counsel, nor your arms. Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you; May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that ye were our countrymen.” Which are you? An American who courageously engages in the contest for freedom or one who lives in fear of losing what you have, doing your best to ignore the rattle of your chains as you prostrate yourself before your masters? The time for choosing is upon us, our descent into an absolute tyranny has gained a frightening speed. Who will you be and how will your grandchildren remember you?
“...you are strong only as long as you don't deprive people of everything. For a person you've taken everything from is no longer in your power. He's free all over again.”

Rebel TV E15 Injustice, The Establishment of Tyranny and the Rise of the Vigilante
We are all more than familiar with the level of corruption in government at all levels. In school we learned about the Teapot Dome scandal, Tammany Hall and Watergate. In those days the perception at least was that these events were the exception rather than the rule, that corruption was not endemic to our system of government. As I said, that is the perception, I believe corruption is the natural order of things in government and will become endemic if it goes unpunished.
We have obviously arrived at that point and did so some time ago. But before we go on, what am I talking about when I say there is rampant corruption in government? I would say there are two kinds of corruption practiced among those in power. The first kind is the corruption exemplified by Joe Biden. He used his position and influence to enrich himself, his family and his friends. He is a common thief using the power with which he was entrusted to steal millions of dollars from us and other peoples around the world. To do so he not only encouraged corruption here and abroad but sold out our country, its technology and interests to the highest bidder. He used and abused our trust for the almighty dollar.
The second form of corruption is to gain or consolidate power. This is the corruption of Barack Obama. This is the use of power to crush opposition. The weaponization of agencies like the IRS and EPA, the use of the justice department to harm political opponents and journalists and eventually initiate a coup. This is the form of corruption that leads to the theft of property and liberty, silences opposition and eventually results in camps and mass graves.
The real problem is not that there are corrupt people in government. There will always be charlatans for whom public service is merely a tool for self aggrandizement. When money and power are so concentrated, such people are inevitable. What is not inevitable is the lack of punishment when they are caught. When violations of the law and abuses of power are not prosecuted, when there is a two tiered system of justice where those in the deep state and establishment are excused or even rewarded for behavior that would land the ordinary person in prison, then it becomes a serious problem.
Think about the examples from the very top to the bottom. We may soon have a president whose corruption is on a massive scale. We have a secretary of state that destroyed evidence-Hillary Clinton. An FBI director and his minions who manufactured evidence and lied to the court to initiate a coup! Lois Learner abused taxpayers under Obama. How many rioters or looters have been prosecuted? We know that during this election there was fraud on a massive scale. Poll workers who physically kept observers out of counting areas, tampering with ballots, postal workers backdating ballots, all felonious activities. We have people on facebook boasting that they voted more than once, video evidence of candidates and poll workers filling out ballots for voters, pictures of people displaying Trump signs they stole or destroyed. These are all illegal activities evidence for which is irrefutable. But what do we get? Usually not even an investigation. Certainly no one goes to jail. There is no accountability.
We each have an innate sense of justice, the idea that people should get what they deserve. If people work hard and play by the basic rules of morality, they should reap the rewards. If people break the law and abuse our trust they should be punished. Protecting that ideal is the primary function of government. Here is our real problem. If the connected are never even investigated, if the politically correct are excused due to race, gender, political ideology or any other reason, when justice is no longer blind but makes her decisions based on any other standard, then justice no longer exists and government has failed in its fundamental duty.
There are two important consequences to this failure. One, it emboldens the reprobates to engage in more blatant illegal and immoral behavior. Corruption is so endemic to our government at all levels that not only are the corrupt rewarded, the good are persecuted and pushed out. If voter fraud is rewarded and the participants are never prosecuted, every election will be stolen. Those on the winning side, from the president to your neighbor who stole your yard sign, will be emboldened to more malevolent behavior. This results in the kind of tyranny of organized communist regimes like the old Soviet Union or banana republic dictatorships. The second consequence is that the average person loses all faith in the system. Elections are frauds, the justice department is a joke, the whole system is a sham. There is no hope for the average person to find justice in such a place. Therefore, if you are the victim of injustice and know the system will not help you, you have two choices. You can deny your basic dignity as a human being and suffer the evil of others or you can satisfy the requirements of justice on your own. When tyranny becomes law, when justice is denied, when the system protects the evil and punishes the good then resistance becomes our duty, the righteous become outlaws and justice is fulfilled in the actions of the vigilante.

Rebel TV E13 Taxes and the Theft of Time 11/30/20
One of the major points of contention in the election was taxes. Old Uncle Joe promised that he was going to eliminate the Trump tax cuts which means that taxes are going to go up for almost everyone. It is estimated that if that happens the average family will pay $2000 more a year in taxes. $2000 here, $2000 there, does this add up to real money to you? I know it does to me.
The popular saying goes that you can't buy time. But that's not really true. Think about something as simple as cooking. You can spend several hours taking a pile of ingredients and mixing them together to make a meal. Or, you can pick up the phone and have something delivered. It may cost a little more but now you have the time you would have spent cooking to do something else. Or we can take it a step further and you can consider the fact that those hours spent cooking would become days or months if you had to grow or hunt for all the ingredients for your meal.
You see, every mind in the history of man that thought of a better way to do something bought us more time. The machines that harvest, the trucks that transport, the electricity to run refrigerators and lights in the store and a million other things that make modern life possible all give us time. That is the point of a labor saving device like a mixer or oven, they give us time. That is one reason freedom is so important to everyone, only a mind free from restraint and properly rewarded will truly benefit us all through innovation.
So the time you spend working produces money you can spend in ways that give you more time. A car will get you places a lot faster than walking. Buying a house gets a roof over your head a lost faster than building one with your ax. But the fact that time can be bought means that time can also be stolen. You may know what tax freedom day is. Right now it is a day in late April when you have paid all the federal, state and local taxes and you are allowed to keep what you earn the rest of the year. In socialist European countries where taxes run sixty or seventy percent or more, that day moves into fall. In the days of slavery, after the slaves gave their labor to the master all day, the time they had left they could produce for themselves. The same thing happened in the days of serfs and lords.
So you must pay twelve months of bills with eight months of work. The higher taxes go, the fewer months will be in your column and the more will be in government's. What if you had that money? Maybe you wouldn't have to work as hard, maybe both parents in a family would not have to work full time and they could actually be around to raise their own children. Maybe you'd take a vacation or two, spend more time doing other things or being able to save enough to try something new. The possibilities are as endless as your imagination but the state has stolen that from each of us, they have stolen our time, our choices, our options. And for what? So they and their cronies could have it for themselves? Stealing the products of our time like common thieves for their own benefit!? This is why our forefathers staged a rebellion in the first place, this is why they wanted a small government that would not steal the products of our labor and they put that limitation in the Constitution. They knew it was wrong to steal the fruits of a man's labor to give themselves, their cronies or to causes and activities he disagrees with. They didn't want to see what we have now, the theft of our labor to pay for our own chains. Taxes are not trivial, they are not inevitable. Don't you think it is time to stop contributing to your own enslavement and that of future generations?

Rebel TV E19 Is Our Liberty a Fading Anomaly? 12/26/20
Out of all the times to live in the history of man, we are truly blessed to be in the here and now. To live in an era when a man or woman is free to do or be anything, where their ambitions are limited only by the amount of work and thought they are willing to put into them. A time when the idea that man is a sovereign individual with rights that are inseparable from his existence and his life has an innate worth and value. It may not seem that way all the time but that is the foundation of these United States, an idea exported to many parts of the world with varying degrees of success.
This is not normal. Throughout the millennia man has walked the earth, the normal state of most was to live under oppression. The rights of most men and women were not even acknowledged, much less respected, and they were forced to live for the benefit of others. Master-slave, Lord-serf, King-subject, Ruler-peasant, these were the various roles men and women have been subject to through the centuries all around the globe. Then a bunch of English guys in the New World said to hell with that, all men are equal, all have unalienable rights and that is the way it should be. The establishment of the United States of America as a place of individual human freedom where liberty was respected and celebrated, where government was subject to the people whose rights superseded said government was a completely unique event in human history.
But as the saying goes, “Freedom ain't free.” Being a sovereign individual requires work, protecting liberty demands vigilance. One of Ronald Reagan's most famous sayings was that freedom is only ever one generation away from extinction. That is so very true and at no time since our founding have we been so close to losing freedom completely. We have let it wane for generations but it is this generation that may see that flickering flame extinguished. Everything that has happened this year alone should be the loudest of wake up calls. From the bold tyranny of so many politicians and bureaucrats to the silencing of opposing voices to the tearing down of statues; they are all attempts to erase this idea that man is, or ever has been, a free and sovereign individual who is meant to live free of coercion. If a stolen election is allowed to stand, we will have lost. We will have betrayed the founders vision, we will have spit on the graves of all who bled and died to protect this ideal, we will condemn our children and the rest of the world to the norm of tyranny and history will look back on us and think us foolish for trying; for it is the despots writing that history who will laugh at us for our cowardice.
I believe all this is a result of us forgetting who we are and that all hierarchical structures are inventions of our minds exist only with our consent. Today we are born into them and because they are familiar we accept them as an integral part of life. But they are not, they are artificial. They only exist because at some point one man said to another, you owe me your obedience and property, and that other man consented. The first master and slave. It is all a fraud. But because it is the norm and has been for most of our history, we accept it. This just goes to show you how much wisdom and courage that founding generation had to break with such long standing ideology and tradition.
Who are our masters, these men and women who have put themselves in positions of authority? They are in these positions not because of their superior wisdom or character but because they have elevated themselves above their fellows by inventing a rank that enables them to live at the expense of others. Not because any such status confers a benefit to others that outweighs the harm they do to their lives, liberty and property but because they have convinced others through force or fraud they are worthy of such an exalted station.
Think of that next time you see Biden or Pelosi or Maxine Waters or one of these tyrannical governors or mayors or even some supposed expert bureaucrat open their pie hole. Do you really think any of these people are smarter than you?! Do they deserve our respect or admiration, is there anything about them that makes them proper custodians of our trust, confidence and dependence? Obviously not. No man or woman is worthy of my respect if they have no respect for my rights, life, liberty and property. They have nothing of value to exchange for my admiration or loyalty, their lives are worthy only of contempt. They are no more than common thieves looking for ways to acquire the property of others through fraud of force. In fact they are worse than common thieves who may find themselves in desperate situations that make thievery the only option they see. No, the men and women of government could do something productive with their hands and minds but instead they choose to demand the work of others for no other reason than they believe they can, that they are entitled to it. This was the case back when the Egyptians enslaved the Hebrews and made them build treasure cities and it is no different than the politicians and bureaucrats of today who steal our money and liberty, enslaving us in a system that benefits only them. The whip has been replaced by taxes and regulations but the few living at the expense of the many has not changed.
We have got to reject this worldview of master-slave, king-subject, it is not inevitable and it only exists with our consent. Our founders mustered the courage not to consent and if we are to salvage anything they built, we have got to find some courage as well. The smiling benevolent masks of our rulers have been removed, the corruption and theft are obvious, their lies and evil can no longer be hidden behind flowery words and appeals to tradition, their naked play for power is all out in the open and the destructive nature of its exercise surrounds us. Too many are duped into accepting compensation for the loss of their livelihood and freedom with a stimulus check. Don't you see they are just paying you not to revolt against their tyranny? Don't be pacified with bread and circuses! Rise up against these impostors, withdraw your consent from being governed this way, muster the courage to change the course of history and expand the scope of liberty for yourself, your children and for the hope of those all around the world.
“There is one thing in the world more wicked than the desire to command... and that is the will to obey.”

Rebel TV E20 A Law in Norway and the Death of Free Speech 12/28/20
The first amendment entitles us to free speech, particularity political speech. If there was one thing the Trump administration revealed, it is that there are a lot of people who have no tolerance whatsoever for opinions which diverge from their own. The insidious cancer of political correctness has infected every area of our country and lives and the rise of social media has made it terminally virulent. Differences of opinion or political support are no longer tolerated among the tyrannical political class, their accomplices in the media and their sycophant followers throughout society.
We have lived with corporate boycotts for a long time but now the boycotting applies to the individual. This has become known as the cancel culture. An individual, sometimes famous but often just a normal person, expresses an opinion that offends someone somehow and they find themselves shamed. But it is more than that. Pressure is put on employers to fire them, any organizational or professional memberships are revoked. The point is to destroy that person's life, make them unemployable and isolate them from friends and family until they genuflect before the bullies and acknowledge their sin of holding an incorrect opinion or worldview.
It was once primarily about global warming and sexual orientation. For the last four years Trump has become the personification of everything the politically correct elites hated, they attached to him everything they believe is wrong with society and people. He, and even more importantly, his supporters, are backward Neanderthals who oppose everything they believe characterizes a proper modern leftist society. With this focus and the fact that he was the president, the cancel culture and the war on divergent political speech escalated by several factors. The intimidation now became very personal; as in face to face. Politicians, most famously senator Maxine Waters, told their supporters to seek out their political opponents when they were out and about at a store or restaurant and get in their faces and yell and make them very uncomfortable. This mode of intimidation spread to any supporters of President Trump and to those who refuse to actively support organizations like Black Lives Matter. Who can forget the images of BLM thugs shouting at people in restaurants and refusing to let seniors with walkers cross the street.
The methods have gotten more sophisticated and boldly crossed the line in obvious illegality. The violence that too often accompanied the intimidation is one example. Doxing is another. Doxing is the illegal activity of revealing documents and other personal information about someone with the intent to threaten, harass, intimidate, shame, humiliate or place them at risk. Who is going to stick their neck out when they could end up with the BLM and antifa brown shirts showing up on their front lawn? How many are willing to risk their livelihood to express a political or social opinion that may offend? But this is all our fault, we are the ones bowing to this pressure, we are the ones genuflecting before these people. We need the courage to stand up to these bullies as individuals and businesses. If we don't respect one another's right to speak and if we allow ourselves to be intimidated, we will not need the government to explicitly take this right, we will have already given it up.
We are rapidly heading in the direction of Europe and other western nations where restrictions on free speech are onerous and getting worse. Here are some examples. Britain prohibits any “abusive or insulting words” meant “to stir up racial hatred.” Canada outlaws “any writing, sign or visible representation” that “incites hatred against any identifiable group.” These laws ban speech based not only on its content but on the reaction of others. Supposed blasphemy against Islam will subject people to legal penalties in a lot of western countries. In Paris a man was prosecuted for getting into a cursing match in a bar in which he used sexist and anti-Semitic slurs. A comedian in Canada was charged for violating the human rights of a lesbian couple with whom he got into a trash talking session with a group of women during open mic night. In Australia a woman was arrested and drug out of her home in front of her children for attempting to plan an anit-lockdown protest.
It should come as no surprise to learn that these laws have a chilling effect on people's feelings about expressing themselves. A recent poll in Germany found only 18 percent of Germans feel free to express their views in public. Over 31 percent of Germans did not even feel free expressing themselves in private among friends. Just 17 percent felt free to express themselves on the Internet and 35 percent said that freedom to speak is confined to the smallest of private circles. Their fears may be well founded if Norway's recent action catches on. Norway has criminalized anything that could be construed as hate speech against transgender people or ideas. For public comments you could be jailed for three years. Even more chilling is the fact you can be jailed for a year for private comments. So among your friends or in your own home you could be jailed for your opinion.
Think your home would be safe? Are you sure your children have not been indoctrinated to the point where they wouldn't turn you in? Are you sure your friends would not snitch? Turning us against one another is what the statists want. But also consider this. Alexa and Siri and Google are always listening. You don't think there will be some algorithm in the NSA bunker that will sort those out? Free speech is a fundamental right that is required in a free society. We need to push back against those who would bully us into silence, we need to bury political correctness and rebel against a government that spies and regulates this most precious right.

Rebel TV E34 Evil Taxes-Why Are You Paying For This....? 2/23/21
Death and taxes, the two things you supposedly cannot avoid. Yet for 140 years of American history, a time of unparalleled growth and prosperity, there were no direct taxes on American citizens in line with what the founders believed and put in the Constitution. The founders understood that not only were direct taxes on the individual for making a living or simply existing, wrong, the prohibition of such taxes would ensure that the government did not have a form of income that would enable it to grow into a huge and intrusive size.
Of course those days are long behind us. Founded on the idea that taxation without representation was evil, that taxing labor was immoral and that burdensome taxes and burdensome and tyrannical government go hand in hand, we have become that which we rebelled against two and a half centuries ago. The principles have not changed, all those things are still immoral and evil, yet we willingly, however reluctantly, participate in perpetuating this nefarious scheme to rape us of our wealth.
King Joe has not been shy about requiring more of your money and wealth for all his corrupt friends and the denizens of the swamp. Just an aside, the last time a Democrat candidate ran on a platform of raising taxes, Walter Mondale lost in a landslide. Yet senile old Joe won. Hmmm. However, it will take a little while to actually increase tax rates on individuals and activities the communists disapprove of. But how current taxes are bring allocated and used is changing with a simple stroke Old King Joe's now well worn pen. Let's look at two of them which clearly violate the founder's vision for the limits and application of taxation in America.
One of the first things Old King Joe did was eliminate the prohibition on taxpayer funding for abortions overseas and he has been clear on his opposition to the Hyde Amendment which supposedly prohibits domestic taxpayer funding for abortion. Most Americans oppose abortion on demand after the first trimester and very few would voluntarily pay for a woman to kill her baby. Would you? If not, then what are you going to do about the fact that the government is forcibly requiring you to pay for baby killing around the world? If abortion is murder to you, are you willing to continue to provide the contract fee for the assassin? Thomas Jefferson said it best. “To compel a man to furnish funds for the propagation of ideas he disbelieves and abhors is sinful and tyrannical.”
The second affront to our founding principles is the idea that the Covid relief bill is going to include money to pay for all the debts of these democrat states they have run into the ground. Fundamentally, this is taxation without representation. I live in Florida which has not remained locked down for months on end and has confiscated more tax revenue than expected and can pay its own bills. New York, Illinois, California, and other democrat run states have spent their states into bankruptcy. I had no say when they decided to give their swarms of state workers generous pensions and salaries, when they decided to pay for sex change operations or failed welfare policies or benefits for illegal immigrants or raised taxes so high they drove all the productive people out of their states. I supported none of this yet with this Covid bill me and my children and grandchildren and their grandchildren are going to be paying for all of these things and more. This is wrong, this is why we rebelled against Britain.
This is, of course, just the tip of the iceberg. All the money confiscated by our government is not for our benefit. It is for the benefit of the politicians, the connected, the swamp. All that foreign aid for things like gender studies in Pakistan is nothing but kickbacks. All those contracts are just favors to donors. All those cushy salaries and pensions are just to make the swamp wealthy and powerful. This is exactly what what the founders sought to avoid. Again, this is what Jefferson said. “Direct taxation is to be avoided, this could be done by avoiding expenses that are not necessary. when merely by avoiding false objects of expense we are able, without a direct tax, without internal taxes, and without borrowing to make large and effectual payments toward the discharge of our public debt and the emancipation of our posterity from that mortal canker, it is an encouragement, fellow citizens, of the highest order to proceed as we have begun in substituting economy for taxation, and in pursuing what is useful for a nation placed as we are, rather than what is practiced by others under different circumstances.”
We were supposed to be different, we were not supposed to transfer wealth from the masses to the elite, to royalty, to the connected. And we held that line for over a century. Today that line has been obliterated as we spend half our working life paying for the lives of others; or for the taking of their lives. It is wrong, it is immoral and we should not do it. All we are doing is supporting immorality and we are doing it by voluntarily, however reluctantly, handing over our hard earned money to the looters and extortionists. It is time to stop, it is time to revolt. Do you have enough courage in your convictions to stop paying for all this evil?

Rebel TV E33 Cicero Condemns the United States Government and... We the People 2/17/21
I haven't heard a lot of comparisons recently about the fall of the Roman Empire and the current trajectory of America. I suppose the majority believe with the ascent of King Joe to the presidency America will be saved from whatever destruction President Trump was supposed to visit upon us. Somehow we think we are different, I'm sure the Romans did as well. They were once a republic with a constitution, lived under the rule of law and the system created great wealth. By the time of Marcus Tullius Cicero, who lived to see the rise of Caesar, the foundations of the republic were gone. If we take a look at some moments of his life and his comments on his time, I believe you will see some eerie parallels.
Young Cicero was an idealistic law student under the legal star of his day, Scaevola. By this time Rome, by force of arms, guile and trickery, dominated the world. Its citizens had grown wealthy and fat, ignorant or indifferent of their rights, and had become apathetic about the ruthless politicians who craved ever more power and riches. Cicero's first client was a wealthy businessman, a man of integrity who believed in and trusted the system and his fellow man. But there were powerful men in government who coveted his wealth and used the power of the bureaucracy to destroy him. Young idealistic Cicero submitted documentary proof of his client's innocence to the judges confident that with such irrefutable proof, justice would prevail.
The case was not going as he had expected, however, so he consulted his mentor, Scaevola, and asked the reason for his failure. Scaevola, disgusted, pounded the table and said "Imbecile! Of what use are records presented to tribunes, consuls, or senators if the government is determined to rob and destroy a man who had displeased them, or who possesses what they want? Have I truly wasted all these years on such an idiot as this Marcus Tullius Cicero!"
Does this sound familiar? A justice department weaponized against those who dare confront the swamp, a knee jerk media who condemn without facts, show trials of men like President Trump and his allies. We do not live under the rule of law but of men who pervert the law or ignore it all together to destroy their enemies and protect their friends. A two tiered justice system is the very definition of injustice.
This particular client was ruined through confiscatory and unjust taxation and what Cicero has to say in his defense is chilling in its description of America. Before the Roman Senate he pleaded the man's case with these words. "We are taxed in our bread and our wine, in our incomes and our investments, on our land and on our property, not only for base creatures who do not deserve the name of man, but for foreign nations, for complacent nations who will bow to us and accept our largess and promise us to assist in the keeping of the peace - these mendicant nations who will destroy us when we show a moment of weakness or our treasury is bare. We are taxed to maintain legions on their soil, in the name of law and order and the Pax Romana, a document which will fall into dust when it pleases our allies and our vassals. We keep them in precarious balance only with our gold. Is the heart-blood of our nation worth these? Shall one Italian be sacrificed for Britain, for Gaul, for Egypt, for India, even for Greece, and a score of other nations? Were they bound to us with ties of love, they would not ask our gold. They would ask only our laws. They take our very flesh, and they hate and despise us. And who shall say we are worthy of more?"
Is this not a perfect description of our current situation? Taxed on every activity to pay for those who hold the enslaved contributor in contempt both domestically and abroad? Do many of our supposed allies around the world not despise us? Obama dropped billions in cash at at airfield in Iran, King Joe will no doubt to the same. Will they not continue to chant “Death to America” along with the Saudis and others? When our economy and currency are destroyed you don't think King Joe's Chinese “friends” will turn on us overtly and gladly take our position in the world as top dog with many cheering them on? We learn nothing from history and continue to throw good money after bad. At least President Trump tried to hold our allies accountable and halted some of the stupidity by stopping the flow of money to the Palestinians and others. Now the spigot will be turned back on full force.
Cicero did not win his case, his client was bankrupted. But he spent his life pleading the cause for fair and honest government, unfortunately a losing proposition then as it is now. His discussions with Sulla, who had little faith in the people, were recorded. Sulla believed the vast majority of people were wrapped up in themselves and their own welfare and too timid to stand up for their natural rights. He told Cicero the middle class, the lawyers, the physicians, the bankers, and the merchants would make no sacrifices. He said none of your lawyers will challenge the lawmakers and cry to them, "This is unconstitutional, an affront to a free people, and it must not pass!" He asked Cicero, "Will one of these, your own, lift his eyes from his ledgers long enough to scan the Twelve Tables of Roman Law, and then expose those who violate them and help to remove them from power, even if it costs their lives? These fat men. Will six of them in this city, disregarding personal safety, rise up from their offices and stand in the Forum, and tell the people the inevitable fate of Rome unless they return to virtue and thrift and drive from the Senate the evil men who have corrupted them for the power they have to bestow?"
Is this us? How few true whistleblowers in government will stand up for truth and against the swamp in today's cancel culture? Too many hold faith in Republicans but they did nothing substantial to contest the election or do more that occasionally slow our decent in tyranny for decades. Ultimately, they are cowards. How many of us will risk our money, our comfortable lifestyle, even our lives to stop complying with and feeding the beast that desires our complete subjugation? Are Americans really unique? Or are we no different that the Romans or any other people. I guess time will tell.
Cicero battled against Catiline, a brilliant, ambitious and evil man who was attempting to overthrow the Roman Republic decades before Caesar. He was using emergencies to destroy the liberties of the people. Sound familiar? He was also trying to silence those who disagreed. Also familiar. Cicero, standing before the Senate had this to say. "Too long have we said to ourselves 'intolerance of another's politics is barbarous and not to be countenanced in a civilized country. Are we not free? Shall a man be denied his right to speak under the law which established that right?' I tell you that freedom does not mean the freedom to exploit law in order to destroy it! It is not freedom which permits the Trojan Horse to be wheeled within the gates. He who is not for Rome and Roman Law and Roman liberty is against Rome. He who espouses tyranny and oppression and the old dead despotisms is against Rome. He who plots against established authority and incites the populace to violence is against Rome. He cannot ride two horses at the same time. We cannot be for lawful ordinances and for an alien conspiracy at one and the same moment."
Hypocrisy is nothing to this whose only value is power. They are happy to incite violence when it suits them and condemn it when it might work against them. They proclaim the sacredness of the Constitution as they destroy it spirit and letter. They abuse the lovers of liberty and freedom by perverting those very words.
Cicero continued: "Though liberty is established by law, we must be vigilant, for liberty to enslave us is always present under that very liberty. Our Constitution speaks of the 'general welfare of the people.' Under that phrase all sorts of excesses can be employed by lusting tyrants to make us bondsmen."
I need not even comment on that, the excesses of our government and their enslavement of us under the guise of providing for the general welfare are obvious to anyone with eyes. Cicero eventually became Consul and did his best to stop the waste and thievery. The corrupt could not let that stand and sought to remove and banish him. Does this sound familiar as well? Pleading his own case before the Senate, he stated "The Senate, in truth, has no right to censure me for anything, for I did but my duty and exposed traitors and treason against the State. If that is a crime, then I am indeed a criminal."
Crassus, Caesar and Pompey were all present and agreed with his banishment. His smile was sad as he spoke. "You have succeeded against me. Be it as you will. I will depart." He then told them all, "For this day's work, lords, you have encouraged treason and opened the prison doors to free the traitors. A nation can survive its fools, and even the ambitious. But it cannot survive treason from within. An enemy at the gates is less formidable, for he is known and he carries his banners openly against the city. But the traitor moves among those within the gates freely, his sly whispers rustling through all the alleys, heard in the very halls of government itself. For the traitor appears no traitor; he speaks in the accents familiar to his victims, and he wears their face and their garments, and he appeals to the baseness that lies deep in the hearts of all men. He rots the soul of a nation; he works secretly and unknown in the night to undermine the pillars of a city; he infects the body politic so that it can no longer resist. A murderer is less to be feared. The traitor is the carrier of the plague. You have unbarred the gates of Rome to him."
The corrupt enemies of America now reside in the highest offices of the land and protect the traitors to the Republic who began the coup five years ago. They speak the language of liberty but betray its every principle for their own gain. The left, the statists, the Democrat party that embraces the ideology of Marx and Lenin and their enablers among the so called opposition are surely rotting the soul of our nation, the plague they have brought will be our end.
Exiled from politics, Cicero continued to fight against the corruption but Sulla was right. The people he knew, the businessmen, the doctors, the lawyers, Rome's middle class told him, "We do not meddle in politics. Rome is prosperous and at peace. We have our villas in Caprae, our racing vessels, our houses, our servants, our pretty mistresses, and our comfort and treasures. We implore you, Cicero, do not disturb us with your lamentations of disaster. Rome is on the march to the mighty society, for all Romans."
Until the barbarians are at the gates, no one believes the gravy train will end. No one wants to hear the truth, they enjoy their delusion too much. Cicero despaired of ever being able to make a change. He wrote a book but his publisher asked, "But who will read it? Romans care nothing for law any longer, their bellies are too full." His was truly a voice crying in the wilderness.
So who was to blame for the death of the Roman Republic? Was it Caesar? Brutus thought so but Cicero bitterly corrected him. He said, "Do not blame Caesar, blame the people of Rome who have so enthusiastically acclaimed and adored him and rejoiced in their loss of freedom and danced in his path and gave him triumphal processions and laughed delightedly at his licentiousness and thought it very superior of him to acquire vast amounts of gold illicitly. Blame the people who hail him when he speaks in the Forum of the 'new, wonderful good society' which shall now be Rome's, interpreted to mean 'more money, more ease, more security, more living fatly at the expense of the industrious.' Julius was always an ambitious villain, but he is only one man."
We the people make up this nation. But too many, perhaps you are one of them, have willing traded freedom for the security offered by the charlatans who fleece us and desire to reduce us to slavery. While there may or may not be a majority who give lip service to the Constitution and the republic there is no question the vast majority are comfortable receiving the largess stolen from the productive and now, from a multitude of future generations. Who is willing to jeopardize all the temporary benefits of a frayed and strained safety net? We have sold our freedom and our future for the hope that government will provide for all our needs and fix all society's problems.
Of course to those who understand liberty and human nature none of this is a surprise and the founders, who were all too familiar with Cicero, saw it as well. Patrick Henry, who thought the Constitution gave way too much power to the national government warned us to "be extremely cautious, watchful, jealous of your liberty. Instead of securing your rights, you may lose them forever." He said, "there will be no checks, no real balances in this government," and looking ahead he said "this government will destroy the state governments and swallow the liberties of the people." Benjamin Franklin thought things would be well run for a time and then it would end in despotism. Thomas Jefferson gave name to its form when he said it would become an oligarchy.
They were right, they warned us, but nothing is preordained or predetermined. We yet have free will, we choose our path, we choose whether our liberty is worth defending. If liberty gained is not highly valued, there will always be men and women who will gladly reduce us to servitude for their own ends. The choice is ours, the struggle is not over, it only ends when we give up. May there yet be enough men and women of courage who will restore all that has been lost, who will rescue our most noble experiment from the jaws of destruction, a new generation of patriots who will pledge their lives, fortunes and sacred honor to the most worthy cause of all.
This edition is a rewrite and consolidation of “Cicero's Prognosis” by THE HONORABLE MILLARD F. CALDWELL in 1965

Rebel TV E29 Tyranny, The Lesser magistrate and Constitutional Sanctuaries 1/29/21
Tyranny, The Lesser magistrate and Constitutional Sanctuaries
The tyranny of the state. Despots at every level of government claiming the authority to order everything in our lives, even within the walls of our own homes. What had been a steadily growing stream of totalitarian edicts has become a tsunami and an even bigger second wave is on the way. If we are not only to protect the little liberty we have but restore the rights and freedoms bestowed on us by nature and nature's God and legally guaranteed us under the Constitution, we need to do more than sit in our living room with a loaded gun. We need a plan.
Tyrants have been around forever, there will always be one man who will trample the rights of others, stealing the products of their minds and hands for his own aggrandizement. Therefore, there have always been forms of resistance because man yearns to be free. The question is, what form of resistance will best achieve the goal in a specific circumstance? In most western countries, power is exercised at various levels, from national to local, with each level of government having different responsibilities and authority. In the United States, this was made explicit under the doctrine of federalism. Each level of government not only had defined and limited powers but each level served as a check on the other. There were not only checks and balances within a specific level of government, legislative, judicial and executive, but the various levels of government served as checks on each other. The states were supposed to keep the federal government in check, this was once done primarily with senatorial representatives. Local governments kept states in check. Each level of government has its own legal authority and when one level oversteps their authority, it is the duty of the others to step in and stop the abuses. The ever expanding power of imperial Washington has destroyed this system. Now a court decision, an executive order, an agency regulation or, occasionally, an actual law handed down from the national government can destroy freedom and regulate a right out of existence for everyone.
But this is only true because we allow it. Somewhere along the line we lost our courage or allowed ourselves to be bribed with our own money. The only way to restore our liberty is through organized resistance and that begins, in our system, with the doctrine of the lesser magistrate. This idea actually goes back to the Magdeburg Confession of 1550. There, the power of the lesser magistrate to resist tyranny was first published in Europe. It states that when the higher or superior authority makes an unjust or immoral law or decree, the lower or lesser magistrates have both a right and duty to interpose and refuse obedience to the superior authority, and if needs be, openly resist their unjust or immoral law or decree.
This means if a state governor institutes a lockdown or prohibits people from going to church or forces them to cover their faces the local authorities, city and county officials, have the right and duty to ignore and resist the implementation of such a decree. Just because the state authorities have violated their oath to the Constitution does not mean the local authorities must comply. They have a duty to their own oath and that duty supersedes their obligations to state or national authorities. Earlier this year in Virginia and other places, Second Amendment Sanctuaries were declared that would at least ignore any unconstitutional gun legislation enacted by state or federal authorities. Sheriffs in various counties across the country have refused to enforce the draconian lockdown edicts of various governors. These are small and limited examples of this doctrine.
If we are to restore our natural rights and liberties we need more than an occasional stand against the most outrageous abuses. We have been letting all this incrementalism slide for too long, we have fought minor skirmishes while the great army of tyranny just moved around and enveloped us until the skirmish was forgotten, the new outrage accepted. We need to resist all the abuses of our rights, every attack on our liberty. That is why I developed the idea of the Constitutional Sanctuary where a local or state government would ignore the implementation and resist the enforcement of any law, rule, regulation, executive or court order that infringed on any right or restricted any liberty. Our right to speak and assemble, our right to the fruits of our labor, our right to be secure in our persons and possession, don't these rights need protection as well? Of course they do and we should stand up for them too.
The Covid Crisis has not only revealed the worst tyrannical impulses of our leaders but also showed that there are men and women of courage out there who still believe in liberty and have the guts to stand up for it. It's a start but we need to do so much more. Of course the lesser magistrate doctrine means nothing if your lesser magistrate; sheriff, county supervisor, or mayor is a spineless conformist or a petty tyrant themselves. We the people must get involved at the local level and make this an issue. Candidates need to be asked how seriously they are about freedom and their oath to the Constitution. We need to elect local people of real courage, leaders worthy of being followed and supported, men and women who will stand against tyranny from any source.
This will necessitate big changes in the way things are done. The state and federal governments buy loyalty and authority with the money they steal from us and we've got to stop that give and take. The local authorities need to take their mouth off the higher government's teat just like we do. If you are not willing to take responsibility for your own life and stop living at the expense of others, how are we to expect the local authorities to stick their necks out and thumb their noses at the state and feds? If defying the tyrants means the subsidies stop coming to the local government, are you ready and willing to give up all your own subsidies and welfare benefits? If we expect the local government to stop obeying the state or feds, are you willing to stop giving those same authorities financial support? Restoring liberty must be a comprehensive endeavor that demands courage and sacrifice and it starts with each of us. Paraphrasing Samuel Adams; if you love the illusion of your wealth and the fleeting tranquility of your servitude more than difficult contest for liberty, go away! Crouch down and lick the hand that feeds you a pittance wrapped in lies. You are not worthy of the title American and may history forget you were our countrymen.

Rebel TV E4 A Real Solution to Restoring Our Liberty 11/12/20
In the face of our slide into tyranny I have listened to lots of people on the radio, television, read posts and they all whine and moan. They tell us to have faith in the American people. How can I have faith in the majority of my fellow citizens when they vote for corrupt despots, when the polls tell me they embrace our slide into Marxism? Some of them tell us to pray. Oh, King James would be proud. That was his solution. If the king is a tyrant, the solution was for the people to pray and endure. Others implore us to stand up but for what? Do we stand up and say no and then let them cart us away to prison or some camp for the recalcitrant? Then there is the lock and load crowd. Who are you going to shoot at when some unknown bureaucrat at the IRS empties your bank account due to your political views? We need a better solution, a real solution. A solution that restores the integrity of our constitutional republic and our individual rights. I call this a Constitutional Sanctuary.
For those who are fans of Ayn Rand as I am, perhaps you find yourself yearning for Galt's Gulch about now. Well, Galt's Gulch is not somewhere we can go, it is a place we must create. Look at the electoral map by county. It is a sea of red. Look at places like Oregon, Pennsylvania, Virginia and Minnesota. Mostly red. But majority rules. I wrote a blog about it a few years ago, I called it the “Tyranny of the Urban Statists.” The large cities where democrat corruption rules determine the level of tyranny in the rest of the state. Now the corrupt democrat tyrants in Philadelphia, Detroit, Atlanta and Las Vegas are going to determine the level of tyranny for the whole country. What about your red county where you love liberty and the American ideal and American culture? I am coming to you from western Virginia, Henry county, next to Patrick county, yeah, that Patrick Henry. A place where Trump signs are more plentiful that trees. Maybe your county is the same. Do you have to submit to the despots these cities elect?
At the beginning of 2020, before the Chinese virus took the headlines, counties in Virginia came up with an answer to their tyrant's actions against the second Amendment. They formed what were called “Second Amendment Sanctuaries” where Governor Northam's unconstitutional limits on firearms and self protection would not be enforced. As a political body, counties and towns all over the state engaged in organized non-compliance. I propose to you that all the amendments, all our rights are worthy of the same protection. So I give you a “Constitutional Sanctuary” where laws and rules infringing on any right is not only ignored but resisted. The details can be found in Hasticharot's Revolution which is available for free. Our individual dedication to non-compliance with tyranny is noble, it is our duty, but as the saying goes, one bee can be ignored or swatted away, but a swarm sends even the most powerful running.
70 million of us supported Donald Trump because we believed America is a good place, a place of liberty, where family and religion and hard work and common sense are among the rocks of its foundation. We are the people who get our hands dirty and produce. If all of us choose to no longer submit to injustice and tyranny, if we rise up and withhold our consent to be governed by despots, if we refuse to cooperate with our enslavement, if we commit to resisting any effort to place manacles on our hands and the yoke or servitude upon our necks, we will break the back of the tyrants, restore our glorious republic and fulfill the ideal of our founding. Are you with me?
“Imagine a generation of men and women with a clear vision, a heroic penchant for the tremendous, a courageous tenacity for the truth and an unconditional intolerance for evil. Imagine the bold strides of these dragon slayers, the proud audacity with which they turn their backs on all the lies and false doctrines of the moochers and looters, the thieves and murderers, resolving to live in liberty and fullness. They will be the ones who will destroy the old and acceptable edifice of coercion and subjugation and see the potential of free men realized.”

Rebel TV E3 Our Liberty is in Our Hands, Not President Trump's 11/10/20
So it has begun. The forces of tyranny all over the world, seeing the prize so close, will do what the forces of tyranny always do; resort to deception and intimidation to get their way. Totalitarians all over the world, and in our own country, have seen what they can get away with, how the vast majority of the people will comply with the most inane and oppressive dictates even if it means the loss of their livelihood and most cherished rights. They see a world ripe for their plan to totally reorder the world's economic and political systems. They believe humanity is now willing to accept the tyranny of the Great Reset.
Only one obstacle stands in the way, America under Donald Trump. Yesterday's election was filled with hyperbole- the most important election in our lifetime, a contest between freedom and tyranny, good and evil. This election was to determine whether we continue to enjoy some measure of liberty or put us on an irreversible course to absolute despotism. Perhaps that is the case and if so, it is tragic. Our government was never supposed to have so much power that a single election, or any election, would have such significant consequences to our everyday lives. But it does.
Which brings us back to President Trump. He is a unique phenomenon in American politics, and perhaps the world political scene. No one has generated his crowds, crowds that chant “we love you!” But he is more than a populist, he is not some authoritarian huckster in sheep's clothing promising to steal for some aggrieved group to get power. No, his supporters love him because he actually stands up for the American ideal, for basic values like family, the rule of law, the American Dream, for liberty. And he does so not just through his many words but his actions. I dare say many see him as a savior like figure, the only significant bulwark against Marxist revolutionaries, lawlessness, and radicals. And therein lies the problem.
Should President Trump prevail against all the forces arrayed against him and the basic principles of liberty and freedom and secure a second term, those forces are not going to give up and go home. The deep state remains, the career politicians will still be there. If you thought the effort against him was bad the last four years, you haven't seen anything yet. And ultimately, they can wait him out. Four years from now he will exit the stage and then they can put the petal to the metal on their totalitarian agenda. And who is going to stop them? Do you see anyone in the wings who has the President's unique abilities to frustrate the despotic aims of liberty's enemies. I don't.
So whether President Trump leaves office in January 2021 or 2025, he will be just a temporary irritant, a speed bump on the way to an absolute despotism just like Ronald Reagan, Newt Gingrich or the TEA Party. And even while he is in office all the petty tyrants in the administrative state, the bureaucracy, continue to oppress us without fear. Tyranny has grown steadily and liberty retreated for well over 150 years in this country. And it will continue to do so, it is the natural course of governments and the people who inhabit them. Why? Because we allow it. It is our cooperation, enthusiastic or reluctant, that allows or encourages the growth of totalitarianism. It is our failure to do anything other than whine that has enabled the continual erosion of our most fundamental rights. It is our misguided adherence to a system rigged in favor of the despots that ensures our continual failure. In the face of our total and ultimate subjugation under national and global tyrants, this has got to stop.
Donald Trump may have slowed the advance of tyranny but he is not the ultimate solution; he can't be. We are. When we muster the courage to stop complying with our subjugation, then we will begin to see liberty begin to advance. Stay tuned. I'm not here to give meaningless platitudes but real solutions and concrete actions for those who are still brave in the land once free.

Rebel TV E2 Does Democracy Legitimize Tyranny? 11/9/20
So the media has called the election for Biden. Now what? Now that this has been done the media and the establishment are going to push the narrative that it is over, he won, Trump lost, and that momentum is likely to take him to inauguration day. No matter what kind of fraud is proven, the majority of our fellow citizens are going to want this to end, the majority of whom seemed to have voted for this corruption. The media is going to push the narrative that he is the president, social media is going to quash any narrative to the contrary. Is there still a slim hope? Sure, but slim it is. It is time to figure out what we are going to do next. What are you going to do?
Was this just another lost election, better luck next time? Bush to Clinton to Bush to Obama, the ebb and flow of democrat to republican and back. Do you really think that after Biden and Harris there will be another Trump? Do you think that after everything that has happened over the last four years, the lies, the persecution, the corruption whose sole aim has been to get rid of Trump and make sure no one like him ever happens again that there will be another fair election? Do you really think that a candidate who did so little, who doesn't even know what day it is half the time, really got that many votes? You don't think that the fix was in from the very beginning, that the mail in voting, the lawsuits to let votes come in after the election day with no postmarks or signatures, the tens of thousands of votes magically appearing and one hundred percent of them are for Biden, making sure no one can get in and see what they are doing are all to make sure they don't lose this election? And since their lawlessness and corruption has been on naked display and there have been no consequences, they will be emboldened to do this every election. If they get away with it, why would they stop? Your last option to make your voice heard is over, your vote has been canceled.
So do you simply say ok, you won, we lost, the majority want socialism and communism. Here's my checkbook. Do you simply hold out your wrists to accept your chains? Are you going to go meekly into the dark night of Marxism, submit to the globalists and their Great Reset? God, I hope not, I hope there's more to your enthusiasm for freedom than a vote, that you are not satisfied with cheering, however enthusiastically, from the sidelines only to go home sadly when your team loses, hoping for a better result next time. If they get away with this, there is not going to be a next time, our elections are going to be a sham like those in Russia or Venezuela. A choice of one party of tyrants with no real opposition. Are you willing to live with that, to have your children and grandchildren grow up under that system knowing that you betrayed the heritage bequeathed to all of us by the blood of previous generations?
I know I'm not. My freedom was never in the hands of Donald Trump, it is in my hands. Whether elected fairly or fraudulently, I am not going to go begging on my knees for scraps before the impostors who would make themselves absolute rulers when I am my own king. I am an individual endowed by my creator with unalienable rights, they belong to me. They are not privileges granted by presidents, governors, congress or the courts to be exercised or restricted at their pleasure. My rights are mine and I am going to fight for them. I am not going to reluctantly relinquish my property and freedom just because a majority of my fellow citizens voted for a corrupt despot. Do you think democracy legitimizes tyranny? I will not cooperate or comply with my own enslavement. Will you?

Rebel TV E1 Even if Trump Wins, We're Still Losing 11/6/20
So it looks like President Trump may still prevail and all the hopes and dreams of his supporters will be realized. America is saved! Don't be so naive! What has changed? Have the forces of tyranny suffered a resounding defeat, are they going to go away, huddled in some dark corner with their tail between their legs? Of course not! Look at it from their perspective. A majority of the people voted for them, it is just that pesky anachronism, the Electoral College, that kept them from victory. They kept the House, Nancy and the squad and Schiff and the rest are all coming back. Schumer and Waters are still in the senate, hopefully remaining in the minority. The millions of petty tyrants in the Deep State are still violating their oath to the Constitution every day. The Media is not going to change, Facebook, Twitter and Google are still going to censor, the education system is still going to indoctrinate young minds with Marxism, rioters are still going to loot and burn. Trump may win but the left has lost nothing. Their rhetoric, their absurdity, their destructive decrees, tyrannical behavior and outright lawlessness has cost them nothing. Do you think that if they continue, or even increase their horrible behavior a few notches they are going to lose the support they already have? Obviously not. They are not hiding their corruption, their tyranny, their evil, yet over half the country still supports them. There are no electoral consequences and there have been no legal ones either. Why would they let up, why not continue to try to steal the election when there is no down side for them?
Don't you see? We've lost. Will I be glad if Trump holds on to the presidency? Of course. But he is one man. Perhaps he can continue to hold them off for four more years but then what? In so many ways the forces of tyranny will continue to grow while gleefully looking forward to his departure. Then what? Where will we be? Where will you be? In four years will they finally take control of it all, will every road block to their green totalitarian utopia finally be removed, will we descend irrevocably into an absolute despotism? What are you going to do about it?
If the President does prevail, he just might give us time to find our true courage, the courage of our forefathers, our individual courage to stand against tyranny as a people. We should not look to one man or woman to protect us or save us. America is made up of “We The People”, it is we who are the ultimate defenders of our rights and liberties. We have got to stop cooperating with our own subjugation, we have got to stop empowering the forces of tyranny, we've got to stop acquiescing to a system stacked against us and we must realize that a majority cannot vote us into slavery unless we submit to it. If he does lose? We will have to muster that courage even sooner.
People. It is time to take the gloves off. The trends are against liberty and freedom, the majority of our fellows want to accept socialist totalitarianism. These trends survived the Reagan Revolution, the Contract with America and the TEA Party. And they will survive Trump because the trend of all governments is to tyranny and ours is no exception. It is a trend that has picked up speed for over one hundred years. Our representative government, our courts, our electoral system itself, now all conspire against individual freedom. Our self imposed confinement to this rigged system has resulted in our enslavement. It is time to realize that our government has become destructive to the ends of liberty and rights and we owe it no loyalty or fealty. It is time that we take courageous action that will put our livelihood, our property, our freedom and maybe our lives on the line. If we want to restore our freedom under our constitutional republic it is going to take more than ambiguous encouragement to 'stand up'. It is going to require specific actions beginning with non-compliance that demonstrate our commitment to liberty and deprives our oppressors of our cooperation.
The exercise of our God-given natural rights should not, indeed it cannot, depend on the good will of the powerful or the erudition and courage of our fellow man. Just because the vast majority choose to live in meek, subservient, ignorance is no reason for you or I to suffer the indignity of slavery.

Rebel TV E9 Non Compliance-Courage Is a Muscle that Needs Exercise 11/21/20
I've mentioned non-compliance in several episodes so far. Under the Constitution and according to natural law our fundamental rights belong to us because we are human beings, our rights are not granted by government and government has no right to regulate them. Yet if anything has been made crystal clear in 2020 it is that governments large and small all over the world do not share this view. To them, rights are privileges that may be revoked on a whim. And to our shame we have been letting them get away with it.
The second amendment crowd is fond of quoting Charlton Heston; “Out of my cold, dead hands...” Tough words and maybe if you're wearing that t-shirt or sporting that bumper sticker, you think you mean it. Do you? Maybe they haven't come for your guns yet so you haven't had to prove your convictions but what about your right to assembly, to travel, to speak and worship and work and keep the fruits of your labor? Have you surrendered these cherished rights as you are under house arrest in some blue state?
Governor Newsom in California has proclaimed his absurd restrictions on Thanksgiving and Christmas gatherings. Masks, no more than three families, it must be outside, no loud talking or singing, no more than two hours of contact. Screw him! He has no right to regulate gatherings in private homes, who I may see and how long, whether or not I speak or sing. Rise up California or have all the lions already left? Now I wasn't able to find out what the consequences of violating his rules are should one of your neighbors snitch on you but Governor Whitmer of Michigan has not been shy about the consequences of violating her rules. She is requiring all business to document the names of all their customers, deputizing all business owners against their will to accumulate this information for the state. If they don't, six months in jail and $1200 in fines. No no no!
How about Governor Cuomo of New York banning religious gatherings, not that he is the only one to do so. The Jewish community is rebelling, good for them. But what about you Christians all over the country? You should be ashamed of yourselves. The right to assemble and worship is guaranteed in the Constitution. But more than that don't you hold up as the ideal those who suffer and die for their faith in the face of persecution? Where is your courage? Are you afraid of a fine or even a little jail time if you defy these immoral orders keeping your church doors locked?
My point here is this. I have said several times; we've got to stop complying with our own subjugation. If we buckle under out of fear or habit every time some proclamation comes from our government, our chains will just grow thicker and heavier. And if you refrain from gathering and singing on a holiday that celebrates the foundation of the liberty, if you relinquish the right to worship or speak or work, how will you muster the courage to resist when the consequences are more that a small fine or night in jail? Courage is a muscle that needs to be exercised and if we don't start using it, when the tyranny gets really bad and is attended with severe consequences, you may find yourself bowing a knee before Caesar instead of defending your right to life and liberty.

Rebel TV E8 Don't Delude Yourself, the Marxist Exercise of Power 11/19/20
Some of you are comforting yourselves with the thought that the election was not the blowout or landslide the media and pollsters were predicting. There was no blue wave, you may believe people didn't vote for Biden or Marxism, they just voted against Trump, that the democrats don't have a mandate. Don't be a fool. If they do win, that is all that will matter to them. The margin doesn't matter, the method by which they won, fair or fraudulently, doesn't matter, whether they lied, cheated or stole to get there, it doesn't matter. All that matters is that they have their hands on the levers of power.
Once they are in power and they will do as they please regardless of what the people think. That is Marxism. Only the most delusional socialist denies they will always be a minority, they will never have broad based support among the people. The natural state of man is freedom, no one wants to be told what to do, no one wants their money stolen, no sane person knowingly votes to make themselves a slave. So the Marxist minority needs to lie and cheat and steal to get into power and once there, they will consolidate and wield it knowing they do so against the will of the people.
If this election is stolen, what has been hidden will become obvious to all. Our constitutional republic has been occupied by a force hostile to liberty. The government, and I say this about all levels of government, is not “our” government in any sense of the word. We have no control over it, it is not responsive to our grievances, it will confiscate our property and trample our rights at will. This has been true for a while but if the democrats, controlled by their Marxist element, gain power over every branch of government, hold on to your hats kids. All the petty tyrants in the bureaucracy, the deep state, who have merely been waiting for those in power to remove all restraint will be unleashed to create their environmentally friendly totalitarian utopia. If you think the weaponizing of the IRS, the justice department, the EPA, under the Obama administration was bad, you ain't seen nothin' yet.
Do you understand? Old Uncle Joe may be an old fashioned corrupt politician but he is surrounded by Marxists. And once they have control they are not going to give it up. As the saying goes you can vote yourself into socialism but you have to shoot your way out. That is not going to be easy when they have control of the most powerful surveillance totalitarian apparatus the world has ever seen. We have a choice. If the Russian or Chinese communists invaded our country and took control, I have no doubt there would be a determined and spirited resistance, that non-compliance and defiance would be widespread. Should the democrats/marxists take over our government the situation is no different. Their goal will be total control forever so they can enrich themselves and enjoy all the trappings of power just like it is in all other communist countries. These people and their allies in the deep state espouse an ideology foreign to our history, culture and Constitution and our attitude toward them should be no different than that of a foreign invader.

Rebel TV E7 Glen Beck is Wrong, the 2nd Amendment Must Have Meaning 11/17/20
Glenn Beck is wrong. Now I admire him, I listen to him, I appreciate the extensive research and information but his solution to the loss of our liberty frustrates me to say the least. While I believe we must educate ourselves, we have to know what is going on, if you are a religious person, you have to pray, but simply knowing you are going to end up before a firing squad and in an unmarked mass grave is not going to stop it from happening. What's the point in knowing anything if there is no real action, no pushback. Platitudes will not save our republic or our liberty.
He has continually admonished his listeners through the years that taking up arms is never the answer. So I ask you, what is the point of defending the words of the second amendment if you vow to never exercise that right? If you proclaim before the tyrants that your will never defend yourself, what do they have to fear? A right you refuse to exercise may as well not exist.
Glenn, more than any other media personality, has detailed the horrors of Marxism. We know its intolerance of dissent, its propensity for violence. The principles of non-violent protest are noble but they will only work on a government that has some respect for basic human rights. Gandhi, Martin Luther King, ultimately they were up against governments that had some basic sense of decency, they were not going to be lined up against a wall and shot. Non-violent protest does not work against Marxist regimes. Look at the Soviet Union, Nazi Germany, Communist China, North Korea. Dissent under Marxist regimes is eliminated with extreme violence.
If the unabashed and committed socialists and Marxists really are taking over, and I believe they are, we must be physically and mentally prepared to resist. We cannot hamstring ourselves by taking our most potent option off the table. They are coming for our property, they will mandate limitations on our basic freedoms, assembly, worship, speech, they will persecute those who supported Trump or reject their agenda and eventually they will start lining us up, every Marxist regime has. Hyperbole? I don't want to find out, I will resist the lesser acts of tyranny in the hopes of preventing the worst. We have submitted to the lesser acts for far too long. It is time to stop complying and for that to be effective, for non-compliance to have teeth, it needs to be backed up with determined resistance and that means exercising our right to protect ourselves from theft and tyranny by any means necessary.
Defending ourselves does not mean we all grab our guns and storm Washington or our state capitol. Someday it may come to that, never take any option off the table, but our non-compliance will be much more effective in the short run by defending our homes, towns and counties as a determined group of Americans. We take steps to put our property out of their reach, we ignore their dictates and resist any attempts to enforce them, we refuse to submit to the tyrant's unconstitutional and immoral acts and the unjust system that enforces it. We do this by organizing Constitutional Sanctuaries, creating our own Galt's Gulches in towns and counties, and even states across this nation. In doing so we will restore the founder's vision and fundamental principles of justice and liberty where we live in a moral and effective way that will break the power of the totalitarian system trying to enslave us.

Rebel TV E6 Silencing the Speech that Matters
Your voice is being silenced. Oh, for the moment we can still rant and rave on social media if we can slip past Mark and Jack's censors. But the media has been censoring us for years. The stories they quash are just as important as the stories they tell. Recent history has made that all too clear. But even if we dig and find the truth about anything, then what? Sure, we can throw it out on facebook or twitter and see if they'll allow it but so what? You may as well be crying in the desert for all anyone cares, particularly among those who actually have the power to do anything about it.
The first amendment is all about political speech and protecting our right to get the attention of our government. It guarantees us the right to petition for redress of grievances. This right means that we have the ability to sue the government for relief from injustice, unconstitutional acts and the tyrannical actions of individuals within the government at all levels. This right is gone and has been for a long time. Two things have destroyed this right. One, government and the individuals within it have given themselves sovereign immunity which means they cannot be held liable for injuries they cause. So if some bureaucrat makes a mistake and ruins your life or destroys your property, too bad. The second is that the system itself is skewed so far in their favor it is laughable, it makes a mockery of justice. If you do find some small instance sovereign immunity does not cover and try to sue, the government has basically unlimited resources at its disposal to defend itself. The same is true if they decide to come after you, ask Michael Flynn. They can just wear you down until you are bankrupt and can no longer continue to defend yourself.
So we can't hold government accountable in the courts but the first amendment also guarantees us the right to assemble. We can make our voices heard en-mass. We can march and protest. Can we? Do they demand we ask permission to exercise this right? It used to be the government could just deny permits, this happened under the Obama administration and happens in local jurisdictions all the time. But now they have the pandemic to give them cover. No assemblies, it's too dangerous. No more than ten people can gather anywhere, even in private homes. Do you see what this does? It isolates us, makes us feel alone, makes us think that there are not thousands of others who join us in believing our government is tyrannical. We think everyone else is just giving up too. This is why the TEA party marches and the Trump Rallies were so important. But if we lose the ability to gather virtually due to the social media censors and we can't gather physically, we lose the ability to effectively push back against the despots. But that's the point, isn't it.
Your last opportunity to effect change, to protect yourself from tyranny is to select your representatives in the government, it is your vote. Now that has been taken away. Oh, we can still go to the polls but our vote, when it is actually important, will be canceled. As Uncle Joe Stalin said, it doesn't matter who votes, it only matters who counts the votes. It is unfortunate we have treated voter fraud in the past with such indifference, made jokes about it. Oh, the dead in Chicago have been voting for years. Don't you get it? Every dead person that votes, every non-citizen that votes, every fraudulent ballot that is cast nullifies the voice of a law abiding citizen, your voice, my voice. In this presidential election, the residents of cemeteries in Pennsylvania and Nevada are canceling the votes of people in Texas and Florida. The democrat hack that prints ballots at staples in Detroit and Milwaukee is voiding the votes of people in Utah and South Carolina. Do you get it? The people perpetuating this fraud are silencing your voice, the last meaningful peaceful option we have of getting the attention of our government.
We are supposed to live in a representative democratic republic. But if the rule of law does not apply to our rulers, if they can deny us the right to assemble and protest, if our vote is nullified and our rulers are forced upon us by fraud, then we have a government that is neither representative, democratic nor republican. We have tyranny. If we allow this, if we give our grudging consent through our inaction, if we submit to this corruption then we have no one but ourselves to blame for our chains. Don't consent, don't comply, don't just give up or give in! Don't be silent! While we still have breath there remains the hope we can restore our liberty and see the ideals of this nation realized.

Rebel TV E5 Understanding the Deep State
It is tough for us regular folk to understand the mentality of the deep state, the elites, and the globalists who believe they have the knowledge and quite frankly, the right, to rule. But it is more than simply believing they have the wisdom to tell everyone how to live their lives. They believe they have a right to our wealth, they have a right to do as they please, and that hypocrisy or immorality cannot be attached to them.
Their attitude is really a form of that of kings who believed they ruled by divine right. King James in his “The True Law of Monarchies” explains this attitude better than anyone. He says “If a monarch betrays his trust, that is a matter between himself and God who ordained him. A tyrant may be God's appointed chastisement of a nation and the proper cure for tyranny is that a nation should give itself, in patience and prayer, to a purer life.” Now our slate of tyrants don't believe in God but the attitude is the same. Our despots believe any betrayal of trust is none of our business, we just need to suck it up and deal with it in patience. When American politicians and all those in the bureaucracy take an oath to defend and protect the Constitution, our contract with them, and then violate that agreement with every breath and act, we are just supposed to accept it. It is our destiny to suffer as they pillage and destroy.
Another consequence of this attitude of divine right that makes them comfortable stealing our property is their belief that all property belongs to them already, just as the kings of old did. In those days it was understood that the king owned everything in his dominion, that which had breath and that which didn't. Things have not changed. The money you earn is not yours, the government takes its cut and allows you to keep what it thinks you should have. Your property is not yours, if you fail to pay your tax it will be confiscated. Your life is not your own, all men at least must sign up for the draft making themselves available should the state require their involuntary service. If Covid and its associated restrictions taught us anything, it is that our ability to live our lives is in every way subject to the whim of our rulers. In their minds we owe them our allegiance and obedience, we are expected to grovel at the feet of those with superior wisdom.
Should we question these actions of our rules, if we point out their violations of the law or our contract, it will not matter. Why? Because to a divine ruler, the law is only the servant of the king. In other words, the law applies to thee and not to me. The law itself is an instrument of oppression, it is not an objective standard. Do you understand what all this means? To our rulers in the deep state, to our tyrannical elected leaders, we are mere chattel, we are objects whose only value is in what we can contribute to their wealth and power. Whether that is deceiving us for our vote or needing us to produce something of value for them to confiscate, we are simply means to their ends.
No, each and every one of us is an individual of value with unalienable rights that include the right to life, liberty and property. My life, my property belong to me, not to them. I for one am not going to turn it over to them. Who are they, they are not special, they are not of a superior race or species, they do not have wisdom superior to my own when it comes to my life. I owe them nothing; not my allegiance, not my obedience, not my property and not my life. Neither do you. It is only our meek deference to their illegitimate claims on us that gives them power. Stop giving it to them!

Rebel TV E12 The Constitution: a Violation of Contract 11/27/20
The Constitution is a compact between “we the people” and the government, specifically the federal government. It is a contract. Each side has obligations. If one side violates the terms of the contract there is supposed to be a way to hold them accountable. For us, the people, the first amendment to the constitution called this the redress of grievances for which the Federal courts, including the Supreme Court, are supposed to hear and adjudicate according to section three of the constitution. Not only does this apply to legislative action but to violations of our rights perpetrated by individuals in government, elected and unelected.
This right, perhaps one of the most crucial, has for all intents and purposes, has disappeared. With few exceptions, government officials enjoy sovereign immunity. In other words, governments and their minions can act with impunity and not be held liable for their actions. Without redress, without accountability, what do our rulers have to fear? So what if Governor Cuomo's policy kills thousands of nursing home patients. So what if the FBI director instigates a coup? So what if elected officials sell their influence to enrich themselves and their families. So what if politicians and officials lie and cheat and steal? No one goes to jail, no one is held accountable even under Trump. We have no ability to influence that process, we have no where to turn within our government for redress, where we will get a fair hearing, where the rules and law will be followed. I've experienced this first hand on a minor level. I've been to courts where what the law says means nothing, where it can be ignored or applied only with the aim of punishing those who dare question the ability of the government to do as it pleases.
When the people are denied any meaningful avenue for addressing their grievances, when our cries for justice fall on deaf ears, when there is no legal remedy for oppression and tyranny, when our rulers act with impunity and without fear, what defense remains for us? The contract has been broken therefore we are no longer bound by any of the actions of the party in violation of the contract. We owe our government neither our loyalty or support. We need to stop giving it either. Their proclamations must be ignored, their demands for our property must be resisted. It is time to stop cooperating with our enslavement and paying for our chains.

Rebel TV E37 Insurrection and the Fight Against Tyranny 3/16/21
The events at the Capitol on January sixth are being mislabeled, used and abused by various nefarious parties. For example, the story perpetuated by the Democrats and their media propagandists is that President Trump personally led his sycophant followers to the Capitol with torches and pitchforks to round up congressional leaders and execute them on the spot. Alexandria Acasio Cortez accused Senator Ted Cruz of her attempted murder that day. Nancy Pelosi must have had impeachment articles ready to go for that event. You would think she had a file folder full of them and just needed to pull out the right one. The result of this narrative has been to label every individual who supported, voted for or even had a positive thought of President Trump a real or potential domestic terrorist, all of whom are white supremacists and neo-nazis, who need to be rounded up and put in reeducation camps for deprogramming.
That narrative is very dangerous and based on what has happened with the cancel culture, the overt discrimination against Trump supporters, and the rhetoric from democrat political leaders, it is not some conspiracy theory. Gina Carano, the latest high profile cancel victim, was right. Turning neighbors against each other, labeling businesses and individuals as tainted, dangerous and responsible for all the ills of the country, this is how persecution started in Nazi Germany; and we all know where that led. We cannot let this be our Reichstag fire moment, as much as the communist tyrants in power would like to make it so. We need to look at the truth of what happened, learn from it and make a plan for real action to restore our liberty. What happened on January sixth was not anything that was going to reestablish freedom.
What did happen is complicated. There were actors who planned the assault days or weeks in advance for various reasons. The best of them wanted to stop, or at least delay, the certification of a fraudulent election, a noble goal and gesture. There were a few who apparently wanted to inflict violence on several of our political leaders for treason, a charge that could be made against many of them as they have consistently and egregiously violated their oath of office. I have no doubt that some were there, BLM and Antifa subversives, who coordinated with high level government officials to create a false flag event to bring about the very results we now see. And some were just caught up in the moment, expressing pent up anger or just having a good time in the riot. The one thing it was not was an attempt to take over the United States Government. Insurrection it may have been, a coup it was not, nor could it ever be.
Such a coup is impossible. Merely occupying the Capitol or the White House will never put the revolutionaries in charge of the government. At least not libertarian revolutionaries. Look at it this way. What if what the democrats and the media have charged really happened. What if armed militia occupied the Capitol building and then took over the White House and put President Trump back in the Oval Office behind the Resolute desk. Would they run the government? Would the liberal sycophants in high positions in the military follow Trumps orders? Would the millions of government minions who make up the swamp do his bidding? Of course not! This is not Myanmar where a small government can be occupied by a loyal military who can take over the civil and financial institutions with relative ease. The Federal government is an amorphous and caustic blob that cannot be held in the hands of a few occupiers.
Think about this. What do the people who initiate a coup promise civil servants who accept their rule? Privilege and wealth, simple as that. Perhaps a few are ideologues but for your average government drone, those are the incentives. All those millions of federal government employees out there already have the wealth and privilege and the fact is President Trump with his drain the swamp rhetoric, his deregulation, his illumination of corruption, was a threat to that gravy train. That is why he needed to be destroyed. Do you see why a traditional coup by a freedom group will never succeed? The swamp will never give up the regulatory and financial institutions of government because it is not in their personal interests to do so. Appeals to liberty and justice and the founding principles of this nation do not appeal to them. If that has not been made crystal clear over the last several years, I don't know what else it would take to open your eyes.
So is the fight to restore our liberty hopeless? Is nothing short of dropping a nuclear bomb on the nest of vipers in Washington doomed to fail? Not at all. The tyranny and looting of the despots only succeeds with our cooperation. In fact, they have shown us the way in one of their responses to the attack. They have fenced themselves in, surrounded themselves with wire and guards, ostensibly to protect themselves from all of us. They have cut themselves off from us. Fine, we should cut ourselves off from them. Let them have their political theater, let them do what they will but don't let their putrid corruption breach the wire. We don't have to lay siege to the Capitol, we don't have to surround it with torches and guns, we simply have to ignore it and starve it en mass. If they no longer receive our tribute or our obedience they will become irrelevant and eventually, just like the poor, starving souls in some ancient besieged city, they will capitulate.
