Girls, we hope you will all agree with us when we say that seeing a good looking hunk of a man walking his pup in the park in the most adorable thing ever! And such an easy conversation starter! Now imagine the same sight, but at the gym - a guy with a well built physique carrying his puppy in a baby harness from machine to machine. What more can you ask for? This guy is certainly pleasing on the eyes in all that iron. Watching him do all those <a href="https://rumble.com/v3juc7-bus-driver-performs-pull-ups-at-traffic-lights.html" target="_blank">pull ups</a> certainly helped us burn a few more calories while we sit at the desk! When you think about it, with the rising obesity rates in both humans and animals, exercise is the obvious answer. Don’t fool yourself that you will have to maintain a specific workout regimen for your dog; all you have to do is put on the leash and go for a run! It’s a lot more fun when you have a buddy with you. Want to lift weights, but haven’t got any? You can most certainly use your dog as a freeweight! Do bicep curls, overhead press for the shoulders, or put it on your back and do some squats. It’s a great way to bond with your furry companion and get a well built physique while you are at it.
