Eye Witness Testimony During recent Roberts Rules of Order Training put on by Mike Peck and Dan Grimm, Parliamentarian Mike Peck admitted he lies and breaks rules to move the meeting along because the Body doesn't know any better. At the February 9th LD3 Meeting, Parlimentarian Dan Grimm tried to count proxy votes during a standing vote. The point of information was made that proxies were not counted during the State Meeting and the question was specifically asked for standing votes and Proxies were not counted. Dan of course said he disagreed because of "Robert's Rules of Order". When he was asked to cite the section of Robert's Rules and said "No". He was then accused of "Making up a rule". This is one of many examples of incompetence by LD3 Candace Czarny. You can clearly hear candace say "All in favor say 'aye'" (ayes) and then instead of all opposed she says "All in favor say 'nay'" (confusion) then she tries again saying "All in favor say 'no'" (confusion). She then makes some excuse about not speaking loud enough and continues with "All in favor say 'yes'". This was AFTER she attended Roberts Rules of Order training with parliamentarian Dan Grimm, who is also sitting beside and advising her. At the February 9th Meeting, which wasn't called to order to start until 8pm, Candace Czarny started off by purposefully refusing to call a voice vote correctly on a motion to amend the rules which had a 9pm end time. A clear majority can be heard approving the motion and the audio has not been modified in anyway and the full meeting video with no edits is available. This was another example of many abuses of power in a pathetic attempt to subject the members of LD3 to Candace's tyrannical rule.

She was since hit with a vote of no confidence and censure both passed LD3 Chair Candace Czarny likes to have Susan Woods of Scottsdale Studios deceptively edit videos, cutting out huge portions including the entire beginning of the meeting. Candace Czarny's tyrannical stomping on the 1st and 2nd Amendment is the root cause of what upset the PCs. This video shows the portions that were edited out. Candace Czarny must resign immediately!
