In this video we breakdown what our CCL analysis consists of. This CCL analysis is provided for free as a presentation prior to a contract being signed. This helps give a real-world perspective on affordability based on a client's wants or needs in their custom ICF home. We use real numbers and obtain real estimates from suppliers and subcontractors in project's geographical area.

Here is a quick update on the ICF (insulated concrete form) rental property we are building on Rocky Bay in Gig Harbor, WA. Our electricians have left the site and the inspection went well! Our team has completed the rock water feature and will be starting the custom shotcrete concrete retaining walls as well as the artistic vertical shotcrete walls on the exterior of the home shortly.

In this video we recap what's been going on since the our last video. The floors are complete and the interior framing is done! Electrical contractor is finishing up and we will be working on exterior finishes such as sloped stylish retaining walls, waterfall water feature, and the home's siding. We have a long video for you all today! In this video we provide an update on the waterfront ICF home that we are building on Rocky Bay in Gig Harbor, WA. In the previous video we showed the house ICF walls being poured with concrete. In this video we show an install of a Glulam beam and the ICF outdoor shed that will house our utilities and well pump tank. In the past we have created videos showing some of the process and final products that we have created.
