In Soviet times, as a result of class division into "friends" and" strangers", as a result of the inequality between citizens of one country, a phenomenon appeared that is popularly called"blat". It was blat that caused a new class inequality and a new division of Soviet reality. There were classes of merchants, classes of taxi drivers, classes of doctors, classes of party workers, etc.. Everyone who had access to any resource was the "right" person. Some "friends" found other "friends," and exchanged services and resources.The necessary connections appeared.
